Simulating the Escaping Atmosphere of GJ 436 b with Two-fluid Magnetohydrodynamic Models

Observations of transmission spectra reveal that hot Jupiters and Neptunes are likely to possess escaping atmospheres driven by stellar *** models predict that magnetic fields may exert significant influences on the atmospheres of hot ***,the escaping atmospheres are not entirely ionized,and magnetic fields only directly affect the escape of ionized components within *** the chemical reactions between ionized components and neutral atoms,as well as collision processes,magnetic fields indirectly impact the escape of neutral atoms,thereby influencing the detection signals of planetary atmospheres in transmission *** order to simulate this process,we developed a magnetohydrodynamic multi-fluid model based on MHD code *** an initial exploration,we investigated the impact of magnetic fields on the decoupling of H^(+)and H in the escaping atmosphere of the hot Neptune *** to the strong resonant interactions between H and H^(+),the coupling between them is tight even if the magnetic field is *** course,alternatively,our work also suggests that merging H and H^(+)into a single flow can be a reasonable assumption in MHD simulations of escaping ***,our simulation results indicate that under the influence of magnetic fields,there are noticeable regional differences in the decoupling of H^(+)and *** the increase of magnetic field strength,the degree of decoupling also *** heavier particles such as O,the decoupling between O and H^(+)is more *** findings provide important insights for future studies on the decoupling processes of heavy atoms in the escaping atmospheres of hot Jupiters and hot Neptunes under the influence of magnetic fields.

The eccentricity matrix of a graph is obtained from the distance matrix by keeping the entries that are largest in their row or column,and replacing the remaining entries by *** matrix can be interpreted as an opposite to the adjacency matrix,which is on the contrary obtained from the distance matrix by keeping only the entries equal to *** the paper,we determine graphs having the second largest eigenvalue of eccentricity matrix less than 1.

Double-ring high-frequency common-mode switching oscillation current sensor for inverter-fed machine winding insulation monitoring

Insulation failure significantly contributes to the unpredictable shutdown of power *** to the partial discharge and high-frequency(HF)injection methods,the HF common-mode(CM)leakage current method offers a non-intrusive and highly sensitive ***,the detection of HF CM currents is susceptible to interference from differential-mode(DM)currents,which exhibit high-amplitude and multifrequency components during normal *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a double-ring current sensor based on the principle of magnetic shielding for inverter-fed machine winding insulation *** inner ring harnesses the magnetic aggregation effect to isolate the DM current magnetic field,whereas the outer ring serves as the magnetic core of the Rogowski current sensor,enabling HF CM current ***,the magnetic field distributions of the CM and DM currents were ***,a correlation between the sensor parameters and signal-to-noise ratio of the target HF CM current was ***,an experimental study was conducted on a 3-kW PMSM for *** results indicate that the proposed double-ring HF CM sensor can effectively mitigate DM current *** to a single-ring sensor,a reduction of approximately 40%in the DM component was achieved,which significantly enhanced the precision of online insulation monitoring.

High-sensitive state perception method for inverter-fed machine turn insulation based on FrFT-Mel

Amidst the swift advancement of new power systems and electric vehicles,inverter-fed machines have progressively materialized as a pivotal apparatus for efficient energy *** winding turn insulation failure is the root cause of inverter-fed machine *** online monitoring of turn insulation health can detect potential safety risks promptly,but faces the challenge of weak characteristics of turn insulation *** study proposes an innovative method to evaluate the turn insulation state of inverter-fed machines by utilizing the fractional Fourier transform with a Mel filter(FrFT-Mel).First,the sensitivity of the high-frequency(HF)switching oscillation current to variations in turn insulation was analyzed within the fractional ***,an improved Mel filter is introduced,and its structure and parameters are specifically designed based on the features intrinsic to the common-mode impedance resonance point of the electrical ***,an evaluation index was proposed for the turn insulation state of inverter-fed *** results on a 3kW permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)demonstrate that the proposed FrFT-Mel method significantly enhances the sensitivity of turn insulation state perception by approximately five times,compared to the traditional Fourier transform method.

