Study on the clinical correlation between serum total IgE level and peripheral blood eosinophil count in patients with eczema

Objective:To explore the correlation between the expression of serum total IgE level and peripheral blood EOS count in patients with eczema and the severity of clinical ***:The EASI and pruritus VAS score were used to evaluate the disease severity of 100 patients with *** to the EASI score,patients with eczema were divided into three groups:mild(15 points).At the same time,the serum total IgE level and peripheral blood EOS count were tested before and after the 4-week Chinese medicine ***:The serum total IgE level of 42%of eczema patients increased,and the peripheral blood EOS count increased in 26%.In the three groups of mild,moderate,and severe,as the severity of eczema increased,the level of serum total IgE and peripheral blood EOS count continued to increase,and the positive rate increased significantly(all P<0.05).In terms of correlation analysis,the study showed that in patients with eczema total IgE level and EASI score(r=0.421,P<0.01),EOS count and EASI score(r=0.326,P<0.01),EOS count and pruritus VAS score(r=0.529,P<0.01)all show relatively weak positive correlation;and a high proportion of patients had the same changes in IgE and EOS after treatment(82%of IgE is consistent with EASI,76%of EOS is consistent with EASI).Conclusion:This study shows that the total IgE level and EOS count of patients with eczema are positively correlated with the severity of eczema,but at the same time this correlation is relatively *** clinical practice,it is necessary to combine the dynamic changes of the individual's own indicators in order to diagnose,comprehensively treat and evaluate *** greater reference value in other aspects.

＜正＞Background To investigate the clinical value of CT guided 125iodine seed implantation in treating portal vein tumor thrombus in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods 10 patients（9 males and 1 females,median age 51 years,range from 36 to 72） with portal vein tumor thrombus with hepatocellular carcinoma accepted CT guided 125iodine seed implantation were enrolled in this study. The portal vein tumor thrombus were not well controlled by hepatocellular carcinoma combined therapy,such as surgery,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）,radiotherapy ablation（RFA）,microwave ablation（MA）,or percutaneous ethanol injection（PEI）.The average diameter of each tumor thrombus was 2.1×*** the guidance of CT,125I seeds of 0.8mCi were implanted under local anesthesia at a distance of 0.5cm along portal vein tumor thrombus according to *** spiral CT follow-up was performed 4 months post intervention. Results A total of 10 patients with portal vein tumor thrombus received CT-guided 125iodine seed implantation. The local control of the treated lesions was quite satisfactory with 4 months,and the overall response rate was 90.0% （9/10）,with observed complete response（CR） in 4 patients,partial response（PR） in 5 patients,and stable disease （SD） in 1 *** adverse effects mainly included aggravated abdominal dropsy and temporary increased hepatic aminopherase,which were controlled by medical ***,we have seen seeds migration to lung and left hepatic lobe in 1 *** other complications such as hemorrhoea,cholo-fistulase,hepatic abscess,pancreatic fistula and hepatic function failure were encountered in all patients. Conclusions CT-guided 125iodine seed implantation was proved safety and effectiveness in the treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus with hepatocellular carcinoma with minimal damage and few complications.

To investigate the influence of diagenetic water media on the hydrogen isotopes of individual sedimentary aromatic compounds,a series of hydrous pyrolyses were conducted on herbaceous *** aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in hydrous pyrolysed samples and their hydrogen isotopic composition characteristics were *** aqueous medium demonstrated a significant influence on the hydrogen isotopic composition of the individual PAHs generated during *** results showed that the PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a saltwater medium with high δD value from a salt lake had a heavy hydrogen isotopic *** PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a fresh water medium with low δD value from a swamp had a light hydrogen isotopic *** difference in the average PAHδD value between the two hydrous experiments varied from -174‰ to -109‰,suggesting that the hydrogen isotopic composition of individual sedimentary PAHs can reflect the source of the diagenetic water *** addition,a comparative study found that the hydrogen isotopes of PAHs were superior to those of n-alkanes in the same sample for diagenetic water *** results indicated that the exchange of water-derived inorganic hydrogen and organic hydrogen was more intensive in freshwater experiments than in saltwater *** an increase in the simulation temperature,the average δD value of PAHs generated in the hydrous simulation experiments showed an increasing trend,reflecting that the δD value of sedimentary PAHs formed with the participation of diagenetic water media was still closely related to the thermal maturity of organic *** studies showed that theδD values of different types of organic compounds produced by hydrous pyrolysis of peat were in the order,PAHs>n-alkanes>methane.

