Shish crystals are crucial to achieving high performance low-dimensional ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)***,high stretch and shear flow fields are necessary for the formation of shish *** this study,UHMWPE gel films with reserved shish crystals were prepared by gel molding,the structural evolution and properties of UHMWPE films stretched at temperatu res of 100,110,120and 130℃were investigated by in situ small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)/ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering(USAXS)/wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)measu rements as well as scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)*** findings showed that the reserved shish crystals can facilitate the formation and structural evolution of shish-kebab crystals during the hot ***,the reserved shish crystals promote the structu ral evolution of UHMWPE films to a greater extent when stretched at 120 and 130℃,compared to 100 and 110℃,resulting in higher crystallinity,orientation,thermal properties,breaking strength and Young's *** pared to UHMWPE high-entangled films with reserved shish crystals prepared by compression molding,UHMWPE low-entangled films with reserved shish crystals prepared by gel molding are more effective in inducing the formation and evolution of shish-kebab crystals during the hot stretching,resulting in increased breaking strength and Young's modulus.

On-demand food delivery(OFD)is gaining more and more popularity in modern *** a kernel order assignment manner in OFD scenario,order recommendation directly influences the delivery efficiency of the platform and the delivery experience of *** paper addresses the dynamism of the order recommendation problem and proposes a reinforcement learning solution *** actor-critic network based on long short term memory(LSTM)unit is designed to deal with the order-grabbing conflict between different ***,three rider sequencing rules are accordingly proposed to match different time steps of the LSTM unit with different *** test the performance of the proposed method,extensive experiments are conducted based on real data from Meituan delivery *** results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning based order recommendation method can significantly increase the number of grabbed orders and reduce the number of order-grabbing conflicts,resulting in better delivery efficiency and experience for the platform and riders.

To achieve high microwave permeability in wide-band for the micron-thick magnetic films,[Fe-Fe_(20)Ni_(80)/Cr]_(n) multilayer structure was proposed by co-sputtering Fe and FeNi to form the magnetic layers and Cr to form the *** multilayer structure contributes to the high permeability by reducing the coercivity and diminishing out-of-plane *** maximum imaginary permeability of[Fe-Fe_(20)Ni_(80)/Cr]_(n) multilayer film reaches a large value of 800 at 0.52 GHz even though its overall thickness exceeds 1μ***,the magnetic resonance frequency of the multilayer film can be modulated from 0.52 to 1.35 GHz by adjusting the sputtering power of Fe from 0 to 86 W,and its bandwidth for μ’’>200(Δf) is as large as 2.0 *** desirable broad Δf of magnetic permeability,which can be well fitted by the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equations,is due to dual magnetic resonances originated from double magnetic phases of Fe and FeNi that are of different saturation *** micron-thick multilayer films with high permeability in extended waveband are promising candidate for electromagnetic noise suppression application.

Differential privacy(DP)is widely employed for the private data release in the single-party *** utility could be degraded with noise generated by ubiquitous data correlation,and it is often addressed by sensitivity reduction with correlation ***,increasing multiparty data release applications present new challenges for existing *** this paper,we propose a novel correlated differential privacy of the multiparty data release(MP-CRDP).It effectively reduces the merged dataset's dimensionality and correlated sensitivity in two steps to optimize the *** also propose a multiparty correlation analysis *** on the prior knowledge of multiparty data,a more reasonable and rigorous standard is designed to measure the correlated degree,reducing correlated sensitivity,and thus improve the data ***,by adding noise to the weights of machine learning algorithms and query noise to the release data,MP-CRDP provides the release technology for both low-noise private data and private machine learning *** experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method on the utilized Adult and Breast Cancer datasets.

Objective Cognitive impairment(CI)in older individuals has a high morbidity rate worldwide,with poor diagnostic methods and susceptible population *** study aimed to investigate the relationship between different retinal metrics and CI in a particular population,emphasizing polyvascular *** We collected information from the Asymptomatic Polyvascular Abnormalities Community Study on retinal vessel calibers,retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness,and cognitive function of 3,785participants,aged 40 years or *** regression was used to analyze the relationship between retinal metrics and cognitive *** stratified by different vascular statuses were also *** RNFL thickness was significantly thinner in the CI group(odds ratio:0.973,95%confidence interval:0.953–0.994).In the subgroup analysis,the difference still existed in the non-intracranial arterial stenosis,non-extracranial carotid arterial stenosis,and peripheral arterial disease subgroups(P<0.05).Conclusion A thin RNFL is associated with CI,especially in people with non-large vessel *** underlying small vessel change in RNFL and CI should be investigated in the future.

Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a vital risk factor for chronic kidney diseases(CKD)and development of functional foods capable of protecting CKD is of *** paper aimed to explore the amelioration effects and mechanism of Andrias davidianus bone peptides(ADBP)on HUA-induced kidney *** the present study,we generated the standard ADBP which contained high hydrophobic amino acid and low molecular peptide *** vitro results found that ADBP protected uric acid(UA)-induced HK-2 cells from damage by modulating urate transporters and antioxidant *** vivo results indicated that ADBP effectively ameliorated renal injury in HUA-induced CKD mice,evidenced by a remarkable decrease in serum UA,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen,improving kidney UA excretion,antioxidant defense and histological kidney *** analysis highlighted 14 metabolites that could be selected as potential biomarkers and attributed to the amelioration effects of ADBP on CKD mice kidney ***,ADBP restored the gut microbiome homeostasis in CKD mice,especially with respect to the elevated helpful microbial abundance,and the decreased harmful bacterial *** study demonstrated that ADBP displayed great nephroprotective effects,and has great promise as a food or functional food ingredient for the prevention and treatment of HUA-induced CKD.

AIM： To investigate the anatomic variations in the cystic artery by laparoscopy, and to provide a new classification system for the guidance of laparoscopic ***： Six hundred patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from June 2005 to May 2006 were studied retrospectively, The laparoscope of 30° （Stryker, American） was applied, Anatomic structures of cystic artery and conditions of Calot＇s triangle under laparoscope were recorded respectively,RESULTS： Laparoscopy has revealed there are many anatomic variations of the cystic artery that occur frequently. Based on our experience with 600 laparoscopic cholecystectomies, we present a new classification of anatomic variations of the cystic artery, which can be divided into three groups：（1） Calot＇s triangle type, found in 513 patients （85.5%）; （2） outside Calot＇s triangle, found in 78 patients （13%）; （3） compound type, observed in 9 patients （1.5%）.CONCLUSION： Our classification of the anatomic variations of the cystic artery uncontrollable cystic artery extrahepatic bile duct injury. will be useful for decreasing hemorrhage, and avoiding extrahepatic bile duct injury.

DNA methylation is an important epigenetic regulatory mechanism,it regulates gene expression by recruiting proteins involved in gene repression or by inhibiting the binding of transcription factor(s)to *** this study,a novel methyltransferase 2a gene(Zmet2a)was cloned in maize and identiﬁed by polymerase chain reaction-base(PCR-base)using a bioinformatics *** Zmet2a cDNA sequence is 2739 bp long and translates to 912 amino acid *** Zmet2a protein revealed that it contains BAH and CHROMO structural domains,is a non-transmembrane protein that is hydrophilically unstable,and has no signal peptide ***,we veriﬁed the biological roles of Zmet2a using transgenic Arabidopsis overexpressing Zmet2a and Zmet2a-knockout *** Zmet2a Arabidopsis thaliana showed highly signiﬁcant advancement inﬂowering time,and Zmet2a-knockout maize showed advancement inﬂowering time,with signiﬁcant changes in several ***,these report the role of Zmet2a in the regulation ofﬂowering time,which will lay a foundation for revealing the biological function and epigenetic regulation mechanism of Zmet2a in the growth,development andﬂowering of maize.

Recently,bispecific T-cell engagers(BiTEs)and chimeric antigen receptor-modified T cells(CAR-Ts)have been shown to have high therapeutic efficacy in hematological ***87 is highly expressed in solid tumors with an oncogenic *** assess their cytotoxic effects on invasive nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas(iNFPAs),we first examined CD87 expression and its effects on the metabolism of iNFPA *** generated CD87-specific BiTE and CAR/IL-12 T cells,and their cytotoxic effects on iNFPAs cells and in mouse models were ***87 had high expression in i NFPA tissue and cell samples but was undetected in noncancerous brain ***87×CD3 BiTE and CD87 CAR/IL-12 T-cells showed antigenic specificity and exerted satisfactory cytotoxic effects,decreasing tumor cell proliferation in vitro and reducing existing tumors in experimental ***,the above findings suggest that CD87 is a promising target for the immunotherapeutic management of iNFPAs using anti-CD87 BiTE and CD87-specific CAR/IL-12 T cells.
