To improve the reliability and accuracy of the global po- sitioning system （GPS）/micro electromechanical system （MEMS）- inertial navigation system （INS） integrated navigation system, this paper proposes two different methods. Based on wavelet threshold denoising and functional coefficient autoregressive （FAR） model- ing, a combined data processing method is presented for MEMS inertial sensor, and GPS attitude information is also introduced to improve the estimation accuracy of MEMS inertial sensor errors. Then the positioning accuracy during GPS signal short outage is enhanced. To improve the positioning accuracy when a GPS signal is blocked for long time and solve the problem of the tra- ditional adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system （ANFIS） method with poor dynamic adaptation and large calculation amount, a self-constructive ANFIS （SCANFIS） combined with the extended Kalman filter （EKF） is proposed for MEMS-INS errors modeling and predicting. Experimental road test results validate the effi- ciency of the proposed methods.

Due to the large usage of DDT-containing antifouling paints and lindane in China, heavy residuals of DDTs and HCHs have been found in many fishing harbors, but there is lack of studies on this issue for the Zhanjiang Bay which is an important fishing harbor and mariculture zone in South China. To evaluate the pollution status and sources of HCHs and DDTs in the Zhanjiang Bay, the concentrations, spatial distributions and sources in the sediments of 11 land-based sewage outlets to the Zhanjiang Bay were investigated. Since the 1980 s, HCHs residuals had obviously decreased in studied areas, but DDTs had little change, even abnormally high levels were found in some sites. The content percentages and diagnostic ratios of HCHs isomers and DDTs showed that the source of HCHs was derived from soils around the bay and recent input of lindane, and DDTs were from historical residues of technical DDTs and fresh input of DDT-containing antifouling paints on fishing ships. Based on sediment quality guidelines, DDTs would be of more concern for the ecotoxicological risk on marine environment and adverse effects on benthonic organisms. This study indicated that lindane and DDT-containing products may be still used in some places of Zhanjiang City. It should be urgent to control their usage and clean the DDTs-contaminated sites by the local government.

The objective of this study was to investigate whether there was distinctive seasonal and zonal variation in the species diversity, biomass, and element accumulation capacities of macroalgae in two major intertidal mangrove stand types （Avicennia marina assemblage andSonneratia apetala assemblage） in the Zhanjiang region of southern China. Over a year, 31 species in 15 genera were identified in both mangrove assem-blages, of which the dominant species wereCladophoropsis zollingeriand Enteromorpha ***-gal species were significantly most abundant in spring （p〈0.05）, followed by summer, winter, and autumn. Variation in the zonal distribution of macroalgal species was conspicuous in both intertidal mangrove as-semblages, with the greatest abundance in the middle zone, and the least in the front zone. Patterns in the seasonal and zonal variation in macroalgal biomass in theS. apetalaassemblage were similar to those of macroalgal species diversity in both mangrove assemblages. The seasonal patterns in tissue concentrations of 15 analyzed elements were not uniform among the macroalgaeC. zollingeri,E. clathrata, andGracilaria salicornia in theA. marina assemblage. All three species exhibited variation in their responses to ambient concentrations of different elements, implying their differential ability to absorb and selectively accumulate certain elements.

Seasonal and spatial variations in the macrobenthic community in an intertidal gulfweed field off Naozhou Island were investigated from April 2011 to January *** identified 407 macrobenthic organism species:64 macroalgae(15.72%of total species);123 Arthropoda(30.22%);107 Mollusca(26.29%);67 Annelida(16.46%);15 Cnidaria(3.69%);14 Echinodermata(3.44%);8 Porifera(1.97%);4 Chordata(0.98%);2 Urochorda(0.49%);and 1 each of Echiura,Sipunculida and Angiospermae(0.25%).Arthropods,mollusks,annelids,and macroalgae were four main groups in the benthic organism community and accounted for 88.70%of the total *** terms of abundance of biomass,there were 15 dominant species,including 8 macroalgal,5 mollusk and 2 arthropod *** species diversity indices ranged from 1.21 to 4.42 with an average of 2.80;the annual average of evenness was *** richness indices varied from 2.97 to 7.24(average 4.97);and Simpson dominance indices varied from 0.20 to 0.92 in annual average of *** distribution showed clear vertical zonation and seasonal *** number of macroalgal species found in the high tide zone,upper middle tide zone,middle tide zone,lower middle tide zone,low tide zone,and below low tide zone were 1,8,10,16,22,and 32,*** among the benthic organisms,macroalgae and crustaceans had significant positive correlation(P<0.05)with the coefficients of 0.802,0.894,and 0.592,*** biomass showed a clearly negative correlation with the concentration of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)(R=0.486,P<0.05).During the winter and spring,when macroalgae were growing vigorously,DIN reached the lowest level in seawater and displayed a clear weak correlation between macroalgal growth and the nutrient concentration.

