Aerodynamic/control integrated optimization method for unpowered high-speed vehicle configuration design

The unpowered high-speed vehicle experiences a significant coupling between the disciplines of aerodynamics and control due to its characteristics of high flight speed and extensive maneuverability within large *** conventional aircraft conceptual design process follows a sequential design approach,and there is an artificial separation between the disciplines of aerodynamics and control,neglecting the coupling effects arising from their *** a result,this design process often requires extensive iterations over long periods when applied to high-speed vehicles,and may not be able to effectively achieve the desired design *** enhance the overall performance and design efficiency of high-speed vehicles,this study integrates the concept of Active Control Technology(ACT)from modern aircraft into the philosophy of aerodynamic/control integrated *** integrated optimization strategies,with differences in coupling granularity,have been ***,these strategies are put into action on a biconical vehicle that operates at Mach *** results reveal that the comprehensive performance of the synthesis optimal model derived from the aerodynamic/control integrated optimization strategy is improved by 31.76%and 28.29%respectively compared to the base model under high-speed conditions,demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the method and optimization strategies ***,in comparison to the single-stage strategy,the multi-stage strategy takes into deeper consideration the impact of control *** a result,the control performance of the synthesis opti-mal model derived from the multi-stage strategy improves by 13.99%,whereas the single-stage strategy only achieves a 5.79%*** method enables a fruitful interaction between aerodynamic configuration design and control system design,leading to enhanced overall performance and design ***,it improves the controllability of high-sp

Impact of Azithromycin on Forsythiaside Pharmacokinetics in Rats:A Population Modeling Method

Objective:lianhuaqingwen and Shuanghuanglian are drug treatment options for Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).In China,use of traditional Chinese medicine with Shuanghuanglian or lianhuaqingwen(for them,forsythiaside is the active antiviral and antibacterial component)in combination with azithromycin is common for the treatment of pediatric *** is important to understand the reason why the combination of these compounds is better than a single drug *** study aimed to explore the pharmacokinetic interaction between forsythiaside and ***:Twelve male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into an experimental group(Forsythia suspensa extract and azithromycin)and a control group(a single dose of Forsythia suspensa extract in 5%glucose solution).Plasma samples were collected at scheduled time points,and the high-performance liquid chromatography combined with ultraviolet method was used to determine the plasma forsythiaside ***-compartmental analysis and population pharmacokinetic methods were used to investigate the forsythiaside pharmacokinetic difference between the experimental and control ***:Compared with a single administration,the area under the curve and half-life of forsythiaside increased,and forsythiaside clearance decreased significantly after co-administration with *** in vivo behavior of forsythiaside could be described by the one compartment *** forsythiaside clearance decreased when combined with *** evaluation and bootstrap results suggested that the final model was precise and ***:Co-administration of azithromycin can significantly decrease the forsythiaside clearance and increase drug exposure.A lower dose of azithromycin can obtain sufficient forsythiaside concentration to provide antiviral and antibacterial activity.

Association of tag SNPs of GPx-3 with essential hypertension in rural Han Chinese in Fuxin, liaoning, China

Background Genetic mechanisms contribute to blood pressure regulation. This study investigated whether glutathione peroxidase （GPx-3） tag single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） are associated with hypertension in the rural areas of Fuxin county, liaoning province, *** Indigenous Fuxin Han people participated, 523 unrelated hypertensives and 547 controls were recruited. All tag SNPs of GPx-3 gene were selected. We estimated SNP allele frequency in DNA pools with *** Before Bonferroni correction, C allele frequency for rs8177417 was significantly higher in hypertensives than those in controls （23.4% vs. 19.3%, P=0.014）; T allele frequency for rs3828599 was significantly lower in hypertensives than those in controls （35.6% vs. 40.8%,P=0.009）. However, when a Bonferroni correction for multiple testing was applied, only the polymorphisms rs3828599 of GPx-3 gene was associated with hypertension （P=0.045, OR： 0.833, 95%CI： 0.695-0.998）.Conclusion The polymorphism of rs3828599 of GPx-3 gene might be associated with hypertension in rural Han Chinese from Fuxin, liaoning.

EXPRESSION AND SWITCHING OF TH1/TH2 TYPE CYTOKINESGENE IN HUMAN GliOMAS

Objective To study the expression and switching of Thl/Th2 cytokines gene in human gliomas and its effects on occurring and developing of human gliomas. Methods Interleukin（IL）-2 and interferon-3, represent Thl type cytokines. IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, and IL-13 represent Th2 type cytokines. The gene expressions of Th1/Th2 cytokines in human glioma cells, glioma infiltrating lymphocytes, and glioma cell lines were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The biological activity of cytokines in the supematant of glioma cell lines was assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （EliSA） method. Results The total positive rates of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines gene in human glioma cells were 14.77% and 75%. The total positive rates of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines gene in glioma infiltrating lymphocytes were 22.73% and 68.17%. There was obviously predominant expression of Th2 type cytokines in human glioma tissues, glioma infiltrating lymphocytes, and glioma cell lines. There was no unbalanced expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in normal brain tissues. Conclusion There is a predominant expression of Th2 type cytokines in human glioma cells. The switching of Th1/Th2 cytokines gene may play an important role in the occurring and developing of human gliomas.

