裂隙产生的各向异性在地层介质中广泛存在,基于各向异性的裂隙参数反演和预测在一定程度上能提高裂隙反演的精度和预测的可靠性。本文通过建立基于VTI介质的反射系数方程,引入模拟退火算法中的Metropolis准则设置跳出概率对粒子群标准算法进行改进,实现对VTI介质中纵、横波速度及各向异性参数等属性的反演;并通过各向异性相关的属性、泊松比和泊松速度的联合,实现对裂隙充填物的预测。通过二层模型和Marmousi2模型对算法的稳定性和抗噪性进行测试,论证了方法的可行性;并进一步将方法应用于煤矿实际资料,对裂隙含水性进行预测,论证了方法的有效性。

目的明确母代肾精亏虚导致子代原发性睾丸生精功能减弱的宫内编程机制。方法制备孕鼠24只,数字随机法均分为空白组,模型组,补肾组;除空白组以外,余下各组孕期采用慢性应激复制母鼠肾精亏虚模型。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测母鼠血清甲状腺素(T4)、糖皮质激素(GC)、胎产数评估母鼠模型。从孕0天开始,补肾组给予左归丸灌胃填补肾精;孕期20天时,比较母鼠一般情况及体重变化,雄性胎鼠睾丸体质比,ELISA法检测其血清T4、GC、促卵泡生长激素(FSH)含量,并通过苏木素-伊红染色评估睾丸生殖细胞发育状况,免疫荧光双染检测胎鼠睾丸缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)、SYR-盒包含蛋白9(Sox9)表达,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应检测胎鼠睾丸细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK1/2)、Cx43基因表达,蛋白免疫印迹法检测胎盘组织GR、胎鼠睾丸ERK1/2、Cx43、促卵泡生长激素受体(FSHR)蛋白表达。结果与空白组母鼠比较,模型组母鼠,产后体重减轻、胎产数减少、血清T4含量降低、血清GC含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组母鼠比较,补肾组母鼠,产后体重增加、胎产数增加、血清T4含量升高、GC降低、(P<0.01)。与空白组雄性胎鼠比较,模型组雄性胎鼠血清T4含量降低、GC、FSH含量均升高、睾丸体质比降低、支持细胞数量、精原细胞数量及曲精小管个数均降低、睾丸Sox9、Cx43蛋白降低,ERK、Cx43 mRNA表达降低、FSHR表达升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),胎盘组织GR蛋白升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,补肾组胎鼠血清T4含量升高、GC、FSH含量均降低、睾丸体质比升高、支持细胞数量、精原细胞数量及曲精小管个数均升高、睾丸ERK、Cx43 mRNA表达升高、Sox9、Cx43蛋白升高、FSHR表达降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),胎盘组织GR蛋白降低(P<0.05)。结论母鼠孕期肾精亏虚是原发性睾丸生精功能障碍的诱因之一,其机制可能与GR/ERK/CX43宫内编程调控支持细胞数量相关。

Surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of Li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration substances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the Li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current sharing effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous Li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

A Novel Foreign Object Detection Method in Transmission Lines Based on Improved YOLOv8n

The rapid pace of urban development has resulted in the widespread presence of construction equipment andincreasingly complex conditions in transmission corridors. These conditions pose a serious threat to the safeoperation of the power *** vision technology, particularly object recognition technology, has beenwidelyemployed to identify foreign objects in transmission line images. Despite its wide application, the technique faceslimitations due to the complex environmental background and other auxiliary factors. To address these challenges,this study introduces an improved YOLOv8n. The traditional stepwise convolution and pooling layers are replacedwith a spatial-depth convolution (SPD-Conv) module, aiming to improve the algorithm’s efficacy in recognizinglow-resolution and small-size objects. The algorithm’s feature extraction network is improved by using a LargeSelective Kernel (LSK) attention mechanism, which enhances the ability to extract relevant features. Additionally,the SIoU Loss function is used instead of the Complete Intersection over Union (CIoU) Loss to facilitate fasterconvergence of the algorithm. Through experimental verification, the improved YOLOv8n model achieves adetection accuracy of 88.8% on the test set. The recognition accuracy of cranes is improved by 2.9%, which isa significant enhancement compared to the unimproved algorithm. This improvement effectively enhances theaccuracy of recognizing foreign objects on transmission lines and proves the effectiveness of the new algorithm.