Chronic liver disease(CLD)entails elevated risk of COVID-19 severity and *** effectiveness of the booster dose of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in stimulating antibody response in CLD patients is ***,we conducted a cross-sectional study involving 237 adult CLD patients and 170 healthy controls(HC)to analyze neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)against SARS-CoV-2 prototype and BA.4/5 variant,anti-receptor binding domain(RBD)IgG,and total anti-SARS-CoV-2 *** levels of the total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,anti-RBD IgG and inhibition efficacy of NAbs were significantly elevated in CLD patients after the booster dose compared with the pre-booster dose,but were relatively lower than those of *** humoral responses decreased over time after booster *** neutralization efficiency of the serum against BA.4/5 increased but remained below the inhibition *** four SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,including total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,anti-RBD IgG and NAbs against prototype and BA.4/5,were lower in patients with severe CLD than those with non-severe *** booster shot,age and time after the last vaccine were the risk factors for seropositivity of NAb against BA.4/5 in CLD ***,white blood cell counts and hepatitis B core antibodies were the protective factors,and severe liver disease was the risk factor associated with seropositivity of total anti-SARS-CoV-2 ***,our data uncovered that antibody responses were improved in CLD patients and peaked at 120 days after the booster *** antibodies excepting total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies declined after *** patients exhibited impaired immunologic responses to vaccination and weakened NAbs against BA.4/5,which hindered the protective effect of the booster shot against Omicron *** immune responses should be further evaluated to determine the optimal vaccine regimen for CLD patients.

To investigate the food web structure of Liusha Bay,the δ13C and δ15N values of various organisms collected in Liusha Bay were measured via stable isotope *** on the calculated δ15N value,the correlation between stable isotope ratio and trophic level were established to predict the trophic levels of shrimps,crabs,cephalopods and *** comparing the analysis results of stomach contents of 24 organisms,two methods gave a similar consistence in approximately 71% of organisms within a 0.5 trophic *** is concluded that stable isotope technique could be an effective method for studying ocean food web trophic level.

To understand the change regions of pH and the effect on phytoplankton while the acidic effluent of desulfuration from power plants drai- ning into seawater, the changing modes of phytoplankton species and quantity to pH were established in seawater through laboratory survey in this work. Then, the ECOMSED model was applied to predict the change scope of pH and the ecological influences on phytoplankton due to the acidic effluent from a programming power plant in Zhanjiang Bay. The experimental results in laboratory showed that the species of phytoplankton changed with pH in a rule of convex parabola, and the quantity of phytoplankton decreased linearly with the fall of pH. The results of pH numerical simulation indicated that the acidic effluent from the power plant flowed zonally with tide. When the pH value of surface seawater decreased from the back- ground value of 8.0 to 7.8, the extreme area influenced harmfully by the acidic effluent was near 30.70 km2, accounting for about 16.2% of the to- tal area of Zhanjiang Bay （190 km2）. The predict results of ecological impact showed that if the species and quantity of phytoplankton decreased by 5% in surface seawater, the corresponding extreme areas influenced harmfully by the acidic effluent were 0.40 and 10.81 km2, accounting respec- tively for 0.21% and 0.53% of the total area of Zhanjiang Bay. Moreover, around the outlet of the power plant where the pH value of seawater was near to 6.8, the species and quantity of phytoplankton decreased most. However, the corresponding influenced area was rather small, just about 0.15 km2, accounting for 0.08% of the total area of Zhanjiang Bay.

运用能值理论,将河北省能值基础分为可更新环境资源、不可更新资源及产品、货币流和废物流四大部分。通过能值来源结构、经济子系统、生态子系统、社会子系统、可持续发展综合评价5个层面对该省2005~2014年生态经济系统发展趋势进行分析讨论,并进行可持续性评价。研究结果表明,河北省资源丰富,潜力巨大,但人口增长过快,发展较为粗放,外部资源利用不足,开发程度不够,且在开发过程中资源浪费较为严重,既给环境造成了污染,还导致资源大量消耗,影响生态经济环境的可持续性发展。针对以上问题,提出以下几点建议：（1）依靠科技进步,提高资源利用能力;（2）加大进口力度,转变进口结构,提高利用外部资源的能力;（3）加快产业布局调整,大力发展第三产业,提高经济竞争力。

目的探析短期联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗呼吸道合胞病毒性喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择本院2011年4月至2015年4月所收治107例呼吸道合胞病毒性喘息性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，分为观察组（n=54）与对照组（n=53）。对照组应用特布他林、布地奈德进行雾化吸入治疗，2次／天，疗程1周；观察组在对照组基础上联合干扰素α1b进行雾化吸入，比较两组喘息、咳嗽与肺部哕音等症状消失时间与住院时间、治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组喘息、咳嗽、肺部哕音等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组，住院时间也更短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗有效率为83．3％（45／54），高于对照组62．3％（33／53），差异有统计学意义俨〈0．05）。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为3．7％（2／54）、1．9％（1／53），差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论短期联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗呼吸道合胞病毒性喘息性支气管炎可快速缓解患者临床症状，疗效佳，且不良反应少，值得推广应用。
