Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic *** change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in ***:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang *** data spanned from 2000 to *** describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s ***:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(***)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),***,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in *** regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was *** temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the *** isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current *** average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of *** from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of ***,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics.

Some Properties of Completely Arithmetical Rings

In this paper, we introduce the concept of completely arithmetical rings and investigate their properties. In particular, we prove that if R is a completely arithmetical ring with J（R） =0, then Ko（R） ≌Z^n for some positive integer n. We also show that such a ring is precisely a ring in which every proper ideal can be written uniquely as a product of finitely many distinct completely strongly irreducible ideals.

目的研究牡蛎多糖缓解体力疲劳的功能及对力竭小鼠肠道菌群结构和多样性的调节作用。方法以总抗氧化、清除DPPH自由基、抑制超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基能力为指标,分析抗氧化活性;采用共孵育法,以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌分析抑菌活性;选取SPF级8周龄Balb/c小鼠,分别给予纯净水以及低[200 mg/(kg·mb)]、中[400 mg/(kg·mb)]、高[800 mg/(kg·mb)]剂量牡蛎多糖,持续口服干预5周,以小鼠负重游泳时间以及血乳酸、血尿素氮、肝糖原为指标测定其缓解体力疲劳功能,采集力竭小鼠盲肠内容物进行16S rDNA高通量测序,分析肠道菌群组成与多样性。结果牡蛎多糖具有较好的抗氧化和抑菌活性,且与其浓度呈正相关。牡蛎多糖具有缓解体力疲劳功能,以高剂量效果最为显著。牡蛎多糖干预可影响肠道菌群的组成,高剂量组与对照组的beta多样性存在差异;两组间群落结构差异显著,高剂量组中Muribaculaceae的相对丰度显著增加,另枝菌属(Alistipes)、拟普雷沃菌属(Alloprevotella)、颤螺旋菌属(Oscillibacter)相对丰度也更高;线性判别分析差异贡献证实Alistipes在高剂量组中差异显著,发挥了重要作用。结论牡蛎多糖具有较好的抗氧化和抑菌活性,可缓解体力疲劳功能,且能调节小鼠肠道菌群结构和beta多样性,促进有益菌属而抑制有害菌属的生长,可为后续研发牡蛎多糖精准营养功效食品提供参考依据。

Research on visual sensitivity characteristics of amorphous silicon photocells

This study delves into the feasibility of using amorphous silicon photocells as photosensitive units for retinal prostheses. Firstly, theoretical simulations coupled with experimental results demonstrated its strong light absorption and quantum efficiency within the 300—800 nm range. Subsequently, measurements on its visual sensitivity properties were conducted. The findings revealed that under photopic vision conditions, the photocells could provide the stimulating current required for the human retinal nerve cells. Finally, the visual spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells was assessed, and the results indicated that the spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells closely mirrors the visual function curve of the human eye under photopic conditions, demonstrating a response to light across various wavelengths.

植物能够调控土壤生物群落,而后者将对后期发生的植物适合度和群落结构产生显著影响。长期种植的单一农作物能够显著调控土壤生物群落,而新近荒废农田中土壤生物如何调控外来和本土杂草定植目前还不清楚,这严重束缚了农田杂草治理能力的提升。本研究采集新近荒废的玉米地表层土壤,选取58种华中地区常见农田杂草(28种外来和30种本土植物)为对象开展实验。通过将植物种植于伽马射线灭菌或未灭菌土壤,定量评价了土壤生物对植物地上、地下和总生物量的影响,探讨了实验物种-玉米系统发育距离和土壤效应是否相关,探究了能够预测土壤效应的关键植物性状。结果发现:(i)总体而言,土壤生物显著抑制实验植物生长,表明土壤拮抗生物(如病原菌等)发挥主导作用;(ii)伴随植物生长潜力提升,土壤生物对植物的抑制作用逐渐增强,而土壤生物对实验植物的调控作用与实验物种-玉米系统发育距离无关;(iii)相对于本土植物,外来植物(尤其多年生物种)被土壤生物抑制的程度更高。这些结果表明,植物生长潜力能够有效预测土壤生物对植物生长的调控作用,而且新近荒废农田土壤生物具有抵御外来植物入侵的潜力。

First-in-human Results of the Novel Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair System for Severe Mitral Regurgitation

