The visual system continuously adapts to the statistical properties of the environment. Existing evidence shows a close resemblance between deep convolutional neural networks(CNNs) and primate visual stream in neural selectivity to naturalistic textures above the primary visual processing stage. This study delves into the mechanisms of perceptual learning in CNNs,focusing on how they assimilate the high-order statistics of natural textures. Our results show that a CNN model achieves a similar performance improvement as humans, as manifested in the learning pattern across different types of high-order image statistics. While L2 was the first stage exhibiting texture selectivity, we found that stages beyond L2 were critically involved in learning. The significant contribution of L4 to learning was manifested both in the modulations of texture-selective responses and in the consequences of training with frozen connection weights. Our findings highlight learning-dependent plasticity in the mid-to-high-level areas of the visual hierarchy. This research introduces an AI-inspired approach for studying learning-induced cortical plasticity, utilizing DCNNs as an experimental framework to formulate testable predictions for empirical brain studies.

Single atom catalysts(SACs) possessing regulated electronic structure, high atom utilization, and superior catalytic efficiency have been studied in almost all fields in recent years. Carbon-based supporting SACs are becoming popular materials because of their low cost, high electron conductivity, and controllable surface property. At the stage of catalysts preparation, the rational design of active sites is necessary for the substantial improvement of activity of catalysts. To date, the reported design strategies are mainly about synthesis mechanism and synthetic method. The level of understanding of design strategies of carbon-based single atom catalysts is requiring deep to be paved. The design strategies about manufacturing defects and coordination modulation of catalysts are presented. The design strategies are easy to carry out in the process of drawing up preparation routes. The components of carbon-based SACs can be divided into two parts: active site and carbon skeleton. In this review, the manufacture of defects and coordination modulation of two parts are introduced, respectively. The structure features and design strategies from the active sites and carbon skeletons to the overall catalysts are deeply ***, the structural design of different nano-carbon SACs is introduced systematically. The characterization of active site and carbon skeleton and the detailed mechanism of reaction process are summarized and analyzed. Next, the applications in the field of electrocatalysis for oxygen conversion and hydrogen conversion are illustrated. The relationships between the superior performance and the structure of active sites or carbon skeletons are discussed. Finally, the conclusion of this review and prospects on the abundant space for further promotion in broader fields are depicted. This review highlights the design and preparation thoughts from the parts to the whole. The detailed and systematic discussion will provide useful guidance for design of

测点自适应规划是复杂曲面类零件在加工质量数字化测量环节的关键。针对自由曲面自适应测点规划问题,开展曲面自适应布点研究。设置给定条件下的测点密度判定方法,生成样本集,再训练神经网络组合模型,构建测点密度预测模型,用于精简测点数量;按照给定的测点密度阈值自适应获取聚类中心,并采用区域生长算法将曲面划分为测点密度大致相等的子曲面;以子曲面为基础,根据其测点密度进行局部均匀布点,提出一种基于曲面划分的自适应测点规划算法。实验结果表明,在该算法的误差结果接近样本组的情况下,所需测点数量较迭代重构算法明显减少;在相同测点数量下,该算法的误差比均匀布点算法更接近样本组。根据测点密度,将曲面由一个复杂、非规则的模型分成若干测点密度相近的子曲面可以减少测点数量;所规划的测点能较好地描述自由曲面的加工质量。

AIM:To investigate whether Recql5,a DNA helicase that plays an important role in the maintenance of genome integrity,is a tumor suppressor in the gastrointestinal tract in ***:We generated cohorts of both Recql5-proficient and Recql5-deficient Apcmin/+mice and compared the tumor susceptibility in their gastrointestinal ***:Recql5 deficiency in Apcmin/+mice resulted in a significant increase in the tumor incidence in both the colon(P=0.0162)and the small intestine(P<0.01).These findings have provided the first genetic evidence for a tumor suppression role of Recql5 in the gastrointestinal tract of ***,since mouse Recql5 and human RECQL5 are highly conserved,these findings also suggest that RECQL5 may be a tu-mor suppressor for human colon ***:Recql5 has a tumor suppression role in the mouse gastrointestinal tract.

美味牛肝菌（Boletusedulis）于实体，经水溶醇析法提取的多糖呈灰白色，其总精含量为73．21％，蛋白质含量为7．14％．经动物试验表明：该多糖（BP）能显著增加胸腺、脾脏器官质量，并可促进机体的免疫功能．采用ip，100μg（kg·d）剂量后，可使供试小白鼠外周血中的白细胞总数增加17％，同时红细胞中SOD酶活性显著提高，多达42．5％．还可显著促进牌淋巴细胞的转化．采用多糖液0．1mL／（只·d），剂量为10mg／（kg·d），腹腔注射已感染S-180肿瘤的小鼠，同样还能提高其生命延长率18．78％，具有明显的抗S-180肿瘤的效应．

标准物质的不确定度是其进行量值溯源和质量控制等研究工作的重要参数。文章以膨润土标准物质候选物中吸蓝量的不确定度评定为例,对标准物质的不确定度评定进行了探讨;分析了不确定度来源,分别评定了均匀性、稳定性和定值所带来的不确定度;定值过程中的A类不确定度和B类不确定度也分别进行了评定,结果表明,B类不确定度对合成不确定度的影响很小;最后将均匀性、稳定性和定值的不确定度合成,取95%的置信概率,计算得到了扩展不确定度。

提出一种模拟实际量具测量过程的方法来评定线轮廓度误差。该方法遵循国家标准中对形状公差的最小条件要求,通过分析测量点与对应包络边界的位置关系,将测量点集视为刚体,计算边界收缩至最小区域的过程中刚体与边界可能出现的相对运动,最终使所有测点位于最小包容区域内。结果表明:所提方法的评定过程相对于常用优化算法的大范围搜索更有全局性与单一性,可有效避免出现由算法缺陷导致搜索结果陷入局部解的情况。该方法适用于线轮廓度误差的评定。
