An efficient Ni-catalyzed four-component 1.4-carbocarbonylation of 1.3-enynes with activated alkyl halides and arylboronic acids under atmospheric pressure of CO is *** tuning the electronic and steric effects of alkyl radicals,both electronrich and electron-deficient 1.3-enynes were compatible with this *** protocol features mild conditions,broad substrate scope,excellent functional group compatibility and facile gram-scale synthesis,providing a practical approach to the quaternary carbon center-containing allenyl *** study revealed that the acyl-NiIIspecies plays an important role in both the coupling and the alkyl radical generation processes.

BACKGROUND Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)involves pelvic organ herniation into the vagina due to pelvic floor tissue laxity,and vaginal structure is an essential *** POP,the vaginal walls exhibit abnormal collagen distribution and decreased fibroblast levels and *** intricate etiology of POP and the prohibition of trans-vaginal meshes in pelvic reconstruction surgery present challenges in targeted therapy *** umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells(hucMSCs)present limitations,but their exosomes(hucMSC-Exo)are promising therapeutic tools for promoting fibroblast proliferation and extracellular matrix *** inflammation in POP group fibroblasts,stimulated primary fibroblast growth,and elevated collagen I(Col1.production in ***-throughput RNA-seq of fibroblasts treated with hucMSC-Exo and miRNA sequencing of hucMSC-Exo revealed that abundant exosomal miRNAs downregulated matrix metalloproteinase 1.(MMP1.)*** HucMSC-Exo normalized the growth and function of primary fibroblasts from patients with POP by promoting cell growth and Col1.expression in *** miRNAs in hucMSC-Exo targeted and downregulated MMP1. ***-Exo-based therapy may be ideal for safely and effectively treating POP.

Solar activities have a great impact on modern high-tech systems,such as human aerospace activities,satellite communication and navigation,deep space exploration,and related scientific ***,studying the long-term evolution trend of solar activity and accurately predicting the future solar cycles are highly *** on the wavelet transform and empirical function fitting of the longest recorded data of the annual average relative sunspot number(ASN)series of 323 yr to date,this work decisively verifies the existence of the solar century cycles and confirms that its length is about 1.4.0 yr,and the magnitude has a slightly increasing trend on the timescale of several hundred *** on this long-term evolutionary trend,we predict solar cycles 25 and26 by using phase similar prediction *** for solar cycle 25,its maximum ASN will be about1.6.7±33.40,obviously stronger than solar cycle *** peak year will occur approximately in 2024,and the period will be about 1.±1.*** for solar cycle 26,it will start around 2030,and reach its maximum between2035 and 2036,with maximum ASN of about 1.3.0±3.200,and period of about 1. yr.

Learning to sample initial solution for solving 0-1.discrete optimization problem by local search

Local search methods are convenient alternatives for solving discrete optimization problems(DOPs).These easy-to-implement methods are able to find approximate optimal solutions within a tolerable time *** is known that the quality of the initial solution greatly affects the quality of the approximated solution found by a local search *** this paper,we propose to take the initial solution as a random variable and learn its preferable probability *** aim is to sample a good initial solution from the learned distribution so that the local search can find a high-quality *** develop two different deep network models to deal with DOPs established on set(the knapsack problem)and graph(the maximum clique problem),*** deep neural network learns the representation of an optimization problem instance and transforms the representation to its probability *** results show that given the initial solution sampled from the learned probability distribution,a local search method can acquire much better approximate solutions than the randomly-sampled initial solution on the synthesized knapsack instances and the Erd?s-Rényi random graph ***,with sampled initial solutions,a classical genetic algorithm can achieve better solutions than a random initialized population in solving the maximum clique problems on DIMACS ***,we emphasize that the developed models can generalize in dimensions and across graphs with various densities,which is an important advantage on generalizing deep-learning-based optimization algorithms.

The precipitation kinetics ofγ'-Ni_(3)(Al,Ta)phase and creep properties of Ni-1.Al-x Ta at.%superalloys are investigated by the crystal plasticity phase-field *** results show that the high Ta content brings a lower creep strain for the deceleration and steady creep stage,while the creep lifetime is *** large external strain intensifies the creep damage and shortens the creep life of Ni-1.Al-3Ta at.%*** kinetics evolution and elements distribution are revealed in the quaternary Ni-1.Al-8.5Cr-xT a(x=1.5 at.%,2.0 at.%,2.5 at.%)superalloys by the multi-component phase-field *** anti-phase boundary(APB)changes the coarsening mechanism ofγ'phase,and Ta promotes the precipitation ofγ'phase with an increasing volume fraction and particle *** composition difference betweenγ'andγphases increases with the rising of Ta content,the strong partitioning of Ta toγ'phase strengthens the partitioning of Ni and Cr toγmatrix,and Ta shows a superiority than Al in the lattice site occupation of L1.(2)-Ni_(3)(Al,X)*** an importantγ'phase forming element,the optimization of Ta content is essential for improving the mechanical properties of Ni-based superalloys.
