Malignant obstruction makes gallbladder cancer have a high mortality ***-titanium alloy(nitinol)stents are commonly used as a local intervention to maximize patient survival time,but the stents lack antitumor and antibacterial capacity and are vulnerable to secondary ***-based drugs show good therapeutic promise against gallbladder *** meet clinical *** layered double hydroxides(LDHs)film is constructed on the nitinol,whose arsenite loading amounts rose by 60%after simple heat treatment compared with the conventional anion-exchange *** addition,calcination promotes the dissolution of nickel ions from the LDHs lattice,resulting in a powerful synergistic killing effect on tumor cells together with the released *** importantly,the calcined arsenic-loaded LDHs are sensitive to the acidic microenvironment of tumor tissues,which presents a much lower arsenic and nickel release amount in the normal tissues,guaranteeing its ***,the vertically sharp LDHs nanosheets can synergize with arsenic to achieve effective physical cleavage and chemical killing of adherent and planktonic *** short,we attempt to use arsenic drugs for local interventions and reasonably avoid their toxic side effects,which provides a new design idea for nitinol stents applied in the treatment of gallbladder cancer.

Nature's contributions to people(NCP)encompass both the beneficial and detrimental effects of living nature on human quality of life,including regulatory,material,and non-material ***,vital NCPs have been deteriorating,accelerated by changes in both natural and anthropogenic drivers over recent *** the often inevitable trade-offs between NCPs due to their spatially and temporally uneven distributions,few studies have quantitatively assessed the impacts of different drivers on the spatial and temporal changes in multiple NCPs and their *** we evaluate the effects of precipitation,temperature,population,gross domestic product,vegetation restoration,and urban expansion on four key regulatory NCPs-habitat maintenance,climate regulation,water quantity regulation,and soil protection-in Nei Mongol at the county *** observe increasing trends in climate regulation and soil protection from 2.00 to 2.19,contrasted with declining trends in habitat maintenance and water quantity *** have identified the dominant positive and negative drivers influencing each NCP across individual counties,finding that natural drivers predominantly overpowered anthropogenic ***,we discover significant spatial disparities in the tradeoff or synergy relationships between NCPs across the *** findings illustrate how the impacts of various drivers on NCPs and their interrelationships can be quantitatively evaluated,offering significant potential for application in various spatial *** an understanding of trade-offs and scale effects,these insights are expected to support and inform policymaking at both county and provincial levels.

Developing high-performance aqueous Zn-ion batteries from sustainable biomass becomes increasingly vital for large-scale energy storage in the foreseeable ***,γ-MnO_(2. uniformly loaded on N-doped carbon derived from grapefruit peel is successfully fabricated in this work,and particularly the composite cathode with carbon carrier quality percentage of 2. wt%delivers the specific capacity of 391.2.mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1),outstanding cyclic stability of 92.17%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1),and remarkable energy density of 553.12.Wh kg^(−1) together with superior coulombic efficiency of~100%.Additionally,the cathodic biosafety is further explored specifically through in vitro cell toxicity experiments,which verifies its tremendous potential in the application of clinical ***,Zinc ion energy storage mechanism of the cathode is mainly discussed from the aspects of Jahn–Teller effect and Mn domains distribution combined with theoretical analysis and experimental ***,a novel perspective of the conversion from biomass waste to biocompatible Mn-based cathode is successfully developed.

Clinical characteristics of postoperative necrotizing enterocolitis in patients with congenital jejunoileal atresia and its risk factors

Objective To review postoperative necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)in patients with jejunoileal atresia(JIA)and to explore the potential risk factors related to the concurrence *** Patients diagnosed with JIA who received surgical treatment from January 2.16 to June 2.2. were ***,viral infection of the fetus,transfusion within 48 hours before NEC,sepsis before JIA repair,pathological and anatomical classification of JIA,combined malformation,occurrence time of NEC after the operation,treatment,and prognosis of patients were *** were divided into NEC group and non-NEC group,and all patients were followed up for 3-6 months to observe for *** A total of 180 patients with JIA were included,of whom 12.were diagnosed with NEC after surgery and 1 patient with NEC died during *** average age,birth weight,gestational age,proportion of premature infants,proportion of preoperative infections,and pathological classification of JIA did not significantly differ between the two *** probability of patients with proximal jejunal atresia(PJA)in the NEC group(58.3%)was higher than that in the non-NEC group(2..6%)(p=0.011),and patients with PJA had longer parenteral nutrition time than patients without PJA(2..64±9.2. days vs 15.11±6.58 days,p<0.001).Conclusion PJA was more likely to be associated with concurrent NEC after surgery,which is a highly NEC-related risk factor inherent in JIA.