To understand the thermal evolution of lacustrine sedimentary n-alkane hydrogen isotopic composition(δD),especially bacterially derived n-alkanes,anhydrous thermal simulation experiments were performed with sediments from Lake Gahai(Gannan,China).We analyzed the original and pyrolysis-generated n-alkanes and theirδD *** results showed that thermal maturity and n-alkane origins significantly affected the distribution of pyrolysis-generated *** immature to post-mature sediments,the bacterial-derived medium-chain n-alkanes generally had depletedδD *** maximum difference in averageδD values between the bacterial-and herbaceous plant-derived medium-chain n-alkanes was 32‰,and the maximum difference in δD values among individual n-alkanes was 59‰.We found that the averageδD value of pyrolysis-generated n-alkanes from different latitude was significantly different in immature to highly mature sediments,but similar in post-mature *** hydrogen isotopes of sedimentary n-alkanes can be used as indicators for paleoclimate/paleo-environment conditions only when sediments are immature to highly *** thermal evolution,the δD value of generated individual n-alkanes and the averageδD value increased with thermal maturity,indicating that hydrogen isotopes of sedimentary n-alkanes can be used as an index of organic matter *** established mathematical models of average δD values of generated n-alkanes from immature to post-mature sediments using n C_(21)^(-)/nC_(21)^(+)and average chain *** results improve our understanding of the distribution andδD value of sedimentary n-alkanes derived from herbaceous plants in mid-latitude plateau cold regions.

In order to determine the critical forging penetration efficiency （FPE） of 06Crl9NigNbN steel, a new model was presented to describe critical FPE, which is significant to optimize the steel forging process. The plane strain compression tests were conducted to obtain the model and confirm its va- lidity. The results indicated that the dynamic recrystallization （DRX） volume fraction increases and the grain size decreases with the rise of reduction ratio. Meanwhile, the compression process was simulated by DEFORM software. The tensile tests were conducted and the results demonstrated that the mechanical properties gradually become stable when the reduction ratio increases to 30%, 34% and 40% at 1200, 1 100 and 1000 ℃, respectively. The calculated results based on this new model are consistent with experimental results, indicating that the model is suitable to predict the critical FPE for the steel.

Study on the Method of Soil Productivity Assessment in Black Soil Region of Northeast China

The objective of this paper is to investigate a simple and practical method for soil productivity assessment in the black soil region of Northeast China. Firstly, eight kinds of physicochemical properties for each of 120 soil samples collected from 25 black soil profiles were analyzed using cluster and correlation analysis. Subsequently, parameter indices were calculated using physicochemical properties. Finally, a modified productivity index （MPI） model were developed and validated. The results showed that the suitable parameters for soil productivity assessment in black soil region of Northeast China were soil available water, soil pH, clay content, and organic matter content. Compared with original productivity index （PI） model, MPI model added clay content and organic matter content in parameters while omitted bulk density. Simulation results of original PI model and MPI model were compared using crop yield of land block where investigated soil profiles were located. MPI model was proven to perform better with a higher significant correlation with maize yield. The correlation equation between MPI and yield was： Y= 3.2002Ln（MP/）＋ 10.056, R^2 = 0.7564. The results showed that MPI model was an effective and practical method to assess soil productivity in the research area.
