The effect of heat treatment and deep cryogenic treatment on microstructural evolution of low carbon martensitic bearing steel was *** experimental results showed that the lath martensite was obtained by quenching and a few twins as substructures formed in some martensitic *** rudiment of sub-interfaces of martensitic lath was formed in the highdensity dislocation regions after deep cryogenic treatment;meanwhile,the number of twins increased,especially in the highdensity dislocation *** phenomenon is due to the increase in internal stress caused by cryogenic *** tempering,the rudiment of sub-interface further evolved into the martensitic lath boundary,and thus the original martensitic laths were *** twins formed by cryogenic treatment did not disappear after *** addition,small quantities of annealing twins formed in tempering *** laths morphology and substructures in different stages of the heat and deep cryogenic treatment were observed by tninsmission electron microscopy.

Carbides precipitation and their evolution of Cr15Co10Mo5-alloyed heat-resistant bearing steel after tempering at different temperatures

The carbides precipitation and their evolution at elevated tempering temperature in Crl5Col0Mo5-alloyed heat-resistant bearing steel were investigated by means of the transmission electron *** results show that there is no carbide precipitated from the martensitic matrix when the sample was tempered at 480℃.However,when the sample was tempered at 540℃,a large number of stable spherical M6C carbides precipitated in the test ***,there are three types of carbides precipitated from the matrix including M6C,M2C and M23C6 carbides when the tempering temperature reached 600℃.The mechanical properties also present a correlation with the evolution of carbides during tempering at different *** indicates that the strengthening mechanism of the steel is mainly attributed to the precipitation of carbides and their evolution,including the morphologies and types of carbides at different *** addition,the austenitic layers with a thickness of about 30 nm have been obtained between the martensite laths after tempering at 600℃.The austenitic layers will produce transformation-induced plasticity effects to improve the toughness of the steel.

Shielding materials are critical for downhole pulsed neutron tool design because they directly influence the accuracy of formation measurements.A well-designed shield configuration ensures that the response of the tool is maximally representative of the formation without being affected by the tool and borehole *** study investigated the effects of boron-containing materials on neutron and gamma detectors based on a newly designed logging-while-drilling tool that is currently undergoing *** the boron content increased,the ability to absorb thermal neutrons increased *** simulation,it was proven that boron carbide(B_(4)C)can be used as an effective boron shielding material for thermal neutrons,and is therefore employed in this *** shield against thermal neutrons migrating from the mud pipes,the optimal shielding thicknesses for the near-and far-neutron detectors were determined to be 5 and 4 *** a porosity of 25 p.u.,near-neutron sensitivity exhibited a 5.6%***,to shield the capture gamma generated by thermal neutrons once they enter the tool from the mud pipe and formation,internal and external shields for the gamma detector were *** results show that the internal shield requires a boron content of 75%,whereas the external shield has a thickness of 14.2 mm thickness and a boron content of 25%to minimize the tool effect.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of action of asperosaponinⅥ(AⅥ)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and validate it in ex vivo experiments using network pharmacology and molecular docking ***:The predicted targets of AⅥwere obtained from PharmMaper,UniProt and Swiss Target Prediction platforms,the disease targets were collected from Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,Therapeutic Target Database and Gene Cards databases,the intersection targets of AⅥand RA were obtained from Venny 2.1.0,and the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was obtained from STRING database,which was analyzed by Cytoscape software and screened to obtain the core *** software was used to analyze PPI network and screen the core *** on the Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated Discovery database,Gene Ontology functional and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis were performed,and Cytoscape software was used to construct the"DiseasePathway-Target-Drug"network,which was finally verified by molecular docking and animal ***:Network pharmacological studies showed that AⅥwas able to modulate 289 targets,with 102 targets for the potential treatment of RA,with the core pathway being the AKT/PI3K signaling pathway,and the core targets being the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9).Molecular docking results showed that AⅥcould produce strong binding with both of the 2 core *** vitro cellular experiments showed that AⅥreduced nitric oxide,prostaglandin E_2,tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(Il-6),and Il-1βlevels(Plooxygenase-2,nitric oxide synthase,EGFR,MMP9,phosphorylated phosphoinositide 3-kinase(p-PI3K),and phosphorylated serine-threonine kinase(p-AKT)proteins(Plts of in vivo studies showed that AⅥimproved RA score and foot swelling thickness and decreased TNF-α,Il-6,p-PI3K and p-AKT levels in RA rat

