国家级新区建设对城市创新水平的影响研究

创新是发展的核心动力,对于推动我国经济高质量发展意义重大。文章基于2002-2021年我国85个大中城市的面板数据,综合运用多时点双重差分模型、分位数回归模型,实证检验了国家级新区的设立对城市创新水平的影响及其区域异质性。研究结果显示,国家级新区设立后对城市创新水平有显著的促进作用,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。但是,国家级新区对城市创新水平的影响存在区域异质性,对中部、西部、东北地区城市创新水平的提升效果优于东部地区,对北方城市创新水平的提升效果优于南方,对创新水平较低城市的提升效果优于创新水平已较高的城市。此外,国家级新区对城市创新水平的促进作用整体上随着距离的增大逐步衰减并在局部形成集聚阴影区,距离国家级新区264千米以上的区域不再受此项政策的影响。中介效应检验表明,国家级新区通过带动城市经济发展进而促进城市创新水平的提升。

为解决医疗云平台共享个人健康档案(personal health record,PHR)存在的隐私泄露和加解密效率不理想的问题,以医疗云平台中帕金森病患者的转诊场景为例,提出了一种基于线性秘密共享的改进密文属性代理重加密方案(improved linear secret sharing based ciphertext attribute proxy re-encryption scheme,LCPS)。该方案利用线性秘密共享技术来隐藏访问策略中的隐私属性,降低因访问策略暴露引发的隐私泄露风险;该方案还对代理重加密算法进行改进,通过减少复杂的双线性运算,提高了加解密效率。结果表明,LCPS在加解密方面的表现要优于其他方案。在判定性q-BDHE(q-decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman exponent)困难假设下具有选择明文攻击时的不可区分性(indistinguishability under chosen-plaintext attack,IND-CPA)。该方案具有可移植性,同样适用于医疗云中其他病症转诊时的个人健康档案安全共享。

IGF_(2)BP_(1)调控lncRNA NEAT1在类风湿关节炎中的作用

目的:类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的全身性自身免疫疾病,可能导致关节变形和功能障碍。本研究旨在探索胰岛素样生长因子-2 mRNA结合蛋白1(insulin like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 1,IGF_(2)BP_(1))在RA中的表达水平,以及其对长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)核丰富转录本1(nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1,NEAT1)稳定性的影响和在RA发病机制中的作用。方法:通过GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus)数据库获取RA数据集,并将其分为正常对照组和RA组,使用R软件分析获取N^(6)-甲基腺苷(N^(6)-methyladenosine,m^(6)A)相关的甲基化酶的表达量并进行差异分析。分析差异表达的m^(6)A甲基化酶与lncRNA NEAT1的相关性。通过在线网站ENCORI预测与lncRNA NEAT1结合的蛋白质,并与lncRNA NEAT1表达相关的m^(6)A甲基化酶取交集,从而获取关键基因。通过RNA蛋白质相互作用分析实验(RNA pull-down)验证在RA滑膜细胞中NEAT1与关键基因结合的情况。通过蛋白质印迹法验证关键基因在正常滑膜细胞和RA滑膜细胞中的表达水平。在RA滑膜细胞中转染关键基因的小干扰RNA,通过real-time RT-PCR检测NEAT1在滑膜细胞中的表达水平。结果:差异分析结果显示:与正常对照组相比,共有8个m^(6)A甲基化基因在RA组中存在差异表达,其中IGF_(2)BP_(1)、甲基转移酶样蛋白14(methyltransferase 14,N^(6)-adenosine-methyltransferase subunit,MEEEL14)与lncRNA NEAT1存在相关性;ENCORI预测结果显示:共有23个蛋白质能够与lncRNA NEAT1结合,与NEAT1共表达m^(6)A甲基化酶取交集,获得NEAT1相关m^(6)A甲基化蛋白IGF_(2)BP_(1)。蛋白质印迹法显示:与正常对照组相比,RA组中IGF_(2)BP_(1)蛋白在RA滑膜细胞中表达升高(P<0.05);RNA pull-down结果显示IGF_(2)BP_(1)蛋白与NEAT1结合;real-time RT-PCR的结果表明:敲减IGF_(2)BP_(1)可显著降低NEAT1 mRNA表达水平(P<0.01)。结论:IGF_(2)BP_(1)可能通过稳定lncRNA NEAT1表达参与RA发病,调控IGF_(2)BP_(1)水平可能是一种新的治疗RA的方法。

目的探讨快速康复外科治疗(ERAS)的围手术期干预措施在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期谵妄管理的效果,为临床治疗提高参考。方法 2019年1月1日-2021年12月31日某院300例转子间骨折接受PFNA内固定的患者,采用回顾性病例对照研究的方法,以患者是否实施ERAS围手术期干预措施、术中是否使用苯二氮卓类药物、术中失血、既往受教育程度等作为影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析患者围手术期谵妄的发生率。结果单因素分析发现,是否实施快速康复、文化程度和术后贫血程度对谵妄发生差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,以老年髋部骨折患者围手术期是否发生谵妄为因变量,以单因素分析结果中有意义的变量为自变量,采用非条件Logistic回归方法进行多因素分析,结果显示老年髋部骨折患者实施ERAS发生谵妄的风险下降了79.6%。结论通过对围手术期老年转子间骨折患者实施ERAS围手术期干预措施可以明显降低患者术后谵妄的发生率。

