BACKGROUND Single incision plus one port left-side approach(SILS+1/L)totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)is an emerging technique for the treatment of gastric *** port laparoscopic gastrectomy has a number of potential advantages for patients compared with conventional laparoscopic gastrectomy:relieving postoperative pain,shortening hospital stay and offering a better cosmetic ***,there are no previous reports on the use of SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut Roux-en-Y(uncut R-Y)*** To investigate the initial feasibility of SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut Roux-en-Y digestive tract reconstruction(uncut R-Y reconstruction)to treat distal gastric *** A total of 21 patients who underwent SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut R-Y reconstruction for gastric cancer were *** patients were treated at The Second Hospital of Shandong *** were performed intracorporeally with 60 mm endoscopic linear stapler and 45 mm no-knife *** clinicopathological characteristics,surgical details,postoperative short-term outcomes,postoperative follow-up upper gastrointestinal radiography findings and endoscopy results were analyzed *** All SILS+1/L operations were performed by SILS+1/L TLDG *** patient population included 13 men and 8 women with a mean age of 48.2 years(ranged from 40 years to 70 years)and median body mass index of 22.8 kg/m^*** were no conversions to open laparotomy,and no other port was *** mean operation time was 146 min(ranged 130-180 min),and the estimated mean blood loss was 54 mL(ranged 20-110 mL).The mean duration to flatus and discharge was 2.3(ranged 1-3.5)and 7.3(ranged 6-9)d,*** mean number of retrieved lymph nodes was 42(ranged 30-47).Two patients experienced mild postoperative complications,including surgical site infection(wound at the navel incision)and mild postoperative pancreatic fistula(grade A).Follow-up upper gastrointestinal ra

Gibberellins （GAs） form a group of important plant tetracyclic diterpenoid hormones that are involved in many aspects of plant growth and development. Emerging evidence implicates that GAs also play roles in stress responses. However, the role of GAs in biotic stress is largely unknown. Here, we report that knockout or overexpression of the Elongated uppermost internode （Eu~ gene encoding a GA deactivating enzyme compromises or increases, respectively, disease resistance to bacterial blight （Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oyrzae） and rice blast （Magnaporthe oryzae）. Exogenous application of GA3 and the inhibitor of GA synthesis （uniconazol） could increase disease susceptibility and resistance, respectively, to bacterial blight. Similarly, uniconazol restored disease resistance of the eui mutant and GA3 decreased disease resistance of the Eui overexpressors to bacterial blight. Therefore, the change of resistance attributes to GA levels. In consistency with this, the GA metabolism genes OsGA2Oox2 and OsGA20xl were down-regulated during pathogen challenge. We also found that PRla induction was enhanced but the SA level was decreased in the Eui overexpressor, while the JA level was reduced in the eui mutant. Together, our current study indicates that GAs play a negative role in rice basal disease resistance, with EUI as a positive modulator through regulating the level of bioactive GAs.

The objective of this study was to investigate the mechanical characteristics of implant-abutment interface design in a dental implant system, using nonlinear finite element analysis （FEA） method. This finite element simulation study was applied on three commonly used commercial dental implant systems： model I, the reduced-diameter 3i implant system （West Palm Beach, FL, USA） with a hex and a 12-point double internal hexagonal connection; model II, the Semados implant system （Bego, Bremen, Germany） with combination of a conical （45° taper） and internal hexagonal connection; and model III, the Br,~nemark implant system （Nobel Biocare, Gothenburg, Sweden） with external hexagonal connection. In simulation, a force of 170 N with 45°oblique to the longitudinal axis of the implant was loaded to the top surface of the abutment. It has been found from the strength and stiffness analysis that the 3i implant system has the lowest maximum yon Mises stress, prirlcipal stress and displacement, while the Br^nemark implant system has the highest. It was concluded from our preliminary study using nonlinear FEA that the reduced-diameter 3i implant system with a hex and a 12-point double internal hexagonal connection had a better stress distribution, and produced a smaller displacement than the other two implant systems.

