BACKGROUND Most patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)have respiratory failure that necessitates active correction and the improvement of oxygenation is particularly important during *** flow nasal cannula(HFNC)oxygen therapy is a non-invasive respiratory aid that is widely used in the clinic that improves oxygenation state,reduces dead space ventilation and breathing effort,protects the loss of cilia in the airways,and improves patient *** To compare HFNC and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with *** Eighty AECOPD patients were included in the *** patients were in the intensive care department of our hospital from October 2019 to October *** patients were divided into the control and treatment groups according to the different treatment methods with 40 patients in each *** in patient comfort,blood gas analysis and infection indices were analyzed between the two *** After treatment,symptoms including nasal,throat and chest discomfort were significantly lower in the treatment group compared to the control group on the 3rd and 5th days(P0.05).After treatment,the same indicators were significantly improved in both patient groups but had improved more in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,and the levels of C-reactive protein and calcitonin in patients in the treatment group were significantly higher compared to patients in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION HFNC treatment can improve the ventilation of AECOPD patients whilst also improving patient comfort,and reducing *** is a clinically valuable technique for the treatment of AECOPD.

Tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα)exhibits diverse biological functions;however,its regulatory roles in myogenesis are not fully *** the present study,we explored the function of TNFαin myoblast proliferation,differentiation,migration,and myotube fusion in primary myoblasts and C2C12 *** this end,we constructed TNFαmuscle-conditional knockout(TNFα-CKO)mice and compared them with flox mice to assess the effects of TNFαknockout on skeletal *** indicated that TNFα-CKO mice displayed phenotypes such as accelerated muscle development,enhanced regenerative capacity,and improved exercise endurance compared to flox mice,with no significant differences observed in major visceral organs or skeletal *** label-free proteomic analysis,we found that TNFα-CKO altered the distribution of several muscle development-related proteins,such as Hira,Casz1,Casp7,Arhgap10,Gas1,Diaph1,Map3k20,Cfl2,and Igf2,in the nucleus and *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)further revealed that TNFαdeficiency resulted in positive enrichment in oxidative phosphorylation and MyoD targets and negative enrichment in JAK-STAT *** findings suggest that TNFα-CKO positively regulates muscle growth and development,possibly via these newly identified targets and pathways.

Integral precession calibration method of PIGA on linear vibration table

Linear vibration table can provide harmonic accelerations to excite the nonlinear error terms of Pendulous Integrating Gyro Accelerometer(PIGA).Integral precession calibration method is proposed to calibrate PIGA on a linear vibration table in this *** on the precise expressions of PIGA’s inputs,the error calibration model of PIGA is *** angular velocity errors of PIGA are suppressed by integer periodic precession and the errors caused by non-integer periods vibrating are *** complete calibration process,including planning,preparation,PIGA testing,and coefficient identification,is designed to optimize the test operations and evaluate the calibration *** effect of the main errors on calibration uncertainty is analyzed and the relative sensitivity function is proposed to further optimize the test *** and simulation results verify that the proposed 10-position calibration method can improve calibration uncertainties after compensating for the related *** order of calibration uncertainties of the second-and third-order coefficients are decreased to 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g^(2)and 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g3,*** with the other two classical calibration methods,the calibration uncertainties of PIGA’s nonlinear error coefficients can be effectively reduced and the proportional residual errors are decreased less than 3×10-6(rad.s^(-1))/g by using the proposed calibration method.

The problematic use of social media has numerous negative impacts on individuals'daily lives,interpersonal relationships,physical and mental health,and ***,there are few methods and tools to alleviate problematic social media,and their potential is yet to be fully *** large language models(LLMs)are becoming increasingly popular for providing information and assistance to people and are being applied in many aspects of *** mitigating problematic social media use,LLMs such as ChatGPT can play a positive role by serving as conversational partners and outlets for users,providing personalized information and resources,monitoring and intervening in problematic social media use,and *** this process,we should recognize both the enormous potential and endless possibilities of LLMs such as ChatGPT,leveraging their advantages to better address problematic social media use,while also acknowledging the limitations and potential pitfalls of ChatGPT technology,such as errors,limitations in issue resolution,privacy and security concerns,and potential *** we leverage the advantages of LLMs to address issues in social media usage,we must adopt a cautious and ethical approach,being vigilant of the potential adverse effects that LLMs may have in addressing problematic social media use to better harness technology to serve individuals and society.

