H9N2 virus has been widely distributed in wild birds and poultry around the world since its first emergence in the United States of America in 1966(Gu et al.2017;Carnaccini and Perez 2020).The virus appeared in chickens in China in the early 1990s,and over the last two decades has gradually become the dominant epidemic subtype(Sun and Liu 2015;Bi et al.2020).Although H9N2 virus infection alone cannot cause severe disease or death in poultry,H9N2 virus-infected birds experience a degree of egg production drop and can be easily infected by other pathogens,thus causing economic losses for poultry industry.

Discrete element method(DEM)is an effective approach for studying the screening process of flip-flow ***,there have been few studies focusing on the thick layer of sticky-wet particles on flip-flow *** achieve accurate simulations of the thick layer of sticky-wet particles on a flip-flow screen,firstly,the movement law of particle flow was studied,and a multi-regime combination cali-bration method based on characteristics of particle flow regimes was *** on the Plackett-Burman experiment,the curse of dimensionality caused by multi-state and multi-contact parameters was ***,the lifting cylinder,rotating drum,and trampoline tests were carried out to obtain macroscopic reference values under various granular flow *** calibration results were then determined using the response surface method and climbing ***,the calibration results were tested at both macroscopic and mesoscopic scales and compared with a commonly used calibration *** results demonstrate that the calibration method,which considers the multi-state characteristics,improves simulation accuracy by 2%-10%and reduces the simulation error to less than 10%,thus meeting the requirements for engineering optimization of flip-flow screens.

Poria cocos(PC)is a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and a widely used healthcare ingredient,which has antiobesity,enhancing immunity and improving sleep ***,only water-soluble poria polysaccharide(WSP)is extracted and applied for clinical application,while insoluble polysaccharide(alkali-soluble poria polysaccharide,ASP)is discarded as herb ***,the whole PC has also been historically utilized as functional herbal *** the beneficial role of dietary fiber and the traditional use of PC,ASP may also contribute substantially to the therapy function of *** to WSP,little attention has been paid to ASP and ASP modified product carboxymethyl poria polysaccharide(CMP)which has been used as an antitumor adjuvant *** this study,the oil,cholesterol,metal ions and polyphenols adsorption ability,in vitro simulated digestive and the gut microbiota fermentation characteristics of WSP,ASP and CMP were studied to evaluate the functional values of three *** polysaccharides(PCPs).The results showed that all three PCPs had good adsorption capacity on cholesterol,polyphenols and metal ions(Cd^(2+)/Zn^(2+)/Mg^(2+)),among which ASP showed the highest capacity than WSP and *** adsorption capacity of all three PCPs on heavy metal ions(Cd^(2+)/Zn^(2+))was stronger than that of non-heavy metal ions(Mg^(2+));The in vitro digestibility of all three PCPs was very low,but WSP was slightly higher than ASP and CMP;Moreover,the indigestible residue of all three PCPs could improve the richness and diversity of gut microbiota,among which ASP had the greatest *** general,ASP and CMP could significantly promote the proliferation of some probiotics and inhibit the growth of some harmful *** gut microbiota diversity of CMP was reduced,but the richness of probiotics,especially Parabacteroides distasonis was significantly enhanced compared with the ASP group,and the growth of harmful bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae was inh

The progress of stretchable organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs)has brought about new possibilities for highly functional wearable ***,the efficiency and durability of stretchable OLEDs have been limited by the performance of stretchable transparent ***,we proposed an interface engineering strategy that involves anchoring the growth of silver(Ag)atoms with amine-enriched biomaterials for high-quality stretchable transparent *** strong interactions between the Ag atom and the amine group enable the uniform Ag electrodes at an ultralow thickness of 7 nm,and provide remarkable mechanical flexibility and strain endurance to the Ag *** distinct effects of different amino acids were investigated,and a deep understanding of their unique contributions to the film formation process was *** resulting ultrathin Ag electrodes exhibit outstanding optoelectrical properties(transmittance of~98%and sheet resistance of~8.7Ω/sq)and excellent stretchability during 500 stretching cycles at 100%*** green phosphorescent OLEDs based on the Ag electrodes have been demonstrated with a current efficiency of up to~70.4 cd/***,the devices show excellent stretching stability,retaining~89%of the original luminance and~78%of the original current efficiency after 200 stretching cycles at 100%*** work opens up new possibilities for stretchable transparent electrodes,fostering advancements in wearable displays and other innovative flexible devices.