FUNCTIONAL AND STRUCTURAL RECOVERY OF INJURED SPINAL CORD FOLLOWING DELAYED X-IRRADIATION IN RATS

Objective To test the hypothesis that delayed X-irradiation can enhance the functional and structural recovery of the injured spinal cord in rats. Methods Seventy Sprague-Dawley rots were randomly divided into two groups, 35 rats in each. The control group sustained a one-minute clip compression （ force of clip was 30 g） injury of the spinal cord at the T2 level, without X-irradiation. The experimental group received X-irradiation 14 days after injury. Neurological function was assessed by the modified Tarlov method, including hind limbs movement, inclined plane, and pain withdrawal. These tests were performed in a blinded fashion at 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 42 days after injury. At 43 days after injury, histological examination of the injured spinal cord was performed following decapitation of the rats. Results Sixty-two rats met the experimental requirements （spinal cord injury was similar）, 32 rats in experimental group and 30 rats in control group. Statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in hind limbs movement and inclined plane （ P 〈0. 01 ）, but not in the pain withdrawal test. The edema and necrosis areas of injured spinal cords in experimental group were less than those in control group, and axons in experimental group were significantly more than those in control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Delayed X-irradiation following spinal cord injury may enhance functional recovery by improving and restoring structural integrity of the injured spinal cord in rats.

Transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms anchored on graphdiyne as multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER:a computational study

Subnanometer metal clusters play an increasingly important role in heterogeneous catalysis due to their high catalytic activity and *** this work,by means of the density functional theory(DFT) calculations,the catalytic activities of transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms supported on graphdiyne(TM_(1-4)@GDY,TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt) were investigated for oxygen evolution reactions(OER),oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER).The computed results reveal that the Pd_(2),Pd_(4) and Pt_(1) anchored graphdiyne can serve as trifunctional catalysts for OER/ORR/HER with the overpotentials of 0.49/0.37/0.06,0.45/0.33/0.12 and 0.37/0.43/0.01 V,respectively,while Pd_(1) and Pt_(2)@graphdiyne can exhibit excellent catalytic performance for water splitting(OER/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.55/0.17 and 0.43/0.03 *** addition,Ni_(1) and Pd_(3) anchored GDY can perform as bifunctional catalysts for metal-air cells(OER/ORR) and fuels cells(ORR/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.34/0.32 and 0.42/0.04 V,***,by precisely controlling the numbers of atoms in clusters,the TM_(1-4) anchored graphdiyne can serve as promising multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER,which may provide an instructive strategy to design catalysts for the energy conversation and storage devices.

Protective effect of L-carnitine in cyclophosphamide-induced germ cell apoptosis

Cyclophosphamide(CP) is a widely used anti-cancer agent; however, it can also induce serious male infertility. There are currently no effective drugs to alleviate this side-effect. L-Carnitine has been used to treat male infertility, but whether it can be used to protect against CP-induced male infertility is still unclear. This study aims to explore the effect and mechanism of L-carnitine in male infertility induced by CP. CP was used to establish an animal model. After three weeks of treatment, rats were sacrificed and testis and serum were harvested for further evaluation. Testosterone and estrogen levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA). Testicular injury was examined by hematoxylin and eosin(H & E) staining, and germ-cell apoptosis was evaluated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dU TP nick end labeling(TUNEL). The expression of LC3 and Beclin-1 was examined by immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR), respectively. Compared with the CP group, L-carnitine significantly increases sperm motility, viability, and testosterone level(Plin-1 expression in the CP+L-carnitine group when compared with the control group(Plicability of L-carnitine in the treatment of male infertility.

Ablation behaviour and mechanical performance of ZrB_(2)-ZrC-SiC modified carbon/carbon composites prepared by vacuum infiltration combined with reactive melt infiltration

The development of advanced aircraft relies on high performance thermal-structural materials,and carbon/carbon com-posites(C/C)composited with ultrahigh-temperature ceramics are ideal ***,the traditional routes of compositing are either inefficient and expensive or lead to a non-uniform distribution of ceramics in the *** with the traditional C/C-ZrC-SiC composites prepared by the reactive melt infiltration of ZrSi_(2),C/C-ZrB_(2)-ZrC-SiC composites prepared by the vacuum infiltration of ZrB_(2) combined with reactive melt infiltration have the higher content and more uniform distribution of the introduced ceramic *** mass and linear ablation rates of the C/C-ZrB_(2)-ZrC-SiC composites were respectively 68.9%and 29.7%lower than those of C/C-ZrC-SiC composites prepared by reactive melt *** ablation performance was improved because the volatilization of B_(2)O_(3),removes some of the heat,and the more uniformly distributed ZrO_(2),that helps produce a ZrO2-SiO2 continu-ous protective layer,hinders oxygen infiltration and decreases ablation.

Coupling ideality of standing-wave supermode microresonators

Standing-wave supermode microresonators that are created through the strong coupling between counter-propagating modes have emerged as versatile platforms for sensing and nonlinear optics. For example, these microresonators have shown potential in nanoparticle sizing and counting, as well as enhancing the single-photon optomechanical coupling rate of stimulated Brillouin scattering. However, it has been observed that the relation between the mode linewidth and on-resonance transmission of the split supermodes differs obviously from that of the non-split modes. This behavior is typically quantified by the coupling ideality(I), which remains inadequately explored for the standing-wave supermodes. In this study, we theoretically and experimentally investigate the coupling ideality of standing-wave supermodes in a commonly employed configuration involving a Si O2microresonator side-coupled to a tapered fiber. Our findings demonstrate that, even with a single-mode tapered fiber, the coupling ideality of the standing-wave supermodes is limited to 0.5, due to the strong backscattering-induced energy loss into the counter-propagating direction, resulting in an additional equivalent parasitic loss. While achieving a coupling ideality of 0.5 presents challenges for reaching over-coupled regimes,it offers a convenient approach for adjusting the total linewidth of the modes while maintaining critically-coupled conditions.
