A multispectral imaging system often cannot capture 3D spatial information owing to hardware limitations, which diminishes the effectiveness across various domains. To address this problem, we have developed a multispectral stereo imaging system along with an adaptive 3D reconstruction algorithm. Unlike existing unmanned aerial vehicle stereo imaging systems, our multispectral stereo imaging system uses two multispectral cameras with asymmetric spectral bands positioned at different angles. This design enables the acquisition of a higher number of bands and lateral spatial information while maintaining a lightweight structure. This system introduces challenges such as large geometric distortions and intensity differences between multiple bands. To accurately recover 3D spatial information, we propose an adaptive 3D reconstruction method. This method employs a position and orientation system-assisted projection transformation and a normalized threshold adjustment strategy. Finally, mutual information is used to reconstruct the multispectral images densely, effectively addressing nonlinear differences and generating a comprehensive multispectral point cloud. Our stereo system was used for two real data collections in different regions, and the efficacy of the proposed 3D reconstruction method was validated by comparing it with existing methods and commercial software.

目的探讨低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(LG-ESS)误诊原因,提高该疾病诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析3例被误诊的LG-ESS患者的临床资料。结果3例患者年龄36~45岁,2例表现为月经量增多,1例表现为腹痛。2例术前误诊为子宫肌瘤,行经腹子宫肌瘤剥除术。1例术前误诊为脉管内平滑肌瘤病,行次广泛全子宫+双附件+大网膜切除术+肿瘤细胞减灭术。3例术后病理均诊断为LG-ESS。2例补充行全子宫+双附件切除术,1例未行补充手术。术后均予以孕激素治疗,目前均无复发。结论LG-ESS发病率低,误诊率高。临床医师应提高术前诊断的准确率,误诊发生后积极采取补救措施,从而改善患者预后。

Cell Consistency Evaluation Method Based on Multiple Unsupervised Learning Algorithms

Unsupervised learning algorithms can effectively solve sample *** address battery consistency anomalies in new energy vehicles,we adopt a variety of unsupervised learning algorithms to evaluate and predict the battery consistency of three vehicles using charging fragment data from actual operating *** extract battery-related features,such as the mean of maximum difference,standard deviation,and entropy of batteries and then apply principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality and record the amount of preserved *** then build models through a collection of unsupervised learning algorithms for the anomaly detection of cell consistency *** also determine whether unsupervised and supervised learning algorithms can address the battery consistency problem and document the parameter tuning *** addition,we compare the prediction effectiveness of charging and discharging features modeled individually and in combination,determine the choice of charging and discharging features to be modeled in combination,and visualize the multidimensional data for fault *** results show that the unsupervised learning algorithm is effective in visualizing and predicting vehicle core conformance faults,and can accurately predict faults in real ***“distance+boxplot”algorithm shows the best performance with a prediction accuracy of 80%,a recall rate of 100%,and an F1 of *** proposed approach can be applied to monitor battery consistency faults in real time and reduce the possibility of disasters arising from consistency faults.

Smoke and fire recognition are of great importance on foreseeing fire disasters and preventing environmental pollution by monitoring the burning process of objects(e.g., straw, fuels). However, since fire images suffer from problems like the variability of the features, complexity of scenarios, interference from background, changeable weather conditions as well as image quality problems, identifying smoke and fire accurately and promptly from a given image still remains a substantial challenge. Automatically learning the features of smoke images by CNNs has improved the target recognition ability compared to traditional approaches,nonetheless, convolutions and pooling operations in CNNs may cause severe information loss which may lead to *** tackle the above problems, this paper proposed a hybrid attention model based on the characteristics of smoke images. This model adopted multiple optimized attention mechanism in several stages to quickly and precisely capture the important features,achieving state-of-the-art performance on smoke and fire recognition in terms of accuracy and speed. Our proposed module mainly consists of two stages: pooling and attention. In the first stage, we conducted several newly proposed first-order pooling methods. Through traversing the data space in a larger scope, features are better reserved, thus constructing a more intact feature space of smoke and fire in an image. In the second stage, feature maps are aggregated together to perform channel and spatial attention. The channel and spatial dependencies allow us to quickly catch the important features presented in an image. By fully exploring the feature space and prominent salient features, characteristics of smoke and fire are better presented so as to obtain better smoke and fire detection results. RNA荧光适配体是近年来发展起来的一种简单且有效的RNA分子荧光标记工具，可与不发光或发光微弱的小分子荧光团结合，显著增强其发光性能。RNA荧光适配体具有结构简单、易合成以及毒性低等优点，已成为生物传感和成像等研究领域的重要工具。本文介绍了目前已开发的RNA荧光适配体，包括Malachite Green(MG)、Spinach、Broccoli、Mango、Corn和Pepper家族等，概述了其对应的荧光团的特点，从细胞外检测和细胞成像两个方面对RNA荧光适配体的应用研究进展进行了总结和评述，分析了RNA荧光适配体研究中存在的问题及优化策略，展望了其发展前景，以期为临床标记小分子化合物、RNA、蛋白质和研究适配体与荧光小分子团之间的相互作用提供参考。

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial scRNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

Based on global initiatives such as the clean energy transition and the development of renewable energy,the pumped storage power station has become a new and significant way of energy storage and regulation,and its construction environment is more complex than that of a traditional *** particular,the stability of the rock strata in the underground reservoirs is affected by the seepage pressure and rock stress,which presents some challenges in achieving engineering safety and *** the advantages of the numerical simulation method in dealing deal with nonlinear problems in engineering stability,in this study,the stability of the underground reservoir of the Shidangshan(SDS)pumped storage power station was numerically calculated and quantitatively analyzed based on fluid-structure coupling theory,providing an important reference for the safe operation and management of the underground ***,using the COMSOL software,a suitablemechanicalmodel was created in accordance with the geological structure and project characteristics of the underground ***,the characteristics of the stress field,displacement field,and seepage field after excavation of the underground reservoir were simulated in light of the seepage effect of groundwater on the nearby rock of the underground ***,based on the construction specifications and Molar-Coulomb criterion,a thorough evaluation of the stability of the underground reservoir was performed through simulation of the filling and discharge conditions and anti-seepage strengthening *** findings demonstrate that the numerical simulation results have a certain level of reliability and are in accordance with the stress measured in the project *** underground reservoir excavation resulted in a maximum displacement value of the rock mass around the caverns of 3.56 mm in a typical section,and the safety coefficient of the parts,as determined using the Molar-Coulomb criterion,was highe

A Combination Prediction Model for Short Term Travel Demand of Urban Taxi