The severe dependence of traditional phase change materials(PCMs)on the temperature-response and lattice deficiencies in versatility cannot satisfy demand for using such materials in complex application ***,we introduced metal ions to induce the self-assembly of MXene nanosheets and achieve their ordered arrangement by combining suction filtration and rapid ***,a series of MXene/K^(+)/paraffin wax(PW)phase change composites(PCCs)were obtained via vacuum impregnation in molten *** prepared MXene-based PCCs showed versatile applications from macroscale technologies,successfully transforming solar,electric,and magnetic energy into thermal energy stored as latent heat in the ***,due to the absence of binder in the MXene-based aerogel,MK3@PW exhibits a prime solar-thermal conversion efficiency(98.4%).Notably,MK3@PW can further convert the collected heat energy into electric energy through thermoelectric equipment and realize favorable solar-thermal-electric conversion(producing 206 mV of voltage with light radiation intensity of 200 mw cm^(−2)).An excellent Joule heat performance(reaching 105℃with an input voltage of 2.5 V)and responsive magnetic-thermal conversion behavior(a charging time of 11.8 s can achieve a thermal insulation effect of 285 s)for contactless thermotherapy were also demonstrated by the MK3@***,as a result of the ordered arrangement of MXene nanosheet self-assembly induced by potassium ions,MK3@PW PCC exhibits a higher electromagnetic shielding efficiency value(57.7 dB)than pure MXene aerogel/PW PCC(29.8 dB)with the same MXene *** work presents an opportunity for the multi-scene response and practical application of PCMs that satisfy demand of next-generation multifunctional PCCs.

Al-containing MAX phase ceramic has demonstrated great potential in the field of high-performance low-voltage electrical contact *** the anti-arc erosion mechanism of the MAX phase is crucial for further improving performance,but it is not *** this study,Ag/Ti_(3)AlC_(2) electrical contact material was synthesized by powder metallurgy and examined by nanoindentation techniques such as constant loading rate indentation,creep testing,and continuous stiffness *** results indicated a gradual degradation in the nano-mechanical properties of the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) reinforcing phase with increasing arc erosion times,although the rate of this degradation appeared to decelerate over arc erosion ***,continuous stiffness measurements highlighted the uneven mechanical properties within Ti_(3)AlC_(2),attributing this heterogeneity to the phase’s *** the early(1-100 times)and intermediate(100-1000 times)stages of arc erosion,the decline in the nano-mechanical properties of Ti_(3)AlC_(2) was primarily ascribed to the decomposition of Ti_(3)AlC_(2) and limited surface *** the later stage of arc erosion(1000-6200 times),the inner region of Ti_(3)AlC_(2) also sustained arc damage,but a thick oxide layer formed on its surface,enhancing the mechanical properties and overall arc erosion resistance of the Ag/Ti_(3)AlC_(2).

国家级新区是经国务院批准,为承担国家重大发展和改革开放战略任务而设立的综合功能平台,其设立的政策效果有待检验。基于2002—2018年285个地级及以上城市面板数据,以设立国家级新区政策为准自然试验,采用多时点双重差分法识别国家级新区的设立对地区经济发展的因果效应。研究发现:(1)国家级新区的设立有助于地区经济发展,并且其推动力随着时间的推移并未减弱。(2)在东北和西部地区设立国家级新区的政策效应明显优于在东部和中部地区设立国家级新区,内陆地区设立国家级新区的政策效应明显优于在沿海地区设立国家级新区。(3)无论国家级新区设立在“省会及以上城市”还是“其他城市”,对周边城市均存在“虹吸效应”,其中又以设立在“其他城市”的国家级新区对周边城市的“虹吸效应”更显著。(4)跨区域设立国家级新区的政策效应要优于单一行政主体设立国家级新区的政策效应。上述实证研究结果为国家级新区未来布局和相关政策实施提供了重要依据。

目的比较机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术(RAPN)与腹腔镜肾部分切除术(LPN)对巨大肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的疗效。方法回顾性分析浙江省人民医院2014年10月至2020年5月行手术治疗的43例巨大RAML(直径>7cm)患者的临床资料,其中23例行RAPN,20例行LPN。RAPN组男4例,女19例;中位年龄45(17~65)岁;体质指数中位数20.3(18.0~25.7)kg/m^(2);肿瘤位于左侧11例,右侧12例;上极9例,中极5例,下极5例;多发肿瘤4例,其中1例为双侧,3例为单侧;R.E.N.A.L.评分中位数8(4~12)分,瘤体最大径中位数7.5(7.1~17.0)cm。LPN组男1例,女19例;中位年龄53(27~78)岁;体质指数中位数21.4(19.0~25.5)kg/m^(2);肿瘤位于左侧9例,右侧11例;上极7例,中极4例,下极5例;多发肿瘤4例,其中2例为双侧,2例为单侧;R.E.N.A.L.评分中位数8(4~12)分,瘤体最大径中位数7.3(7.0~20.0)cm。两组一般资料的比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组患者的手术时间、热缺血时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、肾功能等指标变化,以及随访结果。结果两组手术均顺利完成,均未中转开放手术。RAPN组和LPN组手术时间[115(90~220)min与145(120~240)min]、热缺血时间[15(10~25)min与23(20~28)min]差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。RAPN组和LPN组的术后并发症发生率分别为0和15%(3/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LPN组中3例输血,其中2例为肾脏创面出血,术中行超声刀电凝止血及止血棉填塞,缝合后好转;1例为术后第2天肾脏创面动脉活动性出血,行输血及栓塞治疗后好转。2例术后发热,予抗感染及退热对症治疗后好转。RAPN组无术后输血及发热病例。RAPN组和LPN组术后均无漏尿。RAPN组和LPN组术后中位随访时间分别为12(6~45)个月和15(8~50)个月,均未见肿瘤复发或肾残端迟发性出血。结论RAPN治疗巨大RAML较LPN可以缩短手术时间和热缺血时间,减少术后并发症;二者在肿瘤控制和肾功能保护方面,短期随访结果相似。
