Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Protective effect of glycyrrhetinic acid against cantharidin-induced hepatotoxicity through reducing oxidative stress in mice

近海海域实测数据显示,风机主要承受大幅值、长历时的水平向环境荷载。在服役周期内,位于高烈度区域内的近海风机遭受地震作用的概率极大。这些持续性的、量值巨大的初始水平环境荷载对风机的地震响应所产生的影响尚不清晰,目前相关研究多基于数值模拟方法。以福建海域某拟建近海风电场为对象,利用ZJU−400超重力振动台,开展了嵌岩桩单桩基础在砂土中的超重力物理模型试验,揭示了初始水平荷载与地震动荷载耦合作用下的桩身弯矩和位移响应。此外,引入超孔压参数来表征耦合荷载作用下的桩-土弱化效应,建立了能反映不同超孔压比下的大直径单桩基础桩身土反力-桩-土水平位移曲线模型。结合非线性Winkler地基梁理论框架,所构建的预测模型可以较有效地预测近海风机嵌岩单桩在初始水平荷载作用下的震后弯矩及位移分布。

BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(***)is *** To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese *** This prospective,multicenter,randomized,open-label,and two-stage study was conducted at 23 centers in Fujian,China(May 2021-April 2022).***-infected patients were randomized to bismuth quadruple therapy(BQT),BQT-Vonoprazan(BQT-V),seven-day VAT(VAT-7),ten-day VAT(VAT-10),and fourteen-day VAT(VAT-14)*** primary endpoint was the *** eradication *** secondary endpoint was the frequency of adverse *** study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,*** In the first stage,VAT-7 and BQT-V groups were selected for early termination because less than 23 among 28 cases were *** the second stage,the eradication rates for BQT,VAT-10,and VA-14 were 80.2%[95%confidence interval(95%CI):71.4%-86.8%],93.2%(86.6%-96.7%),92.2%(85.3%-96.0%)in the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and 80.9%(95%CI:71.7%-87.5%),94.0%(87.5%-97.2%),and 93.9%(87.4%-97.2%)in the per-protocol *** ITT analysis showed a higher eradication rate in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups than in the BQT group(P=0.022 and P=0.046,respectively).The incidence of adverse events in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups was lower than in the BQT group(25.27%and 13.73%vs 37.62%,respectively;P<0.001).CONCLUSION VAT with a duration of 10 or 14 days achieves a higher eradication rate than the BQT,with a more tolerable safety profile in ***-infected patients in *** XP et *** for *** eradication.

Weak measurement amplification,which is considered as a very promising scheme in precision measurement,has been applied to various small physical quantities *** many physical quantities can be converted into phase signals,it is interesting and important to consider measuring small longitudinal phase shifts by using weak ***,we propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel weak measurement amplification-based small longitudinal phase estimation,which is suitable for polarization *** realize one order of magnitude amplification measurement of a small phase signal directly introduced by a liquid crystal variable retarder and show that it is robust to the imperfection of ***,we analyze the effect of magnification error which is never considered in the previous works,and find the constraint on the *** results may find important applications in high-precision measurements,e.g.,gravitational wave detection.

Observing nuclear neutrinoless double beta (0vββ) decay would be a revolutionary result in particle *** such a decay would prove that the neutrinos are their own antiparticles,help to study the absolute mass of neutrinos,explore the origin of their mass,and may explain the matter-antimatter asymmetry in our universe by lepton number *** propose developing a time projection chamber (TPC) using high-pressure ^(82)SeF_(6) gas and Topmetal silicon sensors for readout in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory (CJPL) to search for neutrinoless double beta decay of82Se,called the NvDEx *** being located at CJPL with the world’s thickest rock shielding,NvDEx combines the advantages of the high Qββ(2.996 MeV) of82Se and the TPC’s ability to distinguish signal and background events using their different topological *** makes NvDEx unique,with great potential for low-background and high-sensitivity 0 vββ***-100,a NvDEx experiment phase with 100 kg of SeF_(6)gas,is being built,with plans to complete installation at CJPL by *** report introduces 0 vββ physics,the NvDEx concept and its advantages,and the schematic design of NvDEx-100,its subsystems,and background and sensitivity estimation.

基于AADL的混合关键系统随机错误与突发错误安全性分析

许多复杂的嵌入式系统都是混合关键系统(mixed-criticality system,MCS).MCS通常需要在指定的关键性(criticality)等级状态下运行,但是它们可能会受到一些危害的影响,这些危害可能会导致随机错误和突发错误,进一步导致执行线程中止,甚至导致系统故障.目前的研究仅集中于对MCS的可调度性分析,未能进一步分析系统安全性,未能考虑线程之间的依赖关系.以随机错误和突发错误为研究对象,提出一种集成故障传播分析的基于架构的MCS安全分析方法.使用架构分析和设计语言(architecture analysis and design language,AADL)刻画构件依赖关系.为了弥补AADL的不足,创建新的AADL属性(AADL突发错误属性),并提出新的线程状态机(突发错误行为线程状态机)语义来描述带有突发错误的线程执行过程.为了将概率模型检查应用于安全分析,提出模型转换规则和组装方法,从AADL模型推导出PRISM模型.建立了两个公式,分别获得定量安全属性以验证故障发生的概率,以及定性安全属性以生成相应的正例来求出故障传播路径来进行故障传播分析.最后,以动力艇自动驾驶仪(power boat autopilot,PBA)系统为例,验证了该方法的有效性.
