Background:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”comes from“Plain Question Yin and Yang should be like the theory”.Chinese medicine believes that the imbalance of yin and yang is the cause of human *** of the strengths of TCM in treating diseases is holistic *** theory of“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”implies a strong holistic ***,one of the common skin diseases,seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients due to its unclear etiology,difficult treatment and easy *** occurrence and development of chloasma are closely related to internal *** paper is based on the theory of internal meridian,“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”which attaches importance to the concept of“Yang Qi”,from a new understanding of the pathogenesis etiology of ***:The author believes that the incidence of the disease is the deficiency of Yang Qi,which can’t promote the movement of Qi and blood to nourish the face,resulting in tangible material condensation,so proposes that this disease needs to be promoted by Yang transforming Qi and warm to *** belongs to the fire,and its warming effect can dissipate the tangible ***:Combined with clinical practice and the theory of internal meridian,the author elaborated that moxibustion is one of the effective methods for treating chloasma,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of ***:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”can be used to guide the treatment of chloasma.

目的研究无症状体检者癌前疾病及胃癌的患病情况,探讨胃镜检查的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析3055例无症状体检者的胃镜下及病理检查结果,对体检者的性别、年龄、病理特性等进行分析。结果3055例体检者胃镜筛查发现慢性萎缩性胃炎313例... 详细信息

目的研究无症状体检者癌前疾病及胃癌的患病情况,探讨胃镜检查的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析3055例无症状体检者的胃镜下及病理检查结果,对体检者的性别、年龄、病理特性等进行分析。结果3055例体检者胃镜筛查发现慢性萎缩性胃炎313例(10.25%)、胃息肉848例(27.76%)、残胃炎14例(0.46%)、胃溃疡69例(2.26%)及胃癌13例(0.43%),其中胃早癌8例(0.26%)。共1257例受检者检出癌前疾病及胃癌,男女比例1‥1.94。男性慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃息肉占比低于女性,残胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌占比高于女性,不同性别癌前疾病及胃癌分布情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃息肉、残胃炎、胃溃疡及胃癌分布情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性萎缩性胃炎、残胃炎、胃癌占比随年龄增长呈上升趋势。对可疑病灶取活检,病理组织学分析。黏膜组织萎缩、肠化生均常见于慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌,非萎缩、肠化生黏膜组织常见于胃息肉、胃溃疡,不同胃黏膜组织萎缩、肠化生情况的慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃息肉、残胃炎、胃溃疡及胃癌分布情况比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=794.231、486.775,P<0.05)。结论通过胃镜筛查,可使得癌前疾病及胃癌筛查效果显著提升,对于疾病的早期诊断、治疗有重要价值。

Effects of mushroom waste on improvement of reclaimed soil qualityin coal mining areas

Restoring soil quality is the main evaluation norm of the reclamation. In order to reveal the effects of mushroom waste on the quality improvement of reclaimed soil in coal mining areas, the physical, chemical and microbial characteristics of soil are studied. The results show clear improvement in the soil after using mushroom waste. Because of human cultivation and fertilization, cultivated soil after reclamation exhibits high comprehensive quality and the index of quality of surface soil reaches 0.64 and 0.73. The average index of surface soil quality is as high as 0.52 and 0.54. In comparison, the quality of reclaimed soil of forest land is low, with average index of 0.40. The effects of mushroom waste are mainly on the surface soil in the first 2 years after the application. After that period, with the decomposition of mushroom waste, soil quality index tends to be the same as the original soil. The quality of surface soil is higher than that of subsoil, especially after the application of mushroom waste, at which point the soil quality reaches a peak at about 15 cm. Cultivated soil after reclamation has great variance in quality, after the coefficient of 24.74%. Mushroom waste can reduce such variation, particularly with long-term use. The variance efficient falls to 3.59% after 3-year application.

Globally,most organic-rich shales are deposited with volcanic ash *** ash,a source for many sedimentary basins,can affect the sedimentary water environment,alter the primary productivity,and preserve the organic matter(OM)through physical,chemical,and biological *** an increasing number of breakthroughs in shale oil exploration in the Bohai Bay Basin in recent years,less attention has been paid to the crucial role of volcanic impact especially its influence on the OM enrichment and hydrocarbon ***,we studied the petrology,mineralogy,and geochemical characteristics of the organic-rich shale in the upper submember of the fourth member(Es_(4)^(1))and the lower submember of the third member(Es_(3)^(3))of the Shahejie Formation,aiming to better understand the volcanic impact on organic-rich shale *** results show that total organic carbon is higher in the upper shale intervals rich in volcanic ash with enriched light rare earth elements and moderate Eu *** indicates that volcanism promoted OM formation before or after the *** positive correlation between Eu/Eu*and Post-Archean Australian Shale indicates hydrothermal activity before the volcanic *** plane graph of the hydrocarbon-generating intensity(S1+S2)suggests that the heat released by volcanism promoted hydrocarbon ***,the nutrients carried by volcanic ash promoted biological blooms during Es_(4)^(1 )and Es_(3)^(3) deposition,yielding a high primary *** blooms consume large amounts of oxygen and form anoxic environments conducive to the burial and preservation of ***,this study helps to further understand the organic-inorganic interactions caused by typical geological events and provides a guide for the next step of shale oil exploration and development in other lacustrine basins in China.

Deepsea mining has been proposed since the 1960s to alleviate the lack of resources on *** hydraulic transport of collected ores from the seabed to the sea surface is considered the most promising method for industrial *** the present study,an indoor model test of the vertical hydraulic transport of particles was conducted.A noncontact optical method has been proposed to measure the local characteristics of the particles inside a vertical pipe,including the local concentration and particle *** hydraulic gradient of ore transport was evaluated with various particle size distributions,particle densities,feeding concentrations and mixture flow *** transport,the local concentration is larger than the feeding concentration,whereas the particle velocity is less than the mixture *** qualitative effects of the local concentration and local fluid velocity on the particle velocity and slip velocity were *** local fluid velocity contributes significantly to particle velocity and slip velocity,whereas the effect of the local concentration is marginal.A higher feeding concentration and mixture flow velocity result in an increased hydraulic *** effect of the particle size gradation is slight,whereas the particle density plays a crucial role in the transport.

To determine the invasiveness of invasive plants,many studies have compared photosynthetic traits or strategies between invasive and native ***,few studies have compared the photosynthetic dynamics between invasive and native species during light *** compared photosynthetic induction,relaxation dynamics and leaf traits between the invasive species,Tithonia diversifolia and two native species,Clerodendrum bungei and Blumea balsamifera,in full-sun and shady *** photosynthetic dynamics and leaf traits differed among *** showed a slower induction speed and stomatal opening response but had higher average intrinsic water-use efficiency than the two native species in full-sun ***,the slow induction response may be attributed to the longer stomatal length in *** had a significant effect on photosynthetic dynamics in *** and *** but not in *** shady habitat,*** had a faster photosynthetic induction response than in full-sun habitat,leading to a higher average stomatal conductance during photosynthetic induction in *** than in the two native *** contrast,*** had a larger stomatal length and slower photosynthetic induction and relaxation response in shady habitat than in full-sun habitat,resulting in higher carbon gain during photosynthetic ***,in both habitats,*** had an overall higher carbon gain during light fluctuations than the two native *** results indicated that *** can adopt more effective response strategies under fluctuating light environments to maximize carbon gain,which may contribute to its successful invasion.
