新型农业经营主体的快速发展带来了新型的农业经营场景,也为农村金融服务创新创造了有利条件。文章从新型农业经营主体的现代农业经营场景视角,以“公司+合作社+家庭农场”金融信贷模式为研究对象,研究分析新型农业经营场景进一步驱动农村金融服务创新的过程逻辑、信用传递与风险规避机制。研究发现,新型农业经营主体农村金融信贷模式创新的核心是由新型农业经营场景驱动形成的,新型农业经营主体通过场景协同效应和利益联结机制改进了农村金融生态,有效降低了信贷风险,提供了信用增信,缓解了融资难、融资贵的问题,为农村金融服务创新提供了新的路径。为进一步促进农村金融服务乡村振兴,应充分考虑新型的现代农业经营场景,将农村金融深度嵌入农业场景,通过农业生产经营的场景变化营造新的金融服务生态。

A forward-secure group signature(FSGS)ensures the unforgeability of signatures in the past time period despite signing secret key is leaked in the current time *** we know,traditional FSGS schemes are mostly relying on number-theoretic assumptions unable to resist quantum ***,we present an efficient lattice-based fully dynamic(*** can flexibly join or quit the group)forward-secure group signature(DFSGS)by combining an improved version of FSGS scheme proposed by *** on an efficient zero-knowledge argument,we construct argument of knowledge of the committed value and the plaintext that help with privacy *** DFSGS scheme is proved to be anonymous and forward-secure traceable relying on short integer solution and learning with errors assumptions in random oracle ***,the lengths of group public key and signature of our DFSGS scheme have been improved,and the length of user secret key has no connection with the quantity of group members.

Functional encryption(FE)is a novel paradigm for encryption scheme which allows tremendous flexibility in accessing encrypted *** FE,a user can learn specific function of encrypted messages by restricted functional key and reveal nothing else about the *** product encryption(IPE)is a special type of functional encryption where the decryption algorithm,given a ciphertext related to a vector x and a secret key related to a vector y,computes the inner product x·*** this paper,we construct an efficient private-key functional encryption(FE)for inner product with simulation-based security,which is much stronger than indistinguishability-based security,under the External Decisional Linear assumption in the standard *** with the existing schemes,our construction is faster in encryption and decryption,and the master secret key,secret keys and ciphertexts are shorter.

青少年和学校体育政策在指引我国青少年和学校体育高质量发展中发挥着重要的“指挥棒”作用。该研究通过文献资料、文本编码和逻辑推理等方法,在构建“结构要素—决策属性”分析框架的基础上,采用注意力配置理论对新时代十年青少年和学校体育政策进行了注意力配置研究。结果显示,新时代十年青少年和学校体育政策存在政策之间互动更强、融入领域更为广泛和压实执行责任更细等特征;政策结构要素维度在目标定位、资源输入、过程内容和评价监管等层面的注意力配置分布各有不同;决策属性维度呈现出不同决策部门的政策注意力配置偏向:中央政府倾向于青少年体育公共服务体系建设、教育部门集中在以学校为阵地的体育教学活动、体育部门偏向于以训练和竞赛为主的体育活动、其他部门更注重以体质和卫生为主的健康行为。

The pintle valve is currently the most promising technology among all thrust control methods for solid rocket *** structure and working condition play a critical role in the successful operation of a pintle ***,2D transient simulations of a pintle motor using dynamic meshing are ***-averaged Navier–Stokes equations are solved with the implementation of an RNG k–e turbulence *** cold flow test,emphasis is placed on the effect of pintle structure,and in hot flow test,emphasis is placed on the effect of propellant pressure *** is performed first by comparing the present results with available cold-test experimental *** shows that the transient simulations can provide good predictions for pintle motors with a relative error of less than 2%in terms of the chamber *** can be found that,when the gas supply system is different,the working principles and conditions of pintle motors are *** feedback process in propellant combustion has a significant impact on its operation and the effect on the pintle motor performance of different pintle structures is achieved by different variations in the equivalent throat ***,the pressure exponent is an important parameter in hot flow test and changes of thrust in hot flow test are not monotonic,because changes in the flow field and motor performance are asynchronous.

