General anesthetic agents can impact brain function through interactions with neurons and their effects on glial *** perform essential roles in the central nervous system,including myelin sheath formation,axonal metabolism,and neuroplasticity *** are particularly vulnerable to the effects of general anesthetic agents resulting in impaired proliferation,differentiation,and *** are increasingly interested in the effects of general anesthetic agents on *** agents not only act on the surface receptors of oligodendrocytes to elicit neuroinflammation through modulation of signaling pathways,but also disrupt metabolic processes and alter the expression of genes involved in oligodendrocyte development and *** this review,we summarize the effects of general anesthetic agents on *** anticipate that future research will continue to explore these effects and develop strategies to decrease the incidence of adverse reactions associated with the use of general anesthetic agents.

被歧视部落民是日本近代社会中遭受压迫程度最沉重的群体之一,在日本对外侵略扩张的进程中,驱赶部落民移民到本土以外的设想得到进一步实施。侵华战争全面爆发后,部落解放运动组织水平社沦为天皇制法西斯政府的政治工具,协助推动部落民移民中国东北,煽动他们参与殖民统治与侵略战争。20世纪80年代之后,日本学者开始关注与思考水平社协助侵略战争的加害责任,其中进步派与保守派对战争责任的认识存在着分歧与争论,对其整体情况的把握有利于全方位研究日本侵华史,深层次认识日本战争责任论的复杂性。

A toughener that can effectively improve the interlaminar toughness in carbon fiber composites is crucial for various *** investigated,the toughening effects of phenolphthalein-based cardo poly(ether sulfone)(PES-C)on E51/DETDA epoxy and its carbon fiber composites(CFCs).Scanning electron microscopy showed that the phase structures of PES-C/epoxy blends change from island(of dispersed phase)structures to bi-continuous structures(of the matrix)as the PES-C content increased,which is associated with reaction-induced phase *** adding 15 phr PES-C,the glass transition temperature(T_(g))of the blends increased by 51.5℃,and the flexural strength,impact strength and fracture toughness of the blends were improved by 41.1%,186.2%and 42.7%,*** improvements could be attributed to the phase separation structure of the PES-C/epoxy sys-tem.A PES-C film was used to improve the mode-II fracture toughness(G_(IIC))of *** G_(IIC) value of the 7μm PES-C film toughened laminate was improved by 80.3.compared to that of the control *** increase in G_(IIC) was attributed to cohesive failure and plastic deformation in the interleaving region.

Small extracellular vesicles derived from human induced pluripotent stem cell-differentiated neural progenitor cells mitigate retinal ganglion cell degeneration in a mouse model of optic nerve injury

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

区域协作治理是当前公共管理研究的热点话题,将领导力理论嵌入区域协作治理场域中可以为理解复杂的协作过程提供动态视角。本文基于相关理论构建了由公共价值、运行系统、领导活动组成的区域协作治理领导力要素模型,其中公共价值是区域协作治理领导力的出发点和落脚点,运行系统由结构管理、过程管理、政治管理构成,是区域协作治理领导力的核心要素,领导活动是区域协作治理中正式领导和非正式领导的行为方式;本文以长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区为例印证并发掘领导力的动态过程,认为示范区塑造了国家战略引领的公共价值体系,构建了以网络行政组织(NAO)为核心的复杂运行系统,形成了关系导向的领导策略和行动逻辑,通过这些领导力要素整合提升了示范区协作治理绩效;基于案例研究凝练搭建了区域协作治理领导力的动态分析框架,并提出长三角示范区加快从区域项目协同走向区域一体化制度创新的对策建议。
