The lead-free ceramics(1−x)(0.94Bi0.47Na0.47Ba0.06TiO3-0.06BiAlO3)-xAgNbO3(denoted as BNBTA-xAN)were synthesized via a solid-state sintering method.The effect of AgNbO3 doping amount on dielectric properties of the ceramics was studied systematically.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Raman spectroscope were used to detect the structure of the ceramics.Temperature-dependent dielectric spectra,frequency-dependent dielectric constant and alternating current(ac)electric conductance at various temperatures were measured.The doping of AgNbO3 greatly reduces dielectric constant around Curie temperature and thus enhances the temperature stability of the dielectric constant.The ceramic BNBTA-0.03AN exhibits excellent temperature-stable dielectric properties with temperature coefficient of capacitance(TCC)≤±15%between 55°C and 418°C with temperature window 363°C and small changes of dielectric constant and dielectric loss from 100 Hz to 1 MHz at different temperatures.The obtained ceramics are expected to be used in high-temperature capacitors due to its excellent temperature stability.

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common pregnancy complication strongly associated with poor maternal-fetal outcomes.Its incidence and prevalence have been increasing in recent years.Women with GDM typically give birth through either vaginal delivery or cesarean section,and the maternal-fetal outcomes are related to several factors such as cervical level,fetal lung maturity,the level of glycemic control still present,and the mode of treatment for the condition.We categorized women with GDM based on the latter two factors.GDM that is managed without medication when it is responsive to nutrition-and exercise-based therapy is considered diet-and exercise-controlled GDM,or class A1 GDM,and GDM managed with medication to achieve adequate glycemic control is considered class A2 GDM.The remaining cases in which neither medical nor nutritional treatment can control glucose levels or patients who do not control their blood sugar are categorized as class A3 GDM.We investigated the optimal time of delivery for women with GDM according to the classification of the condition.This review aimed to address the benefits and harms of giving birth at different weeks of gestation for women with different classes of GDM and attempted to provide an analytical framework and clearer advice on the optimal time for labor.

The ladybird Harmonia axyridis is an insect that exhibits pupal attachment to plants,which facilitates development and environmental adaptation.The cremaster is highly specialized for this behavior.However,the underlying molecular regulation of the cremaster remains unclear;therefore,we performed experiments to investigate the transcriptional regulation of cremaster development.First,we examined the morphological structure of the cremaster to reveal its function in pupal attachment of H.axyridis.Next,we analyzed the Hox gene Ha-Abd-B using RNA interference(RNAi)to determine its function in regulating cremaster formation;Ha-Abd-B up-regulation promoted effective pupal attachment,whereas successful RNAi caused severe down-regulation of this gene,and pupae were unable to attach.Furthermore,successful RNAi and subsequent Ha-Abd-B down-regulation caused phenotypic changes in cremaster structure,including its complete disappearance from some individuals.Finally,we observed unique development of the cremaster and dynamic expression of Ha-Abd-B during pre-pupal development;consequently,we hypothesized that there was specific pre-pupal development of the cremaster.Overall,based on these results,the specialized cremasteric structure located on the posterior side of H.axyridis was determined to be a key organ for pupal attachment.Cremaster identification in H.axyridis is regulated by Ha-Abd-B and exhibits preferential development.Pupal attachment of H.axyridis reveals an environmental adaptation of this species;thus,this study and future molecular studies will help determine the role of Hox genes in regulation of insect attachment and further our understanding of the multiple functions of Hox genes.

Quinoxaline-3-carboxylates and analogues are prevalent key structural motifs in bioactive natural products and synthetic drugs.However, the practical protocol for preparation of these motifs from simple raw materials under mild conditions remains rare. In this article, we report a facile protocol for the efficient preparation of various quinoxaline-3-carbonyl compounds(30 examples,63%–92%) through oxidation coupling of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with readily available carbazates(or acyl hydrazines) in the presence of K_2S_2O_8 as an oxidant in metal-and base-free conditions. When tert-butyl carbazate was used as the coupling reagent,the decarboxylation product 3-(tert-butyl)-1-methylquinoxalin-2(1H)-one was obtained. The application of this process into a gram-scale synthesis can be easily accomplished. Mechanistic investigations reveal that the functionalization of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones via a free-radical pathway.