Numerical simulation study on the hygrothermal performance of building exterior walls under dynamic wind-driven rain condition

Wind-driven rain(WDR)has a significant influence on the hygrothermal performance,durability,and energy consumption of building *** calculation of WDR loads using semi-empirical models has been incorporated into the boundary conditions of coupled heat and moisture transfer ***,prior research often relied on fixed WDR absorption ratio,which fail to accurately capture the water absorption characteristics of porous building materials under rainfall ***,this study aims to investigate the coupled heat and moisture transfer of exterior walls under dynamic WDR boundary conditions,utilizing an empirically obtained WDR absorption ratio model based on field *** developed coupled heat and moisture transfer model is validated against the HAMSTAD *** findings reveal that the total WDR flux calculated with the dynamic WDR boundary is lower than that obtained with the fixed WDR boundary,with greater disparities observed in orientations experiencing higher WDR *** variations in moisture flow significantly impact the surface temperature and relative humidity of the walls,influencing the calculation of cooling and heating loads by different *** to the transient heat transfer model,the coupled heat and moisture transfer model incorporating dynamic WDR boundary exhibits maximum increases of 17.6%and 16.2%in cooling and heating loads,*** dynamic WDR boundary conditions provide more precise numerical values for surface moisture flux,offering valuable insights for the thermal design of building enclosures and load calculations for HVAC systems.

Developing non-noble metal-based electrocatalyst with high catalytic activity is essential for advancing hydrogen energy *** study introduces a hydrothermal method for synthesizing order Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheets,with H_(3)O_(40)PW_(12)(denoted as PW_(12))loaded onto reduced graphene oxide(rGO)coated on nickel foam(referred to as PW_(12)-Ni(OH)_(2)/rGO).This method contrasts with the electrodeposition of Ni(OH)_(2),where PW_(12)is added to the synthetic system to direct the assembly and morphology of the Ni(OH)_(2)through a hydrothermal *** this work,the nickel foam acts dual roles as both the substrate and the source of nickel for the formation of Ni(OH)_(2).The PW_(12)-Ni(OH)_(2)/rGO nanosheets,when successfully prepared and loaded onto the nickel foam(NF),exhibited superior electrocatalytic activity for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in an alkaline electrolyte,achieving a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)at an overpotential of 69 ***,we endeavored to expand the application of this material towards the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)by preparing PW_(12)-(Fe/Co)Ni(OH)_(2)/rGO through the addition of metal *** nanocomposite displayed outstanding electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes,with a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)at an overpotential of 211 mV,and demonstrated excellent stability over a 50 h period in a 1 M KOH *** results presented in this paper offer an effective strategy for the preparation of polyoxometalate-based inorganic materials with diverse functionalities,applicable to both HER and OER.

Are Solar Active Regions Born with Neutralized Currents?

Solar active regions(ARs) are formed by the emergence of current-carrying magnetic flux tubes from below the photosphere. Although for an isolated flux tube the direct and return currents flowing along the tube should balance with each other, it remains controversial whether such a neutralization of currents is also maintained during the emergence process. Here we present a systematic survey of the degrees of the current neutralization in a large sample of flux-emerging ARs which appeared on the solar disk around the central meridian from 2010 to *** vector magnetograms taken by Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager onboard Solar Dynamic Observatory are employed to calculate the distributions of the vertical current density at the photosphere. Focusing on the main phase of flux emergence, i.e., the phase in which the total unsigned magnetic flux is continuously increased, we statistically examined the ratios of direct to return currents in all the ARs. Such a large-sample statistical study suggests that most of the ARs were born with currents close to neutralization. The degree of current neutralization seems to be not affected by the active-region size, the active-region growing rate, and the total unsigned *** only correlation of significance as found is that the stronger the magnetic field nonpotentiality is, the further the AR deviates from current neutrality, which supports previous event studies that eruption-productive ARs often have non-neutralized currents.

Comparative analysis of DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI) on unraveling dimethoate degraders

Microorganisms are crucial in the bioremediation of organophosphorus pesticides. However, most functional microorganisms (> 99%) are yet to be cultivated. This study applied two cultivation-independent approaches, DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI), to identify the functional microorganisms in degrading dimethoate in agricultural soils. MMI identified five dimethoate degraders: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus, whereas DNA-SIP identified three dimethoate degraders: Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus. Also, MMI showed higher resolution than DNA-SIP in identifying functional microorganisms. Two organic phosphohydrolase (OPH) genes: ophC2 and ophB, were involved in dimethoate metabolism, as revealed by DNA-SIP and MMI. The degradation products of dimethoate include omethoate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorothioate, N-methyl-2-sulfanylacetamide, O,O-diethyl S-hydrogen phosphorodithioate, O,O,O-trimethyl thiophosphate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorodithioate, and O,O,O-trimethyl phosphoric. This study emphasizes the feasibility of using SIP and MMI to explore the functional dimethoate degraders, expanding our knowledge of microbial resources with cultivation-independent approaches.
