TX-80 low-transformation-temperature(LTT)welding wire was used to replace the traditional ER 307Si welding wire to realize the connection of 2.SiMn2.iB armor steel in manual overlay *** previously existing issues,such as welding cracks,large welding deformation,and severe welding residual stress,were solved to ensure good strength and ductility *** particular,with the same welding conditions,TX-80 LTT wire eliminates welding *** reduces the welding deformation no matter the base pretreatment of pre-setting angle or no pre-setting *** comparison,it was found that the microstructure at the TX-80 weld is mainly composed of martensite and a small amount of retained *** contrast,the microstructure of the ER 307Si weld consists of a large amount of austenite and a small amount of skeleton-like *** variation trend of residual stress and microhardness from the weld to the base were investigated and compared with the mechanical properties of base *** TX-80 and the ER 307Si tensile samples elongation is 6.76%and 6.01%,while the ultimate tensile strengths are 877 and 667 MPa,*** average impact toughness at room temperature of the ER 307Si weld is 143.9 J/cm^(2.,much higher than that of the TX-80 weld,which is only 36.7 J/cm^(2..The relationship between impact and tensile properties with microstructure species and distribution was *** addition,the fracture surface of the tensile and the impact samples was observed and *** dimples,fewer pores,larger radiation zone,and shear lips of TX-80 samples indicate better tensile ductility and worse impact toughness than those of ER 307Si weld.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanism of baicalin against colon ***:The effects of baicalin on the proliferation and growth of colon cancer cells MC38 and *** were observed and predicted potential molecular targets of baicalin for colon cancer therapy were studied by network ***,molecular docking and drug affinity responsive target stability（DARTS）analysis were performed to confirm the interaction between potential targets and ***,the mechanisms predicted by in silico analyses were experimentally verified in-vitro and ***:Baicalin significantly inhibited proliferation,invasion,migration,and induced apoptosis in MC38 and CT2. cells（all P2.（CDKN2.）,protein kinase B（AKT）,caspase 3,and mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK）.In vitro,the expressions of CDKN2.,MAPK,and p-AKT were suppressed by baicalin in MC38 and CT2. *** vivo,baicalin significantly reduced the tumor size and weight（all P2.,cyclin dependent kinase 4,cyclin dependent kinase 2.interleukin-1,tumor necrosis factor α,and activating caspase 3 and mouse double minute 2.homolog signaling（all P2. protein level to prevent colon cancer and could be used as a therapeutic target for colon cancer.

Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) materials with lowered the rmal and oxygen ion conductivity can provide thermal and oxidative protection for high te mperature hot-end components in aero nautical engines and gas turbines,The rare-earth tantalate RETaO_(4)(RE=Dy,Gd and Sm) ceramics with monoclinic(m) phase were successfully synthesized via spark plasma *** vacancies responsible for the thermal and oxygen ion conductivities of RETaO_(4) were demonstrated by atomic-resolution energy dispersive Xray and X-ray photoelectron *** the three samples,DyTaO_(4) has excellent oxygen/thermal barrier *** to the current service thermal barrier coating material ZrO_(2.-8 wt% Y_(2.O_(3)(8 YSZ),DyTaO_(4) has an ultra-low oxygen ion conductivity benefiting from low oxygen vacancy concentration and strong stretching force *** intrinsic thermal conductivity of DyTaO_(4)is 68.2. less than that of 8 ***,the thermal expansion rate curves indicate that the phase transformation does not happen from room te mperature to 12.0℃.The above results demonstrate that high-growth rate the rmally grown oxide can be retarded by creating dense DyTaO_(4) coating with lowered thermal and oxygen ion conductivity.

Industrially prepared artificial graphite(AG)is attractive for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),but its rate performance is poor and the production process is energy intensive,so developing an efficient strategy to produce novel graphite with low energy consumption and high performance is economically ***,a nanostructured graphite composed of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and graphite shells was prepared by one-pot method through low-temperature pyrolysis of iron-based metal-organic framework(MOF)and carbon *** high graphitization degree of nanostructured graphite makes the initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)exceed 80%,and the three-dimensional(3D)conductive network ensures a specific capacity of 2.4 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at a high current density of 500 mA·g^(−1).In addition,the typical graphite potassium storage mechanism is also demonstrated by in situ X-ray diffraction(XRD)and in situ Raman spectroscopy,and its practicality is also proved by the voltage of the full *** work provides a feasible way to optimize the practical production process of AG and expand its application in energy storage.