On-demand food delivery(OFD)is gaining more and more popularity in modern society.As a kernel order assignment manner in OFD scenario,order recommendation directly influences the delivery efficiency of the platform and the delivery experience of riders.This paper addresses the dynamism of the order recommendation problem and proposes a reinforcement learning solution method.An actor-critic network based on long short term memory(LSTM)unit is designed to deal with the order-grabbing conflict between different riders.Besides,three rider sequencing rules are accordingly proposed to match different time steps of the LSTM unit with different riders.To test the performance of the proposed method,extensive experiments are conducted based on real data from Meituan delivery platform.The results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning based order recommendation method can significantly increase the number of grabbed orders and reduce the number of order-grabbing conflicts,resulting in better delivery efficiency and experience for the platform and riders.

BACKGROUND This study aimed to explore the relationship between gene mutations and early embryonic development arrest and to provide more possibilities for the diagnosis and treatment of repeated implantation failure.CASE SUMMARY Here,we collected and described the clinical data of a patient with early embryonic development stagnation after repeated in vitro fertilization attempts for primary infertility at the Department Reproductive Center of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital.We also detected the whole-exon gene of the patient's spouse and parents,and conducted bioinformatics analysis to determine the pathogenesis of the gene.CONCLUSION A novel mutant of the TUBB8 gene[c.602G>T(p.C201F)]was identified,and this mutant provided new data on the genotype-phenotype relationships of related diseases.

The therapeutic potential of Annexin A1,an important member of the Annexin superfamily,has become evident in results of experiments with multiple human systems and animal models.The anti-inflammatory and pro-resolving effects of Annexin A1 are characteristic of pathologies involving the nervous system.In this review,we initially describe the expression sites of Annexin A1,then outline the mechanisms by which Annexin A1 maintains the neurological homeostasis through either formyl peptide receptor 2 or other molecular approaches;and,finally,we discuss the neuroregenerative potential qualities of Annexin A1.The eye and the nervous system are anatomically and functionally connected,but the association between visual system pathogenesis,especially in the retina,and Annexin A1 alterations has not been well summarized.Therefore,we explain the beneficial effects of Annexin A1 for ocular diseases,especially for retinal diseases and glaucoma on the basis of published findings,and we explore present and future delivery strategies for Annexin A1 to the retina.

Despite the promising potential of transition metal oxides(TMOs)as capacitive deionization(CDI)electrodes,the actual capacity of TMOs electrodes for sodium storage is significantly lower than the theoretical capacity,posing a major obstacle.Herein,we prepared the kinetically favorable Zn_(x)Ni_(1−x)O electrode in situ growth on carbon felt(Zn_(x)Ni_(1−x)O@CF)through constraining the rate of OH^(−)generation in the hydrothermal method.Zn_(x)Ni_(1−x)O@CF exhibited a high-density hierarchical nanosheet structure with three-dimensional open pores,benefitting the ion transport/electron transfer.And tuning the moderate amount of redox-inert Zn-doping can enhance surface electroactive sites,actual activity of redox-active Ni species,and lower adsorption energy,promoting the adsorption kinetic and thermodynamic of the Zn_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O@CF.Benefitting from the kinetic-thermodynamic facilitation mechanism,Zn_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O@CF achieved ultrahigh desalination capacity(128.9 mgNaCl g^(-1)),ultra-low energy consumption(0.164 kW h kgNaCl^(-1)),high salt removal rate(1.21 mgNaCl g^(-1) min^(-1)),and good cyclability.The thermodynamic facilitation and Na^(+)intercalation mechanism of Zn_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O@CF are identified by the density functional theory calculations and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring,respectively.This research provides new insights into controlling electrochemically favorable morphology and demonstrates that Zn-doping,which is redox-inert,is essential for enhancing the electrochemical performance of CDI electrodes.

Objective:To analyze the clinical and follow-up data of patients with multiple organ failure of melioidosis pneumonia,to strengthen the understanding of melioidosis,and to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians,especially doctors in Hai nan province with high incidence,so as to reduce misdiagnosis,improve the diagnosis rate and reduce the mortality.Methods:The clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination and follow-up of patients with multiple organ failure were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Multiple organ failure with melioidosis pneumonia was easily misdiagnosed,Treatment cycle is long,easy to relapse.Conclusion:It is very important to analyze and differentiate the anthrax with multiple organ failure,especially in Hai nan province,which can improve the diagnosis rate and reduce the mortality.
