Polymer carbon nitride(PCn)is widely used in ***,pristine PCn has disadvantages such as insufficient visible light absorption and low photogenerated carrier separation efficiency that greatly limited the photocatalytic *** a non-toxic metal,gallium has the potential to solve the defects of *** ions coordinated with nitrogen in carbon nitride to form Ga-n active sites and improved the photocatalytic *** doped potassium ions form a transmission ch.nnel for charge redistribution and transfer between adjacent layers,which is beneficial for better separation of photoexcited *** this study,a series of PCn co-doped with gallium and potassium(Ga-K-PCn)were *** experimental results indicated photocatalytic generation of hydrogen peroxide proceeds through the 2e−oxygen reduction reaction ***,nyquist plots and photocurrent results further proved that the presence of Ga-n sites and potassium ion doping could significantly improve the separation/transfer of intra-planar and interlayer charge carriers and thus enhance photocatalytic *** Ga10-K3-PCn photocatalysts promoted yield of H_(2)O_(2),with reactivity at 28.2μmol/(g·h)and solar-to-chemical conversion efficiency at 0.64%,surpassed that of a typical photo-catalyst based on PCn(0.18%).

In this work,we sought to investigate constrained docking control during shipborne SideArm recovery of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)under preassigned safe docking constraints,rough ocean environments,and different initial *** aim was to solve the UAV tracking-lag problem that manifests when attempting to dock with a rapidly moving SideArm and to improve the accuracy and rapidity of ***,together with the formulations of the shipborne SideArm system and environmental airflows,the affine nonlinear dynamics of the hook was established to reduce tracking ***,echo state network approximators with good approximation capacity and low computational consumption were designed to accurately approximate the UAV’s unknown nonlinear *** feedforward compensation provided by these approximators,a nonlinear-mapping-based constrained docking control law was developed for shipborne SideArm recovery of *** approach to controlling the docking trajectory and the forward docking speed of the UAV can achieve rapid and exact docking with a moving SideArm,without violating the preassigned safe docking-constraint *** under different docking scenarios were used to validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed docking-control algorithm.

Biaxia lrotary tillage in dryland(DBRT)can complete biaxial rotary tillage with straw incorporation,secondary suppression,and ditch.ng,and it has been previously studied in direct-seeded rice and ***,the effects of DBRT on the mech.nically transplanted rice yield and greenhouse gas emissions remain *** evaluate the effects of DBRT on improving the food security of mech.nically transplanted rice and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions,we conducted an experiment for two years with wheat straw *** tillage methods were set up:DBRT,uniaxial rotary tillage in dryland and paddy(DPURT),and uniaxial rotary tillage in paddy(PURT).The results showed that compared with DPURT and PURT,DBRT increased the yield of mach.ne-transplanted rice by 7.5-11.0%and 13.3-26.7%,respectively,while the seasonal cumulative ch_(4) emissions were reduced by 13.9-21.2%and 30.2-37.0%,respectively,and the seasonal cumulative n_(2)O emissions were increased by 13.5-28.6%and 50.0-73.1%,***,DBRT reduced the global warming potential by 10.7-15.5%and 23.7-28.6%,respectively,andtheyield-scaledglobalwarmingpotentialby18.2-21.8%and36.4-39.3%,respectively,compared to DPURT and *** results were mainly related to the fact that DBRT significantly reduced soil bulk density and increased soil redox potential(eh).Therefore,implementing DBRT in mach.ne-transplanted rice fields is feasible,which cannot only increase the rice yield,but also reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.

Objective Hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)play a crucial role in liver ***-stage liver fibrosis is reversible and intimately associated with the state of ***-like factor 4(KLF4)plays a pivotal role in a wide array of physiological and pathological *** study aimed to investigate the effect of KLF4 on the proliferation,apoptosis and phenotype of quiescent HSCs Methods We designed a KLF4 lentiviral vector and a KLF4 siRnA lentiviral vector,to upregulate and silence KLF4 expression in human HSC LX-2 cells via *** proliferation was assessed using the CCK-8 *** cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle distribution and apoptosis *** blotting was used to determine the levels of some quiescence and activation markers of HSCs Results Overexpression of KLF4 significantly increased the levels of e-cadherin and ZO-1,which are quiescent HSC markers,while significantly decreased the levels of n-cadherin and a-SMA,known activated HSC *** contrast,cell proliferation and apoptosis rates were elevated in LX-2 cells in which KLF4 expression was silenced Conclusion KLF4 inhibits the proliferation and activation of human LX-2 *** might be a key regulatory protein in the maintenance of HSC quiescence and may serve as a target for the inhibition of hepatic fibrosis.

Fe-n-doped carbon materials(Fe-n-C)are promising candidates for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)relative to Pt-based catalysts in proton exch.nge membrane fuel cells(PeMFCs).However,the intrinsic contributions of Fe-n_(4)moiety with different chemical/spin states(e.g.D1,D2,D3)to ORR are unclear since various states coexist *** the present work,Fe-n-C core-shell nanocatalyst with single lowspin Fe(Ⅱ)-n_(4)species(D1)is synthesized and identified with ex-situ ultralow temperature Mossbauer spectroscopy(T=1.6 K)that could essentially differentiate various Fe-n_(4)states and invisible Fe-O *** quantifying with CO-pulse chemisorption,site density and turnover frequency of Fe-n-C catalysts reach 2.4×10^(-9)site g^(-1)and 23 e site~(-1)s^(-1)during the ORR,***-wave potential(0.915V_(RHe))of the Fe-n-C catalyst is more positive(approximately 54 mV)than that of Pt/***,we observe that the performance of PeMFCs on Fe-n-C almost achieves the 2025 target of the US Department of energy by demonstrating a current density of 1.037 A cm^(-2)combined with the peak power density of 0,685 W cm^(-2),suggesting the critical role of Fe(Ⅱ)-n_(4)site(D1).After 500 h of running,PeMFCs still deliver a power density of 1.26 W cm^(-2)at 1.0 bar H_(2)-O_(2),An unexpected rate-determining step is figured out by isotopic labelling experiment and theoretical *** work not only offers valuable insights regarding the intrinsic contribution of Fe-n_(4)with a single spin state to alkaline/acidic ORR,but also provides great opportunities for developing high-performance stable PeMFCs.

Cadmium(Cd)pollution poses a serious threat to plant growth and *** have shown great application potential for alleviation of Cd toxicity to *** this study,we applied graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets(g-C_(3)n_(4)nSs)for alleviation of Cd-toxicity to soybean(Glycine max L.).The g-C_(3)n_(4)nSs supplementation significantly improved plant growth and reduced oxidative damage in the Cd-toxicated soybean seedlings through hydroponic ***,the g-C_(3)n_(4)nSs dynamically regulated the root cell wall(RCW)components by increasing pectin content and modifying its demethylation via enhancing pectin methylesterase(PMe)activity,therefore greatly enhanced stronger RCW-Cd retention(up to 82.8%)and reduced Cd migration to the ***,the g-C_(3)n_(4)nSs reversed the Cd-induced chlorosis,increased photosynthetic efficiency because of enhancement in F_v/F_mration,Y(Ⅱ)and sugars *** results provide new insights into the alleviation of Cd toxicity to plants by g-C_(3)n_(4)nSs,and shed light on the application of low-cost and environmental-friendly carbon-based nMs for alleviating heavy metal toxicity to plants.