To improve the application and service of C_(f)/SiC composites as advanced hightemperature structural materials,it is critical to achieve their high-efficiency and low-damage *** this study,the laser-ablating assisted grinding(lAAG)method was presented,and the connection of damage behavior and removal mechanism with laser and grinding processes was *** results demonstrated that the surface of C_(f)/SiC composites after laser ablation was covered with a substantial number of loose oxides primarily composed of *** ablating process,grinding parameter and abrasive belt selection have a significant impact on the machining *** fabricating an ablative layer with small laser scanning spacing,and selecting small abrasive grains and feed rate during grinding,the machinability was improved and a relatively lowerdamage grinding surface could be *** the optimal combination of process parameters,the grinding force and temperature of lAAG could be reduced by up to 85%and 35%,*** this case,the subsurface damage of C_(f)/SiC composites occurred only in the form of microcracks rather large-scale fracture,and the formation of interface debonding and matrix cracking was significantly ***,the grinding chips were mostly shown as micron-sized powders,indicating that the removal mechanism of C_(f)/SiC composites was primarily the microfractured and attrition wear of laser-ablated layer.

Tropomyosin receptor kinase B(TrkB)signaling plays a pivotal role in dendritic growth and dendritic spine formation to promote learning and *** activity-dependent release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor at synapses binds to pre-or postsynaptic TrkB resulting in the strengthening of synapses,reflected by long-term ***,the association of postsynaptic density protein-95 with TrkB enhances phospholipase Cγ-Ca^(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseⅡand phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-mechanistic target of rapamycin signaling required for long-term *** this review,we discuss TrkB-postsynaptic density protein-95 coupling as a promising strategy to magnify brain-derived neurotrophic factor signaling towards the development of novel therapeutics for specific neurological disorders.A reduction of TrkB signaling has been observed in neurodegenerative disorders,such as Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's disease,and enhancement of postsynaptic density protein-95 association with TrkB signaling could mitigate the observed deficiency of neuronal connectivity in schizophrenia and *** with brain-derived neurotrophic factor is problematic,due to poor pharmacokinetics,low brain penetration,and side effects resulting from activation of the p75 neurotrophin receptor or the truncated TrkB.T1 *** TrkB agonists and antibodies that activate TrkB are being intensively investigated,they cannot distinguish the multiple human TrkB splicing isoforms or cell type-specific *** TrkB–postsynaptic density protein-95 coupling provides an alternative approach to specifically boost TrkB signaling at localized synaptic sites versus global stimulation that risks many adverse side effects.

Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)is widely used in the treatment of autoimmune disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SlE)and rheumatoid arthritis,and in recent years it has also been used in diseases such as cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,metabolic diseases,and microbial infections.(1)Due to the complex pharmacokinetic characteristics of HCQ,overdose or long-term use of the drug will lead to accumulation in the tissue of organism,and severe HCQ-related retinal toxicity may occur.A cohort study in America showes that after 10 and 15 years of HCQ use,the incidence of HCQ retinopathy will be 2.5%and 8.6%,respectively.(2)The clinical manifestations of HCQ retinopathy are various,mainly photoreceptor and retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)defects,some combined with cystoid macular edema(CME),and ireversible central vision loss.

The microstructure evolution and the pitting corrosion resistance of a supermartensitic stainless steel after deep cryogenic treatment process were clarified through X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electrochemical *** results showed that the microstructure of supermartensitic stainless steel mainly consisted of reversed austenite,tempered martensite,and M_(23)C_(6)carbides after *** deep cryogenic treatment promoted the refinement of the martensite laths and the precipitation of the carbides in comparison with the traditional *** analysis indicated that the segregation of Si atoms at the boundary was found at the interface between carbide and *** pitting corrosion potential of the specimens subjected to deep cryogenic treatment decreased with the elevated tempering temperature,and the lowest pitting corrosion potential was found at the tempering temperature of 650℃.The sensitivity of the pitting corrosion potential was attributed to the precipitation of M_(23)C_(6)carbides and Si atoms *** atoms segregation engendered the formation of Cr-depleted zone near M_(23)C_(6)and impeded the recovery of Cr-depleted zone.