In this paper,we propose a simple organohydrogel based capacitive humidity sensor for noncontact artificial sensation *** sensor is simple in design and consists of a transparent polyacrylamide organohydrogel thin film attached on a flexible inter-digit electrode *** process of water absorption and desorption is reversible,thus the dielectric of the organohydrogel film as well as the overall capacitance is dependent on environmental *** water absorption capacity and structural reliability of the device have been largely improved by adding glycerol in the organohydrogel *** optimizing both the glycerol concentration and organohydrogel film thickness,the sensor can respond to cyclic humidity changes in a period of 300 *** addition,this sensor achieves a high relative capacitance increase(by 20 folds)in a wide relative humidity range(12%-95%).The sensor also exhibits high stability under different bending curvatures(up to 6.81 mm),wide temperature changes(20℃-40℃)and external pressures(0-8 N).To demonstrate the applications in wearable electronics,we found that the sensor was successful in detecting respiration intensity and rate as well as the difference in moisture content in various objects,i.e.,human skin and leaf *** sensor is highly sensitive and can be useful in the detection of the widerange of humidity changes.

广西农业净碳汇测算及时空特征分析

农业绿色低碳发展是实现人与自然和谐共生的基本要求,也是确保农业可持续发展目标、建设农业强国和实现中国式农业现代化的重要内容。文章以广西农业产业为研究对象,综合采用碳排放系数法和碳汇系数法研究测算广西14个地级市2003—2021年的农业碳排放、农业碳吸收和农业净碳汇总量,并进一步分析了其时空变化特征。结果表明,2003—2021年广西农业碳排放总量呈“W”型下降的趋势,总体降幅为12.77%,2021年农业碳排放量约为1190.26万吨,其中耕地生态系统、种植业和畜牧业的碳排放占比分别为29.9%、44.3%和25.8%。2003—2021年,广西农业碳吸收总量呈稳定增长的趋势,总体增幅为133.22%,糖料甘蔗为最主要的碳汇作物。2003—2021年广西农业净碳汇持续增长,自2007年由负转正,广西整体上已实现了农业碳中和。基于以上研究结论,结合农业碳汇变化的趋势特征,提出持续推动种植业绿色生产转型、优化畜禽养殖生产管理、促进农业废弃物资源化利用、提高农作物生物量碳汇等对策建议,以期进一步促进我国农业“双碳”目标的实现。

Monitoring Soil Salt Content Using HJ-1A Hyperspectral Data: A Case Study of Coastal Areas in Rudong County, Eastern China

Hyperspectral data are an important source for monitoring soil salt content on a large scale. However, in previous studies, barriers such as interference due to the presence of vegetation restricted the precision of mapping soil salt content. This study tested a new method for predicting soil salt content with improved precision by using Chinese hyperspectral data, Huan Jing-Hyper Spectral Imager(HJ-HSI), in the coastal area of Rudong County, Eastern China. The vegetation-covered area and coastal bare flat area were distinguished by using the normalized differential vegetation index at the band length of 705 nm(NDVI705). The soil salt content of each area was predicted by various algorithms. A Normal Soil Salt Content Response Index(NSSRI) was constructed from continuum-removed reflectance(CR-reflectance) at wavelengths of 908.95 nm and 687.41 nm to predict the soil salt content in the coastal bare flat area(NDVI705 < 0.2). The soil adjusted salinity index(SAVI) was applied to predict the soil salt content in the vegetation-covered area(NDVI705 ≥ 0.2). The results demonstrate that 1) the new method significantly improves the accuracy of soil salt content mapping(R2 = 0.6396, RMSE = 0.3591), and 2) HJ-HSI data can be used to map soil salt content precisely and are suitable for monitoring soil salt content on a large scale.