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility,safety,and effectiveness of a novel edge-to-edge mitral valve repair system(the NovoClasp system)in patients with severe mitral ***:In this prospective,single-arm,first-in-human study conducted at Beijing Anzhen Hospital,data were collected from patients undergoing transcatheter edge-to-edge repair using the NovoClasp *** study candidates were patients exhibiting a mitral regurgitation severity of 3+or more and were at high-risk or contraindicated for surgical *** success and device success according to the Mitral Valve Academic Research Consortium definitions were used as primary *** safety and efficacy outcomes were prospectively assessed at device implantation,discharge,and 30 d,6 months,and 12 months ***:Between October 1,2021,and January 31,2022,11 patients were treated for moderate-to-severe(grade 3+)or severe(grade 4+)mitral regurgitation using the NovoClasp *** patients had a baseline New York Heart Association functional class oflll-lIV,with 7/11 exhibiting complex mitral valve *** patients achieved the primary endpoints of technical and device success,with a post-operative 30-d mitral regurgitation grade reduction to 2+or lower,which was maintained at 12 *** patient had minor bleeding and hematoma at the access site before discharge,and 2 patients were readmitted due to fast atrial fibrillation within 12 months *** additional cases of death,adverse cerebral or cardiovascular events,or device-related complications was observed during the ***:This study suggested the potential feasibility and safety of the NovoClasp system,showing a promising technical and device success rate,along with a decrease in mitral regurgitation severity.A further pivotal study is needed to assess the procedural and long-term outcomes.

土壤生物通过植物-土壤的反馈作用调控植物间相互作用和外来植物入侵。因此,探明植物-土壤反馈作用种间差异的形成原因,对于预测土壤生物在植物入侵过程中的作用具有重要价值。近期的研究发现,植物性状可以用于预测植物-土壤反馈作用。同时,研究发现植物入侵也与植物的一些性状相关联,暗示植物-土壤反馈作用通过植物性状与外来植物入侵之间存在关联,但尚缺乏实验证明。鉴于此,本研究选取了3对近缘入侵和本土植物为对象,比较了其植物-土壤反馈作用,探讨了植物-土壤反馈作用与植物根部性状的关联性。首先,通过种植实验植物3个月,驯化采自于田间的土壤。之后,将实验植物种植于对照和灭菌处理的同种或近缘(同科或同属)种驯化过的土壤中,评价同种或近缘种根际土壤生物对植物生长的净反馈作用(与灭菌土比较),并比较了两类土壤生物对植物的反馈作用。总体而言,同种或近缘种根际土壤生物对入侵与本土植物的净反馈作用无显著差异,两类土壤生物对入侵和本土植物的反馈作用亦无显著差异。土壤反馈作用的强度和种植于对照土壤中植物细根生物量比存在正相关关系,且入侵与本土植物细根生物量比无显著差异。这一发现表明:相似的细根生物量比可能是导致入侵与本土植物间土壤反馈作用无差异的一个重要原因。为提升人们对土壤生物在植物入侵过程中作用的认识,亟需选取更多入侵与本土植物(尤其是亲缘关系较远的物种)开展实验研究,进一步探明植物性状、土壤反馈作用和外来植物入侵之间的关联性。

为了解决“当前”统计模型由于固定机动频率及假定加速度极限值,在复杂机场环境下机动目标跟踪性能降低的问题,提出一种双变量自适应的“当前”统计模型滤波算法。首先,利用加速度噪声一阶时间相关过程模型,推算出实时在线调整的机动频率。然后,根据位置状态估计值与加速度变化率,通过运动学理论模型和位置滤波残差,推导出实时在线更新的加速度方差,从理论上实现了模型自适应更新。最后,基于场面真实广播式自动相关监视(automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast,ADS-B)轨迹数据进行验证,结果表明改进的“当前”统计模型能够在非等间隔预测的基础上实现自适应调参,且在位置、速度和加速度上的轨迹拟合精度均得到了提高,并在速度和加速度跟踪误差方面得到了收敛。

Protective effect of panaxatriol on function of hypothalamus-pituitary-testes system in rats irradiated with large dose of X-rays

The present study observed the protective effect of panaxatriol on the function of hy-pothalamus - pituitary - testes system after whole body irradiation with 5 Gy X -rays in male rats. The rats were given panaxatriol intraperitoneally once a day (5mg/day) for 14 days beginning from 24 h before the irradiation. The results showed that hypothalamic L-Enk (Plus panaxatriol groups.
