目的:明确四川省医联体改革对医疗资源供给与区域经济协同发展的作用效果,为持续推进两者的协同发展提供依据。方法:基于2009—2021年四川省18个地级市、3个自治州的面板数据,运用熵权法测定四川省各市(州)医疗资源投入和经济发展水平,通过耦合协调度模型测算两者的协同发展程度,并利用间断时间序列模型测算医联体政策的贯彻落实对协同发展程度的作用效果。结果:2009—2021年,四川省医疗资源供给总体呈现上升趋势,但首位集中特征明显;2021年,四川省医疗资源投入与经济发展的耦合程度较高(0.808),耦合协调度则尚处于勉强协调阶段(0.540);医联体改革的推行有效地促进了医疗资源供给与区域经济协同发展。结论:各地需进一步加大医联体建设力度,通过制定长期医疗资源规划、探索数字技术在医疗领域的应用等途径进一步推动优质医疗资源扩容和均衡布局。

目前,微血管浸润(microvascular invasion,MVI)被认为是与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)术后预后直接相关的高危因素,它是术前肿瘤能否切除、术后肿瘤复发和转移的重要危险因素,也是术后是否需要进行辅助治疗的重要参考指标。近年来,一些新兴的、非侵入性的影像技术和影像组学方法,如超声、CT、MRI、PET/CT可在术前进行预测肝癌血管侵犯状态。基于此,本文将对近年来影像学技术和影像组学方法在HCC方面应用的相关文献进行梳理,对术前预测HCC-MVI状态的研究展开综述,旨在进一步分析先进的影像学技术在医疗领域应用中存在的挑战,促进预测HCC-MVI的临床运用,此外还将对未来的研究方向进行探讨。

Thermal insulation materials play an increasingly important role in protecting mechanical parts functioning at high *** this study,a new porous high-entropy(La_(1/6)Ce_(1/6)Pr_(1/6)Sm_(1/6)Eu_(1/6)Gd_(1/6))PO_(4)(HE(6RE_(1/6))PO_(4))ceramics was prepared by combining the high-entropy method with the pore-forming agent method and the effect of different starch contents(0–60vol%)on this ceramic properties was systematically *** results show that the porous HE(6RE_(1/6))PO_(4)ceramics with 60vol%starch exhibit the lowest thermal conductivity of 0.061 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at room temperature and good pore structure stability with a linear shrinkage of approximately1.67%.Moreover,the effect of large regular spherical pores(>10μm)on its thermal insulation performance was discussed,and an optimal thermal conductivity prediction model was *** superior properties of the prepared porous HE(6RE_(1/6))PO_(4)ceramics allow them to be promising insulation materials in the future.

Effect of neutral polymeric bonding agent on tensile mechanical properties and damage evolution of NEPE propellant

Introducing Neutral Polymeric bonding agents(NPBA) into the Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether(NEPE)propellant could improve the adhesion between filler/matrix interface, thereby contributing to the development of new generations of the NEPE propellant with better mechanical properties. Therefore,understanding the effects of NPBA on the deformation and damage evolution of the NEPE propellant is fundamental to material design and applications. This paper studies the uniaxial tensile and stress relaxation responses of the NEPE propellant with different amounts of NPBA. The damage evolution in terms of interface debonding is further investigated using a cohesive-zone model(CZM). Experimental results show that the initial modulus and strength of the NEPE propellant increase with the increasing amount of NPBA while the elongation decreases. Meanwhile, the relaxation rate slows down and a higher long-term equilibrium modulus is reached. Experimental and numerical analyses indicate that interface debonding and crack propagation along filler-matrix interface are the dominant damage mechanism for the samples with a low amount of NPBA, while damage localization and crack advancement through the matrix are predominant for the ones with a high amount of NPBA. Finally, crosslinking density tests and simulation results also show that the effect of the bonding agent is interfacial rather than due to the overall crosslinking density change of the binder.

Competitive oxidation behavior of Ni-based superalloy GH4738 at extreme temperature

A high thrust-to-weight ratio poses challenges to the high-temperature performance of Ni-based superalloys. The oxidation behavior of GH4738 at extreme temperatures has been investigated by isothermal and non-isothermal experiments. As a result of the competitive diffusion of alloying elements, the oxide scale included an outermost porous oxide layer (OOL), an inner relatively dense oxide layer (IOL), and an internal oxide zone (IOZ), depending on the temperature and time. A high temperature led to the formation of large voids at the IOL/IOZ interface. At 1200℃, the continuity of the Cr-rich oxide layer in the IOL was destroyed, and thus, spallation occurred. Extension of oxidation time contributed to the size of Al-rich oxide particles with the increase in the IOZ. Based on this finding,the oxidation kinetics of GH4738 was discussed, and the corresponding oxidation behavior at 900-1100℃ was predicted.