Nickel-manganese binary layered oxides with high working potential and low cost are potential candidates for sodium-ion batteries,but their electrochemical properties are highly related to compositional *** composite materials with various phase structures of P3,P2.P3,P2.P2.O3,and P2.P3/O3 were synthesized by manipulating the sodium content and calcination conditions,leading to the construction of a synthetic phase diagram for Na_(x)Ni_(0.2.)Mn_(0.75)O_(2.(0.45≤x≤1.1).Then,we compared the electrochemical characteristics and structural evolution during the desodiation/sodiation process of P2.P2.P3,P2.03,and P2.P3/O3-Na_(x)Ni_(0.2.)Mn_(0.75)O_(2..Among them,P2.P3-Na0.75Ni0.2.Mn0.75O2.xhibits the best rate capability of 90.9 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C,with an initial discharge capacity of 142.62.mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 C and a capacity retention rate of 78.2.%after 100 cycles at 1 C in the voltage range of 2.4.3 *** observed superior sodium storage performance of P2.P3 hybrids compared to other composite phases can be attributed to the enhanced Na^(+)transfer dynamic,reduction of the Jahn-teller effect,and improved reaction reversibility induced by the synergistic effect of P2.and P3 *** systematic research and exploration of phases in Na_(x)Ni_(0.2.)Mn_(0.75)O_(2.provide new sights into high-performance nickel-manganese binary layered oxide for sodium-ion batteries.

Efficient capture,safe storage and release of tritium from the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) reaction exhaust gas is a perplexing problem,and the development of an efficient tritium-getter material with ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure is considered as a reliable *** this work,Zr_(2.Co alloy was selected as a tritium-getter material and prepared through induction levitation *** performance test results show that Zr_(2.Co exhibits an ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure of 3.2. × 10^(-6) Pa at 2.℃ and excellent hydriding kinetics under a low hydrogen pressure of 0.005 ***,unique phase transition behaviors were presented in Zr_(2.Co-H ***,Zr_(2.CoH_(5) formed by Zr_(2.Co hydrogenated at room temperature is initially decomposed into ZrH_(2. and ZrCoH_(3) at2.0 ℃.With the temperature increasing to 350 ℃,ZrCoH_(3)is dehydrogenated to ZrCo,and then ZrCo further reacts with ZrH_(2. at 650 ℃ to reform Zr_(2.Co and *** the staged phase transition pathways during dehydrogenation,the decomposition of Zr_(2.CoH_(5) occurs preferentially,which is well accordance with both the smallest reaction energy barrier and the maximum reaction spontaneity that are determined respectively from kinetics activation energy and thermodynamics Gibbs free ***,first principles calculation results indicate that the stronger binding of hydrogen in interstitial environments of ZrCoH_(3)and ZrH_(2. triggers the hydrogen-stabilized phase transformation of Zr_(2.CoH_(5).The unique phase transition mechanisms in Zr_(2.Co-H system can shed light on the further exploration and regulation of analogous staged phase transition of hydrogen storage materials.

Two allyldimethylalkyl quaternary ammonium salt(AQAS)monomers,N,N-dimethylallylphenylpropylammonium bromide(AQAS1)and N,N-dimethylallylnonylammonium bromide(AQAS2.,were synthesized and used to prepare modified polyacrylamide *** new drag reducers were synthesized from acrylamide(AM),sodium acrylate(Na AA)and a cationic modified monomer(AQAS1 or AQAS2.via aqueous solution polymerization,and the copolymers were named P(AM/Na AA/AQAS1)and P(AM/Na AA/AQAS2.,*** structures of the drag reduction agents were confirmed by IR and1H NMR *** molecular weight(Mw)of P(AM/Na AA/AQAS1)was 1.79×10^(6)g/*** the copolymer concentration was 1000 mg/L and the flow rate was 45 L/min,in fresh water the highest drag reduction rate was 75.8%,in 10,000 mg/L Na Cl solution the drag reduction rate decreased to 72.9%.The molecular weight of P(AM/Na AA/AQAS2.was 3.17×10^(6)g/*** the copolymer concentration was500 mg/L and the flow rate was 45 L/min,the drag reduction rate reached 75.2.,and in 10,000 mg/L Na Cl solution the drag reduction rate was 73.3%,decreased by approximately 1.9%.The drag reduction rate for partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)was also investigated,and the results showed that the drag reduction rates for 500 and 1000 mg/L HPAM solutions were merely 43.2.and 49.0%in brine,*** with HPAM,both of the above copolymers presented better drag reduction capacities.