On the basis of simple analysis of e-business conception model, the internal and external environment for forestry enterprises to develop e-business was thoroughly analysed and researched , and finally effective strategic options were proposed.

Paleoclimatic application of spectral parameters to the eolian red clay of the Jianzha Basin,northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau

Reflectance spectroscopy is rapid,inexpensive,and non-destructive and can provide important information about the mineralogy of rocks and *** measured the reflectance spectroscopy of Miocene red clay deposits on the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,with the aim of developing a rapid methodology for detecting paleoclimatic *** obtained visible/near-infrared(VNIR)and short-wave infrared(SWIR)spectroscopy data from the red clay in the Jianzha Basin,and analyzed their relationship with independent paleoclimatic records,including mineral contents and environmental magnetic *** results show that the VNIR parameters,including D500,D900,R500,and R900(where D and R represent the depth and reflectance of the absorption peaks around 500 and 900 nm,respectively)are temperature-sensitive and correlated with the magnetic susceptibility,frequency-dependent magnetic susceptibility,and the marine δ^(18)O *** results of frequency-domain analysis of the VNIR parameters show that they reflect climate change on orbital *** parameters,such as AS1400,D1400/D1900 and D1900(where AS represents the asymmetry of the absorption peaks around1400 nm),are correlated with the illite and montmorillonite content,and they are sensitive to the weathering *** spectral parameters of the eolian red clay in the Jianzha Basin reflect regional climatic changes caused by the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau at~8.5 Ma and global climatic cooling at~7.2 Ma,and thus they are applicable as both regional and global paleoenvironmental indicators.

Indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3)),as a promising candidate for CO_(2)hydrogenation to C_(1) products,often suffers from sintering and activity decline,closely related to the undesirable structural evolution under reaction *** on the comprehension of the dynamic evolution,this study presents an efficient strategy to alleviate the agglomeration of In_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles by the surface decoration with highly dispersed silica species(SiO_(x)).Various structural characterizations combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that the sintering resulted from the over-reduction,while the enhanced stability originated from the anchoring effect of highly stable In-OSi bonds,which hinders the substantial formation of metallic In(In^(0))and the subsequent agglomeration.0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)exhibited CO_(2)conversion rate of10.0 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)at steady state vs.3.5 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)on In_(2)O_(3)in CO_(2)*** steady-state activity was also achieved on Pd-modified *** to the traditional Pd/In_(2)O_(3)catalyst,the methanol production rate of Pd catalyst supported on 0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)was enhanced by 23%,showing the potential of In_(2)O_(3)modified by SiO_(x)in serving as a platform *** work provides a promising method to design new In_(2)O_(3)-based catalysts with improved activity and stability in CO_(2)hydrogenation.

This paper addresses the problem of adaptive,consistent parameter estimation for a MA model from the 3rd order cumulant of the system output. The proposed adaptive algorithm is derived by using the new linear equation system (J. K. Tugnait, 1990), which is proved to have unique solution,and hence guarantees the consistence of the MA parameters. Simulation results are provided to show the performance of the new algorithm.

Generative AI technology for human-assisted tools has made great strides in recent years,and studying the impact of this technology on students'compositional abilities plays an important role in promoting changes in music *** studies have focused on the performance of music composition software itself in terms of composition,with less consideration given to the impact of creators'compositional ability after using assistive composition ***,this paper designs a controlled experiment to investigate the changes in students'compositional ability before and after using AI composition *** paper finds that students'compositional abilities in all areas of composition improved to varying degrees after using AI composition *** paper compares the differences in compositional abilities of students with and without the education of AI composition tools,which has practical implications for vigorously promoting the adoption of AI composition tools in university music education teaching.
