Clinicopathological differences between patients with schistosomal appendicitis and non schistosomal appendicitis:A retrospectively study of past ten years

Machine learning-based models for advanced fibrosis in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis patients:A cohort study

New scoring system for the evaluation obstructive degrees based on computed tomography for obstructive colorectal cancer

Dual-phase medium-entropy diboride-carbide ceramics with metal element exchange during sintering

Multiphase composition design is a strategy for optimizing the microstructures and properties of ceramic materials through mutual inhibition of grain growth, complementary property improvement, or even mutually reinforcing effects. More interesting phenomena can be expected if chemical interactions between the constituent phases exist. In this study, spark plasma sintering was used to prepare fully dense dual-phase (Zr,Hf,Ta)B2-(Zr,Hf,Ta)C ceramics from self-synthesized equimolar medium-entropy diboride and carbide powders. The obtained ceramics were composed of two distinct solid solution phases, the Zr-rich diboride phase and the Ta-rich carbide phase, indicating that metal element exchange occurred between the starting equimolar medium-entropy diboride and carbide phases during sintering. Owing to the mutual grain-boundary pinning effect, finegrained dual-phase ceramics were obtained. The chemical driving force originating from metal element exchange during the sintering process is considered to promote the densification process of the ceramics. The metal element exchange between the medium-entropy diboride and carbide phases significantly increased the Young's modulus of the dual-phase ceramics. The dual- phase medium-entropy 50 vol% (Zr,Hf,Ta)B2-50 vol% (Zr,Hf,Ta)C ceramics with the smallest grain size exhibited the highest hardness of 22.4 +/- 0.2 GPa. It is inferred that optimized comprehensive properties or performance of dual-phase high-entropy or medium-entropy ceramics of diborides and carbides can be achieved by adjusting both the volume content and the metal element composition of the corresponding starting powders of diborides and carbides.

红壤在我国农业耕地资源中占据重要地位,但其低pH值、铝含量高和磷素利用效率低等特性限制了酸性红壤的农田生产力.植物根系具有显著的可塑性,不仅能够吸收水分和养分,还能通过自身或根际微生物诱导调控根系构型,以应对生物和非生物胁迫.根际益生微生物(包括丛枝菌根真菌、根瘤菌等植物根际促生菌和合成微生物群落)通过调控植物根系构型来促进植物耐逆性,其主要调控作用包括:产生激素、释放挥发性有机物、固氮、溶磷和改善根际土壤结构等机制.以上机制可以影响根系生物量、根系分支、侧根和根毛的生长.进一步探讨了植物根系构型及根际微生物的可视化新方法,为研究根际微生物调控根系构型提供了技术支持.在酸性土壤条件下,根际微生物作为重要的调控策略,可以通过调整植物根系构型提高酸性土壤生产力,是改善酸性土壤障碍因子的潜在解决途径.

基于麦-玉种植系统农田土壤碳库与作物产量的周年秸秆还田量评价

作物秸秆的处理和循环利用已成为农业科研领域的热点.优化小麦-玉米周年秸秆管理,可实现种植系统碳效率提高,并促进小麦-玉米周年可持续生产.基于持续8a的秸秆还田长期定位试验,设立了麦-玉双季还田(WS-MS)和麦-玉单季还田(WSMN)这两个处理,对比分析了WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理下秸秆还田量对土壤有机碳(TOC)含量、易氧化有机碳(EOOC)含量、土壤碳储量、碳库管理指数(CPMI)、碳利用效率和作物产量的影响.结果表明,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理的TOC含量分别增加了8.1%和5.5%,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理的EOOC含量分别增加了50.4%和45.5%;0~20 cm土层,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理有机碳储量分别提升了20.5%和18.3%;但是WS-MS处理较WS-MN处理的提升皆不显著.WS-MS处理的碳库指数(CPI)、碳库活度(CPA)、碳库活度指数(CPAI)和CPMI较WS-MN处理分别高出3.7%、20.5%、2.2%和7.9%.对于产量而言,WS-MN处理的麦-玉周年产量较WS-MS处理高出0.2%,年均生产效率和生态效率分别较WS-MS处理显著高出136.1%和64.2%.WS-MN处理降低农田碳投入,导致其碳效益显著高于WS-MS处理.因此,统筹考量秸秆还田方式、秸秆碳利用效率以及作物产量,在不显著影响小麦-玉米周年籽粒产量及其土壤碳库的前提下,仅小麦秸秆单季还田更适于黄淮海地区小麦-玉米一年两熟集约化种植的周年秸秆资源高效利用的管理方式.