Comparison of preoperative TN staging of gastric carcinoma by endoscopic ultrasonography with CT examination

IM To assess the accuracy and limitations of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in the preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma in comparison with computed tomography (CT).METHODS According to the new (1987) TN staging, 62 patients with gastric carcinomas were examined preoperatively by EUS and compared with the postoperative pathological TN staging. CT of abdomen was performed before surgery in 32 of the patients.RESULTS The overall accuracy of T staging was 839% for EUS and 281% for CT. For the detection of regional lymph node metastases, EUS accuracy was 790%, sensitivity 800% and specificity 875%, versus 500% accuracy for CT. The coincidence of perigastric infiltration was 900% for EUS and 412% for CT. The most frequent causes of misdiagnosis by EUS were microscopic tumor invasion and peritumorous inflammatory or fibrous changes.CONCLUSION EUS is a reliable method for the clinical evaluation of locoregional extension of gastric cancer and more accurate than CT in the preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma.

Distributed optimal consensus control for multiagent systems based on event-triggered and prioritized experience replay strategies

This study uses event-triggered(ET) and reinforcement learning methods to investigate the optimal consensus control problem for cooperative-competitive multiagent systems. It proposes a novel distributed ET control strategy, which relies on a prioritized experience replay(PER) policy. This strategy not only conserves communication resources but also ensures acceptable system performance. To implement the proposed method, actor-critic(AC) dual-structured neural networks(NNs) are used to approximate the value function and control policy. In the AC NNs, the weight estimates for the NNs are updated at the moment of event triggering, resulting in a nonperiodic weight adjustment pattern. This approach decreases the computational cost in comparison with the traditional ET mechanism. The PER-based ET mechanism makes full use of valid historical data and effectively establishes a balance between system performance and communication resource ***, it does not require the following two conditions in most existing studies:(1) requirement of the system dynamics model to be known, and(2) persistent excitation. In addition, Zeno behavior is excluded from this study. Finally, a simulation is conducted to confirm the validity of the suggested approach.

采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱技术，建立了一种基于一级精确质量数、同位素峰轮廓、保留时间、特征碎片离子及二级质谱图的数据库和质谱库的靶向筛查方法，用于不同类型口罩中63种化学危害物质的筛查，包括17种阻燃剂、14种全氟化合物、15种邻苯二甲酸酯、5种荧光增白剂和12种紫外线吸收剂，并采用外标法进行定量分析。在各自线性范围内，各化合物的线性相关系数（r）均大于0.99，检出限和定量限分别为3.3～26.7μg/kg (S/N=3)和10.0～80.0μg/kg (S/N=10)，平均回收率（n=6）为72.3%～102.6%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.8%～9.9%。基于所建立的数据库和质谱库，对不同类型的口罩进行靶向筛查，在3例口罩样品中检出二苯甲酮和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，依据其测定浓度及相关暴露模型进行风险评估，吸入暴露量并未超过建议的参考剂量。本方法可为保障口罩产品质量安全和消费者健康提供重要的技术参考。

随着绿色分析化学概念的提出,新型绿色溶剂的开发和利用成为当前的研究热点。将绿色溶剂替代传统有机溶剂用于样品前处理过程,可以减少对实验人员及环境的危害。超分子溶剂由于两亲物质含量高,萃取分离条件温和,近年来被广泛应用于萃取富集宽极性范围内的目标分析物,兼具萃取和净化的效果。该文介绍了超分子溶剂的形成过程和基本性质,综述了超分子溶剂应用于萃取分离过程的优势,对超分子溶剂在样品前处理中的应用进行了归纳梳理,包括基于超分子溶剂的样品前处理及超分子溶剂萃取与其他前处理方式的联用,并对超分子溶剂萃取与多种检测技术的联用进行了介绍。通过对超分子溶剂在样品前处理与检测技术中应用研究进展的综述,为其进一步开发利用提供理论指导和技术支持。

本研究建立了拭子喷雾电离与四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(Q/Orbitrap HRMS)联用法快速筛查化妆品中19种防晒剂。化妆品样品无需前处理,直接用拭子蘸取样品,滴加30μL甲醇-乙腈混合溶剂(4∶1,V/V),施加5.0 kV电压,通过拭子喷雾电离方式产生带电液滴。四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱采用一级全扫描与平行反应监测模式进行检测。结果表明,19种防晒剂的方法检出限为0.01~2.0 mg/kg,方法重复性在1.4%~9.9%之间(n=6),单个样品的检测时间小于1 min。该方法简便快速、准确可靠,适用于化妆品中防晒剂的快速筛查。
