Investigating the quantum interference effect in single molecules is essential to comprehensively understand the underlying mechanism of single-molecule charge *** this study,we employed the mother molecule m-OPE and introduced a series of side groups with various electronic effects at the 2-position of the central phenyl ring,creating four daughter m-OPE *** single molecular conductivities of these molecule wires were measured using the scanning tunneling microscope breaking junction *** findings demonstrate that the substitutions regularly modulate the destructive quantum interference occurring within the m-OPE *** combining optical and electrochemical investigations,along with density functional theory computations,we discover that the conductivity of the molecules corresponds to the electron-donating/withdrawing ability of the ***,by adjusting the electron structures of the molecular backbone,we can systematically tailor the destructive quantum interference in the m-OPE molecules.

Two different complex maps were obtained by generalizing 3x + 1 function to the complex plane,and fractal images for these two complex maps were constructed by using escape time,stopping time and total stopping time arithmetic. The dynamics of the generalized 3x + 1 function based on the structural characteristics of the fractal images was studied. We found that: (1) the size and structure of the stable regions,stopping regions,total stopping regions,and divergent regions for the three types of fractal images depend on convergence rate of the map on the x and y axes. (2) The black stable regions constructed,respectively,by escape time and total stopping time are almost overlapped,demonstrating that 3x + 1 function converged steadily. (3) All of the three fractal images are symmetric to the real axis. The structures on the neighborhood of positive integer number are symmetric to a perpendicular line,which is corresponding to the point or its nearby points on the x axis. And the structures have complicated fractal structure characteristics. These findings indicate that the generalized 3x + 1 function on integer number and its neighborhood contains plentiful information in the complex plane.

Glutamate-ammonia ligase(GLUL, also known as glutamine synthetase) is a crucial enzyme that catalyzes ammonium and glutamate into glutamine in the ATP-dependent condensation. Although GLUL plays a critical role in multiple cancers, the expression and function of GLUL in gastric cancer remain unclear. In the present study, we have found that the expression level of GLUL was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues, and correlated with N stage and TNM stage, and low GLUL expression predicted poor survival for gastric cancer patients. Knockdown of GLUL promoted the growth, migration, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and vice versa, which was independent of its enzyme activity. Mechanistically, GLUL competed with β-Catenin to bind to N-Cadherin, increased the stability of N-Cadherin and decreased the stability of β-Catenin by alerting their ubiquitination. Furthermore, there were lower N-Cadherin and higher β-Catenin expression levels in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues. GLUL protein expression was correlated with that of N-Cadherin, and could be the independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer. Our findings reveal that GLUL stabilizes N-Cadherin by antagonizing β-Catenin to inhibit the progress of gastric cancer.

Interactive effect of thermal aging and proton irradiation on microstructural evolution and hardening ofδ-ferrite in 308L stainless steel weld metal

In the harsh service environment of high temperature and intense neutron irradiation in water-cooled nuclear reactors,the austenitic stainless steel weld overlay cladding on the inner surface of the reactor pressure vessel suffers from thermal aging and irradiation damage simultaneously,which can induce microstructural evolution and hardening of the *** it is quite difficult to achieve this simul-taneous process out of the pile,two kinds of combined experiments,i.e.,post-irradiation thermal aging and post-aging irradiation were performed on 308 L stainless steel weld metals in this *** interactive effect of thermal aging and proton irradiation on microstructural evolution and hardening ofδ-ferrite in 308 L weld metal was investigated by combining atom probe tomography,transmission elec-tron microscopy and nanoindentation *** results revealed that thermal aging could eliminate the dislocation loops induced by irradiation and affect the phase transition process by accelerating spinodal decomposition and G-phase precipitation,thus enhancing hardening of irradiatedδ-*** the effect of irradiation on the microstructure and hardening of thermally agedδ-ferrite,however,intensive collision cascades can intensify G-phase precipitation and dislocation loop formation but decrease spinodal decomposition,leading to a limited effect on hardening of thermally agedδ-***,the interaction of thermal aging and irradiation can promote G-phase ***,the interaction can causeδ-ferrite hardening,which is mainly influenced by spinodal decomposition,followed by G-phase and dislocation loops,where spinodal decomposition and G-phase cause hardening by inducing strain fields.

内容是企业微博的灵魂,企业微博通过发布内容与消费者进行沟通,构建和维护品牌与消费者之间的关系。高情绪唤醒的内容能引发消费者之间的病毒式传播。那么企业究竟发布什么样的内容以及在何时发布更能引发粉丝们的群体兴奋?这个问题尚不明确。本文通过对966条帖子以及下面的310164条评论进行分析,探究了企业微博内容类型与发布时间对群体兴奋的影响。研究发现,不同的微博内容能够引发不同程度的群体兴奋,其中激励类最高,信息类次之,社交类最低。有趣的是,对于社交类内容来说,一天中不同的发布时间不会对群体兴奋产生影响;而对于激励类和信息类内容,在上午发布引发的群体兴奋最高,晚上次之,下午最低。本文的研究结论丰富了群体情绪和昼夜节律在营销领域的应用,同时为企业在微博上的内容发布策略提供了理论指导。

This paper proposes an image encryption algorithm based on spatiotemporal chaos and middle order traversal of a binary ***,other programming software is used to perform the middle order traversal,and the plaintext image is sorted according to the middle order traversal sequence on the ***,the chaotic sequence is generated using the coupled map lattice to set the chaotic interference ***,the XOR operation between the adjacent pixel values of the replacement image is completed to generate the ciphertext *** simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can resist typical attacks and has good robustness.

Background:Effective therapeutic options are limited for patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).The incorporation of an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a molecular anti-angiogenic agent into the commonly adopted chemotherapy may produce synergistic ***,we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab plus apatinib combined with chemotherapy as the first-line treatment of advanced ***:In this single-arm prospective phase II trial,patients with unresectable locally advanced or recurrent/metastatic ESCC received camrelizumab 200 mg,liposomal paclitaxel 150 mg/m2,and nedaplatin 50 mg/m2 on day 1,and apatinib 250 mg on days *** treatments were repeated every 14 days for up to 9 cycles,followed by maintenance therapy with camrelizumab and *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and ***:We enrolled 30 patients between August 7,2018 and February 23,*** median follow-up was 24.98 months(95%confidence interval[CI]:23.05-26.16 months).The centrally assessed ORR was 80.0%(95%CI:61.4%-92.3%),with a median duration of response of 9.77 months(range:1.54 to 24.82+months).The DCR reached 96.7%(95%CI:82.8%-99.9%).The median PFS was 6.85 months(95%CI:4.46-14.20 months),and the median OS was 19.43 months(95%CI:9.93 months–not reached).The most common grade 3-4 treatmentrelated adverse events(AEs)were leukopenia(83.3%),neutropenia(60.0%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(26.7%).Treatment-related serious AEs included febrile neutropenia,leukopenia,and anorexia in one patient(3.3%),and single cases of increased blood bilirubin level(3.3%)and toxic epidermal necrolysis(3.3%).No treatment-related deaths ***:Camrelizumab plus apatinib combined with liposomal paclitaxel and nedapl

We report on the verification of a multi-party contract signing protocol described by Baum-Waidner and Waidner （BW）. Based on Paulson＇s inductive approach, we give the protocol model that includes infinitely many signatories and contract texts signing simuhaneously. We consider composite attacks of the dishonest signatory and the external intruder, formalize cryptographic primitives and protocol arithmetic including attack model, show formal description of key distribution, and prove signature key secrecy theorems and fairness property theorems of the BW protocol using the interactive theorem prover Isabelle/HOL.