Hole mobility enhancement in monolayer WSe2 p-type transistors through molecular doping

Two-dimensional （2D） transition metal dichalcogenide （TMDC） semiconductor materials exhibit extraordinary electrical properties,holding promise for the realization of next-generation complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） devices at ultimate ***,constrained by effective device doping strategies,the hole mobility and device performance of tungsten diselenide （WSe2） p-type transistors,especially monolayer chemical vapor deposition （CVD）-grown WSe2,have not met *** this paper,an effective performance enhancement of monolayer WSe2p-type transistor was achieved through a molecular doping *** monolayer WSe2directly on SiO2back-gated substrates and leveraging energy band alignment design,4-nitrobenzenediazonium tetrafluoroborate （4-NBD） molecular dopant with a concentration of 10 m M was utilized to modulate the Fermi level position of monolayer WSe2for hole *** devices demonstrated a more than 98%increase in hole mobility,reaching up to 97 cm2·V-1·s-1while maintaining the current on/off ratio of *** p-type WSe2transistors with 1μm channel length exhibit a high drive current surpassing 176μA·μm-1,exceeding previous CVD-WSe2devices with similar channel *** straightforward and effective approach to improving the electrical performance of WSe2transistors paves the way for advanced logic technologies based on transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductors.

ruthenium(ru)has been regarded as one of the most promising alternatives to substitute Pt for catalyzing alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),owing to its inherent high activity and being the cheapest platinum-group ***,based on the idea of strong metal–support interaction(SMSI)regulation,ru/TiN catalysts with different degrees of TiN overlayer over ru nanoparticles were fabricated,which were applied to the alkaline electrolytic *** reveal that the TiN overlayer would gradually encapsulate the ru nanoparticles and induce more electron transfer from ru nanoparticles to TiN support by the ru–N–Ti bond as the SMSI degree *** study shows that the exposed ru–TiN interfaces greatly promote the H_(2) desorption ***,the ru/TiN-300 with a moderate SMSI degree exhibits excellent HER performance,with an overpotential of 38 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Also,due to the encapsulation role of TiN overlayer on ru nanoparticles,it displays super long-term stability with a very slight potential change after 24 *** study provides a deep insight into the influence of the SMSI effect between ru and TiN on HER and offers a novel approach for preparing efficient and stable HER electrocatalysts through SMSI engineering.

Multi-scale data joint inversion of minerals and porosity in altered igneous reservoirs—A case study in the South China Sea

There are abundant igneous gas reservoirs in the South China Sea with significant value of research,and lithology classification,mineral analysis and porosity inversion are important links in reservoir ***,affected by the diverse lithology,complicated mineral and widespread alteration,conventional logging lithology classification and mineral inversion become considerably *** the same time,owing to the limitation of the wireline log response equation,the quantity and accuracy of minerals can hardly meet the exploration requirements of igneous *** overcome those issues,this study takes the South China Sea as an example,and combines multi-scale data such as micro rock slices,petrophysical experiments,wireline log and element cutting log to establish a set of joint inversion methods for minerals and porosity of altered igneous ***,we define the lithology and mineral characteristics through core slices and mineral data,and establish an igneous multi-mineral volumetric *** we determine element cutting log correction method based on core element data,and combine wireline log and corrected element cutting log to perform the lithology classification and joint inversion of minerals and ***,it is always difficult to determine the elemental eigenvalues of different minerals in *** paper uses multiple linear regression methods to solve this ***,an integrated inversion technique for altered igneous formations was *** results show that the corrected element cutting log are in good agreement with the core element data,and the mineral and porosity results obtained from the joint inversion based on the wireline log and corrected element cutting log are also in good agreement with the core data from X-ray *** results demonstrate that the inversion technique is applicable and this study provides a new direction for the mineral inversion research of altered igneous formation

Variation Characteristics of Root Traits of Different Alfalfa Cultivars under Saline-Alkaline Stress and their Relationship with Soil Environmental Factors

Soil salinization is the main factor that threatens the growth and development of plants and limits the increase of *** is of great significance to study the key soil environmental factors affecting plant root traits to reveal the adaptation strategies of plants to saline-alkaline-stressed soil *** this study,the root biomass,root morphological parameters and root mineral nutrient content of two alfalfa cultivars with different sensitivities to alkaline stress were analyzed with black soil as the control group and the mixed saline-alkaline soil with a ratio of 7:3 between black soil and saline-alkaline soil as the saline-alkaline treatment *** the same time,the correlation analysis of soil salinity indexes,soil nutrient indexes and the activities of key enzymes involved in soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus cycles was carried *** results showed that compared with the control group,the pH,EC,and urease(URE)of the soil surrounding the roots of two alfalfa cultivars were significantly increased,while soil total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),organic carbon(SOC),andα-glucosidase activity(AGC)were significantly decreased under saline-alkaline *** was no significant difference in root biomass and root morphological parameters of saline-alkaline tolerant cultivar GN under saline-alkaline *** number of root tips(RT),root surface area(RS)and root volume(RV)of AG were reduced by 61.16%,44.54%,and 45.31%,respectively,compared with control *** ratios of K^(+)/Na^(+),Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)and Mg^(2+)/Na^(+)of GN were significantly higher than those of AG(pweight(RFW)and dry weight(RDW),root length(RL),RV and RT of alfalfa were positively regulated by soil SOC and TN,but negatively regulated by soil pH,EC,and URE(p<0.01).Root Ca^(2+)/Na+ratio was significantly positively correlated with soil TN,TP and SOC(p<0.01).The absorption of Mg and Ca ions in roots is significantly negatively regulated by soilβ-glucosidase ac