PVDF/6H-SiC composite fiber films with enhanced piezoelectric performance by interfacial engineering for diversified applications

Piezoelectric silicon carbide(SiC)has been quite attractive due to its superior chemical and physical properties as well as wide potential ***,the inherent brittleness and unsatisfactory piezoelectric response of piezoelectric semiconductors remain the major obstacles to their diversified ***,flexible multifunctional PVDF/6H-SiC composite fiber films are fabricated and utilized to assemble both piezoelectric nanogenerators(PENGs)and stress/temperature/light *** open cir-cuit voltage(V_(oc))and the density of short circuit current(I_(sc))of the PENG based on the PVDF/5 wt%6H-SiC composite fiber films reach 28.94 V and 0.24μA cm^(-2),showing a significant improvement of 240%and 300%compared with that based on the pure PVDF *** effect of 6H-SiC nanoparticles(NPs)on inducing interfacial polarization and stress concentration in composite fiber films is proved by first-principles calculation and finite element *** stress/temperature/light sensors based on the composite fiber film also show high sensitivity to the corresponding *** study shows that the PVDF/6H-SiC composite fiber film is a promising candidate for assembling high-performance energy harvesters and diverse sensors.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus MP108 alleviates ulcerative colitis in mice by enhancing the intestinal barrier， inhibiting inflammation， and modulating gut microbiota

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a long-term inflammatory disorder that has evolved into a worldwide challenge. The development of new therapies against UC is imperative as all current therapies for UC are flawed in some way. Thus， the present study aimed to assess the palliative effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus MP108 on UC in mice and to explore its potential mechanisms. The results showed that L. rhamnosus MP108 ameliorated the symptoms of UC， including preventing body weight loss， DAI elevation， and colon shortening， and attenuated colonic pathological damage. L. rhamnosus MP108 dramatically increased the number of goblet cells， MUC2 level， and tight junction protein level in the colon and remarkably inhibited epithelial cell apoptosis， thereby strengthening the intestinal barrier. L. rhamnosus MP108 pronouncedly diminished pro-inflammatory cytokine levels and strikingly augmented anti-inflammatory cytokine levels， in turn suppressing inflammation. Furthermore， L. rhamnosus MP108 conspicuously boosted the proportion of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) producers in gut microbiota， contributing to increased levels of acetate and butyrate. Therefore， L. rhamnosus MP108 might alleviate UC via improving the intestinal barrier， inhibiting inflammation， and modulating intestinal microbiota.

Paclitaxel-lipid prodrug liposomes for improved drug delivery and breast carcinoma therapy

Paclitaxel(PTX)is widely applied for the treatment of unresectable and metastasis breast carcinoma as well as other cancers,whereas its efficacy is always impeded by poor *** are one kind of the most successful drug carriers which are capable of solubilizing PTX and improving patients’tolerance owing to excellent biocompatibility and ***,poor compatibility between PTX and liposomes compromises the stability,drug loading and anti-tumor capacity of liposomal *** address this issue,three lipids with various chain lengths,namely,myristic acid(MA,14C),palmitic acid(PA,16C)and stearic acid(SA,18C),were conjugated to PTX via ester bonds and the synthesized prodrugs with high lipophilicity were further formulated into liposomes,*** liposomes show high stability and drug loadings,as well as sustained drug *** chain lengths of lipids are negatively correlated with drug release and enzymatic conversion rates,which further impact the pharmacokinetics,tumor accumulation,and anti-tumor efficacy of liposomal *** rapid nor slow drug release facilitates high tumor accumulation as well as anti-tumor efficacy of *** all liposomes,PTX-PA-loaded liposomes show the longest circulation and highest tumor accumulation of PTX and exert the most potent anti-tumor capacities in vivo,owing to its moderate drug release and enzymatic conversion *** its superior safety,PTX-PA liposomes hold potential for further clinical translation.

A Class of m-Complex Symmetric Operators on Hardy Space
