The Yangla Cu skarn deposit is located in the central part of the Jinshajiang Suture Zone,southwest China,with a total reserve of 150 Mt Cu@1.03%.The newly discovered antimony orebodies at the depth of Yangla are strictly controlled by the stratum,structure,and lithology,which are lenticular and vein-like within the marble fracture zone,which can provide a window into multistage miner-alization and ore genesis at *** can be divided into three types,Cu–Pb–Zn(skarn)pyrite,galena,and sphalerite,Cu(porphyry)chalcopyrite and pyrite,and Sb(hydrothermal)stibnite and *** mineral assem-blages were stibnite+pyrite+calcite+quartz±minor scheelite in antimony *** study presents quantitative measurements of the trace element compositions of pyrite and stibnite from the Yangla antimony *** of pyrite with electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)showed enrichment in Co,Ni,Sb,As,and Mo,and deficit in its S and Fe contents when compared to the stoichiometric con-centrations of S and Fe in *** Sb-related pyrite may belong to sedimentary-reworked genesis and may be modi-fied by hydrothermalfluids,thereby presenting a certain dif-ference(i.e.,crystal morphology,texture,and chemical com-position)compared to the skarn and porphyry Cu-related pyrite in the Yangla Cu skarn *** of stibnite with EPMA and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrom-etry showed enrichment in As,Pb,Sn,Pb,Cu,and Zn,and presented much higher Sb contents and slightly lower S con-tents when compared to the stoichiometric concentrations of Sb and S in *** analysis of the stibnite trace elements showed correlations for the elemental pairs Cu–Pb,As–Sb,and Sn–Pb,and the coupled substitution equations Sb^(3+)↔Cu^(+)+Pb^(2+),Sb^(3+)↔As^(3+),and Sn^(2+)↔Pb^(2+)may be the major factors governed the incorporating Cu,Pb,As and Sn within the ***,this study preliminary shows that the antimony mineralization may belong to a car-bonate replacement h

For the matching of dephosphorization ladle for the heats according to the steelmaking-continuous casting production process, multiple conflicting objectives and conflicting constraints must be met. It is difficult to use the existing optimal scheduling method. Artificially preparing matching plans based on experience resulted in the time spent for the preparation of plans, and the number of ladles used online was high, and the hit rate of start-to-off times was low. The dephosphorization ladle matching model was established in the steelmaking-continuous casting production process. The ladle temperature is the highest, the longest life is the longest, and the remaining online use time is the maximum performance index. The constraint equations are established under the constraints of the process ladle temperature, service life, and maintenance end time. The decision variable is the dephosphorization ladle. Using intelligent methods based on first-order rule learning, rule-based reasoning with minimum generalization and the characteristics of ladle matching process, an intelligent matching method for dephosphorization ladle was proposed. The developed matching method was successfully applied to a steelmaking and continuous casting production line in China. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the highly effective proposed the algorithm is compared with previously used method. It brings significant social and economic benefits to the company.

炼钢-连铸过程是一个复杂的过程,钢水需要选择符合工艺要求的钢包作为存储设备,并按照生产计划进行.钢包选配时,钢包的属性众多,选配目标相互冲突难以同时满足;钢水的钢种属性众多导致脱碳钢包选配的约束复杂,选配优化是一个具有多冲突目标优化问题.首先,采用一阶规则学习法提取关键属性作为性能指标,包括钢包温度最高、钢包使用次数最多、钢包材质等级最低和钢包下水口数量,以钢包温度、使用次数、钢包材质、钢包水口使用次数、滑板和框架使用次数为约束,建立钢包选配模型.然后,采用最小一般泛化规则学习法提取钢包选配规则,针对多种调度顺序策略和选配优先级组合进行了仿真实验;最后,给出了基于规则优先级的启发式钢包选配方法,并进行了工业应用.结果表明:提高了钢包选配准确度,减少了在线钢包数量和日钢包维护次数,提升了炉次生产效率.

炼钢-连铸是现代钢铁企业生产流程的核心工序.本文将炼钢-连铸调度问题抽象为具有复杂约束的混合流水车间调度问题.以炉次总驻留时间最短和浇次准时开浇为优化目标,以炉次连浇为等式约束,建立了该问题的0-1型混合整数非线性模型.通过松弛资源析取约束,解除连续变量和整数变量之间的耦合关系,将松弛问题分解成两个简单的子问题.提出一种拉格朗日松弛水平算法,采用对偶松弛函数下降水平控制策略,以保证算法收敛于对偶松弛问题最优解.不同的测试算例表明:与传统拉格朗日松弛算法相比,所提算法可得到更好的下界和对偶间隙,并且求解时间较短.尤其问题规模越大,其优越性更加明显.

Power grid is developing towards the direction of intelligence. Nevertheless, the giant grid scale, complicated structure and external natural factors result in the potential of large-scaled power failure. Traditional black start power gives priority to hydropower. In areas with shortage of hydro power resources, suitable black start power is insufficient. The key of black start is able to realize the safe and stable operation of wind power and energy storage cogeneration system. Due to the combination of wind turbines and energy storage is a small system, energy storage, as a black start power source, starts the wind turbines together to supply power for the remote load. Therefore, it is necessary to run the balance and stable operation of a small system. In this paper, PSCAD simulation software is employed to conduct modeling of wind power and energy storage system,and the self-starting process of wind storage cogeneration system is analyzed by using resistance sensor as the load. The result verifies the wind power storage system’s initiation process.

In the north of China, the problem of wind abandonment is very serious. In order to improve the ability of wind power consumption, a cogeneration system with an electric boiler is proposed. First, the mathematical model of the minimum power generation cost of the traditional unit and the optimized model are established. Second, the model is solved by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm. In addition, a power structure of combined heat and power system（CHP） is constructed for simulation experiments. Through experimental analysis, proving the feasibility of the model. Finally, Simulation results show that making the electric boiler work in the period of wind abandonment can effectively alleviate the wind abandonment phenomenon. It also can provide more space for the wind power and enhance the wind power consumption.

铁水生产过程中普通类型铁水生产工艺路径存在不确定性,常规优化方法难以解决该生产调度问题,以人工为主的调度方法速度慢、优化程度低、造成冗余等待时间过长,为了解决这些问题,提出了铁水生产罐次优化调度方法。对TPC罐次铁水调度问题的目标与约束条件进行数学描述,建立了数学模型;提出由TPC罐次批次的划分、特殊类型铁水TPC罐次的设备指派、特殊类型铁水TPC罐次的开工时间优化和普通类型铁水TPC罐次的设备及开工时间调度组成的调度策略,并给出了相应的调度算法。将所提方法应用于该钢铁企业铁水生产调度,显著降低了平均日冗余等待时间,验证了所提方法的有效性。
