Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

Developing luminescent metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) capable of high-efficiency Fe^(3+)sensing has aroused great attraction in the fields of biology,chemistry,***,previous solvothermal methods are limited by organic solvent usage,time consuming,high pressure,and high-energy ***,we propose the waste-toMOF strategy towards the scale-up production of La-MOF nanoparticles through the ball milling of recycled poly(-ethylene terephthalate)(PET) bottles and La(NO_(3))_(3)·_(6)H_(2)*** goes on alkaline hydrolysis to form 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid sodium salt(Na_(2)BDC) and ethylene glycol by ball ***,BDC reacts with La^(3+)to form *** as-prepared La-MOF crystal nanoparticles possess a rod-like morphology with the size of few hundred ***,La-MOF nanoparticles display high selectivity and sensitivity for Fe^(3+)*** quenching constant and limit of detection are 5.29×10^(3)(mol·L^(-1))^(-1) and 0.147 μmol·L^(-1),respectively,thus surpassing many advanced Fe^(3+) *** to the result of density functional theory,the high Fe^(3+) detection performance of La-MOF is related to the complexing of Fe^(3+)with La-MOF,which leads to the gradual dissociation of the coordination bond between terephthalic acid and La^(3+).It is anticipated that the mechanochemistry milling-based wasteto-MOF strategy provides a new platform for the massive production of functional MOFs in a green manner.

For practicable elastomeric polyethylene,achieving high catalyst thermal stability and activity,along with precise control of polymer properties such as branching density,molecular weights,and distribution,is crucial but *** this study,two sets of symmetricalα-diimine nickel complexes,each comprising four nickel bromide or chloride complexes,were synthesized and investigated their performance for ethylene polymerization under various reaction *** activation with either Et2AlCl or MMAO cocatalysts,these complexes displayed not only high activity but also generated high molecular weight polyethylenes with controlled polydispersity and a substantial number of *** catalyst with the least steric hindrance displayed the remarkable high activity(up to 1.2×10^(7) g·mol^(-1)·h^(-1)).Notably,nickel bromides demonstrated higher activity compared to their chloride *** investigation into the effect of reaction temperature on catalytic performance revealed that NiBrMe-MMAO system displayed high thermal stability(activity up to 2.51×10^(6) g·mol^(-1)·h^(-1) at 100℃)and consistently yielded high polymer molecular weights with narrow polydispersity over a broad temperature range of 30-100℃.Of significant note,mechanical analysis of the resulting polyethylene demonstrated excellent ultimate tensile strength and high strain at ***,the polyethylene sample prepared at 100℃exhibited ultimate tensile strength up to 10 MPa with 1863%maximum strain at break and a strain recovery of up to 54.9%after ten cycles at a fixed strain of 300%,indicating excellent material properties of prepared thermoplastic polyethylene elastomers(TPE).

The deep-ultra deep carbonate reservoir in China, commonly subjected to modification of multi-stage diagenesis, has extremely high heterogeneity. Conventional rock physics analysis cannot accurately identify the elastic responses of reservoir. Here, the rock physics properties of the dolomite from the 4th Member of the Sinian Dengying Formation are experimentally measured, and the change law of rock physics characteristics is investigated within the framework of the diagenetic processes by the analysis of the elastic and petrologic characteristics, pore structure, and sedimentary environments. The results show that the differentiated diagenesis results in different pore structure characteristics and microtexture characteristics of the rock. The microbial dolomite of the algal mound-grain beach facies is subjected to the contemporaneous microbial dolomitization and seepage-reflux dolomitization, penecontemporaneous selective dissolution, burial dolomitization, and hydrothermal dolomitization. The resultant crystalline dolomite is found with one main type of the dolomite crystal contact boundaries,and the dissolution pore is extensive development. The siliceous, muddy, and limy dolomite of the interbeach sea environment mainly experiences the weak capillary concentration dolomitization, intensive mechanical compaction-induced densification, and burial dolomitization. Such crystalline dolomite is observed with four types of contact boundaries, namely the dolomite contact, clay contact, quartz contact, and calcite contact boundaries, and porosity mostly attributed to residual primary inter-granular or crystalline pores. The samples with the same crystal boundary condition have consistent correlations between the compressional-and shear-wave velocities, and between the compressional-wave velocity and the velocity ratio. Sulfur doped carbonaceous materials are promising anodes for potassium-ion batteries because of their ability to bridge active sites and induce C/S electron coupling,resulting in increased ion storage capacitance However,the large potassium ions could cause significant volume expansion and structure collapse during operation in sulfur doped carbonaceous anodes,which lead to rapidly capacity sacrifice during long-term *** design for anchoring sulfur atom in carbon skeleton is a novel way to alleviate the structure collapse and maintain the cycling ***,this study developed a controlled nanopore and sulfur doped carbon sphere structure(S-NPHCSs).In potassium-ion batteries S-NPHCSs anode demonstrated exceptional performance with a high reversible capacity of 247 mAh·g^(–1)after 50 cycles at 0.2 A·g^(–1)and delivered a long cycle stability of 600 cycles at a high current density of 1.0 A·g^(–1).Interconnected nanopores and doped sulfur structure not only expand the accumulation space and offer ample active sites for diffusion and adsorption of potassium ions,but also build stable channels through nanopore structure to ensure the cyclic *** finding provides a fundamental theory for designing nanopore structures and introducing sulfur doped carbonaceous materials to enhance capacitive potassium storage and long cycle stability.
