The coupling of energy-saving small molecule conversion reactions and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in seawater electrolytes can reduce the energy consumption of seawater electrolysis and mitigate chlorine corrosion ***,the fabrication of efficient multifunctional catalysts for this promising technology is of great ***,a heterostructured catalyst comprising CoP and Ni_(2)P on nickel foam(CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF)is reported for hydrazine oxidation(HzOR)-assisted alkaline seawater *** coupling of CoP and Ni_(2)P optimizes the electronic structure of the active sites and endows excellent electrocatalytic performance for HzOR and ***,the two-electrode HzOR-assisted alkaline seawater splitting(OHzS)cell based on the CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF required only 0.108 V to deliver 100 mA·cm^(−2),much lower than 1.695 V for alkaline seawater electrolysis ***,the OHzS cell exhibits satisfactory stability over 48 h at a high current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2).Furthermore,the CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF heterostructured catalyst also efficiently catalyzed glucose oxidation,methanol oxidation,and urea oxidation in alkaline seawater *** work paves a path for high-performance heterostructured catalyst preparation for energy-saving seawater electrolysis for H_(2) production.

Hard and brittle materials have high hardness,excellent optical stability,chemical stability,and high thermal ***,they have huge application potential in various fields,such as optical components,substrate materials,and quantum information,especially under harsh conditions,such as high temperatures and high *** laser direct writing technology has greatly promoted the development of femtosecond laser-induced periodic surface structure(Fs-LIPSS or LIPSS by a femtosecond laser)applications of hard and brittle materials due to its high precision,controllability,and three-dimensional processing *** far,LIPSSs have been widely used in material surface treatment,optoelectronic devices,and ***,a consensus has not been reached regarding the formation mechanism of LIPSSs on hard and brittle *** this paper,three widely accepted LIPSS formation mechanisms are introduced,and the characteristics and applications of LIPSSs on diamonds,silicon,silicon carbide,and fused silica surfaces in recent years are *** addition,the application prospects and challenges of LIPSSs on hard and brittle materials by a femtosecond laser are discussed.

Mechanical properties of micro-structured porous silicon film （PS） were studied combining X-ray diffraction with micro-Raman spectroscopy. The micro-structured porous silicon samples with different porosities ranging from 3..7700 to 96.2500 were obtained by chemical etching. Lattice parameters of the samples were measured using X-ray diffraction and its maximal change is up to （1.000.） This lattice mismatch with the bulk silicon substrate may introduce residual stress to the porous film. The residual stress measurement by micro-Raman spectroscopy reveals that the maximum of tensile residual stress has reached GPa level in the porous film. Moreover, the lattice mismatch and its corresponding residual stress are increasing with the porosity of PS, but average （elastic） modulus is about 14.5 GPa, one order of magnitude lower than that of substrate Si. The mechanical properties of PS have a close relation with its micro-pore structure.

Predicting the displacement of landslide is of utmost practical importance as the landslide can pose serious threats to both human life and ***,traditional methods have the limitation of random selection in sliding window selection and seldom incorporate weather forecast data for displacement prediction,while a single structural model cannot handle input sequences of different lengths at the same *** order to solve these limitations,in this study,a new approach is proposed that utilizes weather forecast data and incorporates the maximum information coefficient(MIC),long short-term memory network(LSTM),and attention mechanism to establish a teacher-student coupling model with parallel structure for short-term landslide displacement *** MIC,a suitable input sequence length is selected for the LSTM *** investigate the influence of rainfall on landslides during different seasons,a parallel teacher-student coupling model is developed that is able to learn sequential information from various time series of different *** teacher model learns sequence information from rainfall intensity time series while incorporating reliable short-term weather forecast data from platforms such as {3. The high-quality gate dielectric on silicon carbide （SiC） surface is critical to fabricate high-performance SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors（MOSFETs）.This research employs microwave plasma annealing （MPA） to obtain high-quality Al2O3.SiC gate *** designing MPA atmosphere and optimizing the plasma power,the SiC MOS capacitor with a Al2O3.ielectric film shows the enhanced *** interface state density is reduced by 1 order of magnitude to 6×1011cm-2·eV-1,the breakdown electric field is increased,and the voltage shift is effectively suppressed Besides,the mechanism of MPA process is discussed in terms of the thermal effect and reactant species.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） results unveil oxygen plasma plays the main *** plasma power during the MPA process results in defect repairs of the firstneighbor Al-O bonding and partial removal of Al-O-H bond from the interface *** study demonstrates that MPA process is an effective option to realize highquality dielectric and interface on SiC.

Economic load dispatch (ELD) is an important optimization task in power systems. In the previous works, various researchers attempted to address this problem by both mathmatical and heuristic optimization algorithms. However, there are still two practically important issues that have not attracted sufficient attention: 1) the stability of these algorithms cannot be effectively ensured; 2) the performance of these algorithms on large scale ELD optimization tasks remains to be unsatisfactory. CLPSO is an effective global optimization algorithm. To strengthen the convergence ability of CLPSO, the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is introduced into it. This results in a new algorithm hybrid of comprehensive learning particle swarm optimization and sequential quadratic programming (SQP-CLPSO). To assess the performance of SQP-CLPSO, it is compared with several state-of-the-art evolutionary algorithms (EAs) on the classical ELD optimization problems. Experimental results show that SQP-CLPSO has very good abilities of convergence, diversity maintainence and scalability, which make it suitable for complex ELD problems.

In this paper,a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism combining diaphragm bending and volume compression was developed for resonant pressure microsensors to achieve high-pressure measurements with excellent *** composite mechanism was explained,and the sensor structure was designed based on theoretical analysis and finite element *** all-silicon resonant high-pressure microsensor with multiple miniaturized cavities and dual resonators was developed,where dual resonators positioned in two resonant cavities with suitably different widths are used to perform opposite characteristics in pressure and the same characteristics at different temperatures,which can improve pressure sensitivities and realize temperature self-compensation by differential frequency *** microsensor was fabricated by microfabrication,and the experimental results showed that the sensor had an accuracy of±0.015%full scale(FS)in a pressure range of 0.1~100 MPa and a temperature range of−10~50℃.The pressure sensitivity of the differential frequency was 261.10 Hz/MPa(~2523.ppm/MPa)at a temperature of 20℃,and the temperature sensitivities of the dual resonators were−1.54 Hz/℃(~−14.5 ppm/℃)and−1.57 Hz/℃(~−15.6 ppm/℃)at a pressure of 2 *** differential output had an outstanding stability within±0.02 Hz under constant temperature and ***,this research provides a convenient solution for high-pressure measurements because of its advantages,namely,large range,excellent accuracy and stability.
