Restraining effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in different stages:Non-isothermal TG-DSC and EPR research

Nitrogen is widely used to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal in underground coal mines. A spontaneous combustion-prone coal seam was studied to investigate the restraining effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in different oxidation stages, based on non-isothermal thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC) and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) experiments. We found that the key feature temperatures grow steadily with increasing nitrogen in the oxidation environment,resulting in longer oxidation stages. The most significant finding is that there is a stagnation of the inhibitory effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in the range of 85.0–95.0% nitrogen in the slow and the rapid oxidation stages, owing to the competitive adsorption of coal by nitrogen and oxygen. However, the restraining effect cannot be reflected by the kinetic parameters of the coal before it reaches the thermal decomposition and combustion stage. Nitrogen can also affect free radical types and free radical concentrations during coal oxidation: the higher the concentration of nitrogen in the oxidation environment, the greater the number of free radical types and the lower the free radical concentration. This experimental study improves the understanding of the restraining effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in different oxidation stages and provides an important reference for coal fire prevention in spontaneous combustionprone coal seams.

＂U＂ and ＂U＋I＂ type ventilation experiments were performed on a three-dimensional fully mechanized caving face simulation experimental platform. The distribution laws of the pressure field and gas field in the mine goal were obtained. Results show that the flow field in the goaf is generally asymmetric; the location of the gas accumulation area changes with ventilation parameters and can be used as an evaluation indicator to study the air leakage extent in the goal. Hence, drainage pipes buried in the goaf to intensively extract gas can be designed in such gas areas, which can give considerations in both improving gas drainage efficiency and reducing air leakage. By comparing the gas extraction effect of model experiments with that of on-site underground practices, the basic laws are commonly consistent according to comparative analysis. AIM:To investigate whether Recql5,a DNA helicase that plays an important role in the maintenance of genome integrity,is a tumor suppressor in the gastrointestinal tract in ***:We generated cohorts of both Recql5-proficient and Recql5-deficient Apcmin/+mice and compared the tumor susceptibility in their gastrointestinal ***:Recql5 deficiency in Apcmin/+mice resulted in a significant increase in the tumor incidence in both the colon(P=0.0162)and the small intestine(Phuman RECQL5 are highly conserved,these findings also suggest that RECQL5 may be a tu-mor suppressor for human colon ***:Recql5 has a tumor suppression role in the mouse gastrointestinal tract.

Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid Dipotassium in Wash and Care Cosmetics by HPLC

To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium in various cosmetics(shampoo,shower gel,hair conditioner and cleanser)with High Performance Liquid *** SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was *** 0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(63:37)was used as the flow equivalent *** sample was extracted by ultrasonic methanol and detected by diode array detector,The extraction solvent and chromatographic conditions were studied and *** acid dipotassium has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1~200μg/mL(R²=0.9997).The average recovery rates of glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium in shampoo,shower gel,hair conditioner and cleanser were 92.92%~101.69%.The method was precise and accurate and could be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium in cosmetics.

为研究大范围顶板岩体垮落产生的冲击载荷对采场底板的破坏作用及其对底板突水的影响,本文基于动力基础半空间理论,将底板岩层等效为半空间无限体,建立顶板岩体垮落冲击采场底板的理论分析模型,推导出最大冲击动载应力的计算公式;并利用FLAC3D模拟分析了顶板垮落产生的冲击动载在底板中的传递规律以及底板岩层的动力响应特征。研究结果表明:顶板岩体垮落撞击采场底板,会产生远大于垮落岩体静态自重的冲击动载应力作用在底板上;冲击动载荷以应力波的形式在底板中传播,与采动应力叠加产生动态应力集中现象,会导致采场底板发生二次破坏,造成底板破坏深度显著增大,有效隔水层厚度减小,从而增加底板突水的危险性。

The formation of humins hampers the large-scale production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)in ***,a detailed reaction network of humin formation at the initial stage of fructose-to-HMF dehydration in water is delineated by combined experimental,spectroscopic,and theoretical *** bimolecular reaction pathways to build up soluble humins are *** is,the intermolecular etherification of β-furanose at room temperature initiates the C12 path,whereas the C-C cleavage of a-furanose at 130-150℃ leads to C11 path,and that of open-chain fructose at 180℃ to C11' *** successive intramolecular dehydrations and condensations of the as-formed bimolecular intermediates lead to three types of soluble *** show that the C12 path could be restrained by using HCl or AlCl_(3) catalyst,and both the C12 and C110 paths could be effectively inhibited by adding THF as a co-solvent or accelerating heating rate via microwave heating.