First-Arrival Picking Method for Active Source Data with Ocean Bottom Seismometers Based on Spatial Waveform Variation Characteristics

The precision and reliability of first-arrival picking are crucial for determining the accuracy of geological structure inversion using active source ocean bottom seismometer (OBS) refraction data. Traditional methods for first-arrival picking based on sample points are characterized by theoretical errors, especially in low-sampling-frequency OBS data because the travel time of seismic waves is not an integer multiple of the sampling interval. In this paper, a first-arrival picking method that utilizes the spatial waveform variation characteristics of active source OBS data is presented. First, the distribution law of theoretical error is examined; adjacent traces exhibit variation characteristics in their waveforms. Second, a label cross-correlation superposition method for extracting high-frequency signals is presented to enhance the first-arrival picking precision. Results from synthetic and field data verify that the proposed approach is robust, successfully overcomes the limitations of low sampling frequency, and achieves precise outcomes that are comparable with those of high-sampling-frequency data.

Oxaliplatin(Oxa) is the first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC). However, long-term Oxa chemotherapy can induce inflammation and increase the levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2), which can promote tumor metastasis. Moreover,high glutathione(GSH) levels in CRC cells significantly reduce Oxa sensitivity and seriously restrict the clinical application of Oxa. Herein, an Oxa(Ⅳ) prodrug with anti-inflammatory properties(desmethyl naproxe, DN) and GSH-depleting cyclodextrin pseudo-polyrotaxane carriers were prepared and further self-assembled into micellar nanoparticles(designated DNPt@PPRI). The relesae of DN from DNPt@PPRI can reduce the level of PGE2 to inhibit inflammation and tumor metastasis by decreasing COX-2 protein,and also synergize with Oxa to inhibit tumor. More importantly, GSH depletion can reduce the detoxification of Oxa and further enhance chemotherapy-induced apoptosis. DNPt@PPRI have a good GSH depletion ability to enhance the sensitivity of Oxa, indicating a potential in the synergistic chemotherapy and chemo-sensitization of colorectal cancer.

针对传统工业码垛机系统响应速度慢、定位精度低、工作可靠性差等问题,结合自动化生产线码垛系统的工艺流程和控制要求,提出基于自适应模糊控制、PLC+HMI控制架构的智能码垛系统解决方案。构建以三菱FX3U型PLC、昆仑通态人机界面HMI、变频调速系统和伺服驱动系统等组成的智能码垛系统;分析并设计了系统软件架构和程序流程图,采用自适应模糊PID算法设计了码垛系统的控制器。实验研究表明,设计的智能码垛系统能有效地消除对冲,具有较强的鲁棒性,并在码垛搬运要求高速、重载的应用场景下,极大改善了系统的动态性能。

Antitumor therapies based on adoptively transferred T cells or oncolytic viruses have made significant progress in recent years,but the limited efficiency of their infiltration into solid tumors makes it difficult to achieve desired antitumor effects when used *** this study,an oncolytic virus(rVSV-LCMVG)that is not prone to induce virus-neutralizing antibodies was designed and combined with adoptively transferred T *** transforming the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment into an immunosensitive one,in B16 tumor-bearing mice,combination therapy showed superior antitumor effects than *** occurred whether the OV was administered intratumorally or *** therapy significantly increased cytokine and chemokine levels within tumors and recruited CD8^(+)T cells to the TME to trigger antitumor immune *** with adoptively transferred T cells and subsequent oncolytic virotherapy sensitizes refractory tumors by boosting T-cell recruitment,downregulating the expression of PD-1,and restoring effector T-cell *** offer a combination therapy with greater translational value,mRNA vaccines were introduced to induce tumor-specific T cells instead of adoptively transferred T *** combination of OVs and mRNA vaccine also displays a significant reduction in tumor burden and prolonged *** study proposed a rational combination therapy of OVs with adoptive T-cell transfer or mRNA vaccines encoding tumor-associated antigens,in terms of synergistic efficacy and mechanism.
