Conductive polyvinylidene fluoride（PVDF）matrix composites filled with graphited fiber（GF）or carbon fiber（CF）were prepared by the melt-mixing *** breakage and length distribution of the fibers in the polymer matrix were studied by scanning electron microscope（SEM）and optical microscope（OM）observations,respectively. The differences in the positive temperature coefficient（PTC）effects of the composites were mainly attributed to inter-fiber contact *** elimination of the negative temperature coefficient（NTC）effect for CF/PVDF composite was because of an increase in the viscosity of the polymer *** the same filler content,CF could be more effective,to eliminate the NTC effect when compared with *** of 2%CF（mass fraction）in the PVDF composite with 7%GF（mass fraction）could effectively eliminate the NTC phenomenon of the composite.

BACKGROUND Peripheral regional block combined with general anesthesia might be a preferable anesthetic regimen for elderly patients undergoing total hip *** To investigate whether ultrasound-guided,direct suprainguinal injection for fascia iliaca block accelerated recovery after general anesthesia and relieved postoperative pain after total hip *** Patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia in 2015 or 2019 at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were retrospectively *** patients were grouped based on whether preoperative suprainguinal fascia iliaca block was performed or *** time to tracheal extubation and time spent in the post-anesthesia care unit(PACU),intraoperative remifentanil dosage,fentanyl consumption in the PACU,postoperative cumulative fentanyl consumption within 48 h after operation,visual analogue scale at rest and during movement on the first and second days after surgery,and adverse reactions were *** Thirty-one elderly patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty were included in the study(block group,n=16;no-block group,n=15).The visual analog scale scores at rest and during movement on the first and second days were significantly lower in the block group than in the no-block group(all P<0.05).Compared with the no-block group,the intraoperative remifentanil dosage was lower,the time to tracheal extubation and the time spent in the PACU were shorter in the block group(all P<0.01).Fentanyl consumption in the PACU and postoperative cumulative fentanyl consumption in 48 h after operation were lower in the block group(all P<0.01).The incidence of dizziness was higher in the no-block group than in the block group(P=0.037).CONCLUSION Ultrasound-guided,direct suprainguinal injection for fascia iliaca block led to faster recovery after general anesthesia and early postoperative pain relief in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.

In rice,one detrimental factor influencing single panicle yield is the frequent occurrence of panicle apical abortion（PAA） under unfavorable climatic *** now,no detailed genetic information has been available to avoid PAA in rice ***,we show that the occurrence of PAA is associated with the accumulation of excess hydrogen *** trait loci（QTLs） mapping for PAA in an F2 population derived from the cross of L-05261（PAA line） × IRAT129（non-PAA variety） identified seven QTLs over a logarithm of the odd（LOD） threshold of 2.5,explaining approximately 50.1% of phenotypic variance for PAA in *** of the QTLs with an increased effect from L-05261,were designated as qPAA3-1,qPAA3-2,qPAA4,qPAA5 and qPAA8,and accounted for 6.8%,5.9%,4.2%,13.0% and 12.2% of phenotypic variance,*** found that the PAA in the early heading plants was mainly controlled by ***,using the sub-populations specific for qPAA8 based on markerassisted selection,we further narrowed qPAA8 to a 37.6-kb interval delimited by markers RM22475 and *** results are beneficial for PAA gene clone.

Throughflow design has the advantages of less time consumption and large optimization space,and thus is the corner stone of advanced design system of multi-stage axial-flow *** majority of relevant studies were limited to the throughflow inverse designs,and quite few works have been till now devoted to the throughflow optimal *** this work,an automatic and rapid throughflow-based optimal design method is proposed for axial-flow compressors in which a throughflow inverse design solver is embedded in optimal genetic algorithm to improve the design efficiency of axial-flow *** types of design parameters in the throughflow inverse design of axial-flow compressors,i.e.,swirl and shroud curve,are simultaneously used to optimize both the blade shape and flow *** proposed method is validated by the redesign optimization of the benchmark axial-flow compressor NASA Stage 35,and the CFD predictions show that the throughflow-based optimization leads to 1.18% efficiency benefit at design *** proposed method is then utilized to the two-dimensional throughflow optimal design of a large-scale 6.5-stage axial-flow industrial *** optimal design results are confirmed by CFD predictions,indicating that the proposed method can effectively improve the design adiabatic efficiency of the compressors by 1.09% within a few minutes on desk-top *** throughflow design implications are also obtained for advanced axial-flow industrial *** work could enhance the capability of throughflow design method and has engineering application value to explore the throughflow optimization space of multi-stage axial-flow compressors.

Objective:The study objective was to observe the effect of Dachaihu decoction and its "prescription elements" on intestinal flora of model rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Materials and Methods:Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the following seven groups (n=105):normal, model, pioglitazone hydrochloride (PH), Shuganlidan, Jianpihuatan, Tongfuxiezhuo, and dachaihu decoction (DD). 16SrRNA high-throughput IIlumina sequencing platform was used for sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis of rat intestinal flora was done. Results:Compared with the normal group, rats in the model, PH, Shuganlidan, Jianpihuatan, Tongfuxiezhuo,and DD groups showed significant differences in the intestinal microflora structure. The microorganisms that play an important role in the normal group are Ruminococcaceae, Oscillospira, Lactobacillales, Lactobacillaceae, Lactobacillus, bacilli, Ruminococcus, TM7, Spirochaetes,Clostridium, Elusimicrobia, Elusimicrobiaceae, Elusimicrobiales, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Elusimicrobium, RF39, and Christensenellaceae;in the model group are Ruminococcus gnavus;in the PH group are Prevotella, Paraprevotellaceae, and Blautia;in the Jianpihuatan group are Bacteroidetes, Bacteroidia, Bacteroidales, Roseburia, Rikenellaceae, and?Stridium methylpentosum;in the TongfuXiezhuo group are Bacteroidaceae, Bacteroides, Porphyromonadaceae, Parabacteroide, 4C0d2, Cyanobacteria, YS2, Parabacteroides distasonis,Bacteroides uniformis, Verrucomicrobiaceae, Verrucomicrobiae, Verrucomicrobiales, Akkermansia, Akkermansia muciniphila, Coprobacillus,Parabacteroides gordonii, Blautia producta, and Ruminococcus torques;and in the DD group are Erysipelotrichales, Erysipelotrichi, and Erysipelothrichaceae. Conclusion:The Tongfuxiezhuo prescription elements of the DD significantly improved the intestinal flora of rats with NAFLD, improving the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal flora of NAFLD rat

In this paper,a bilevel optimization model of an integrated energy operator(IEO)–load aggregator(LA)is constructed to address the coordinate optimization challenge of multiple stakeholder island integrated energy system(IIES).The upper level represents the integrated energy operator,and the lower level is the electricity-heatgas load *** to the benefit conflict between the upper and lower levels of the IIES,a dynamic pricing mechanism for coordinating the interests of the upper and lower levels is proposed,combined with factors such as the carbon emissions of the IIES,as well as the lower load interruption *** price of selling energy can be dynamically adjusted to the lower LA in the mechanism,according to the information on carbon emissions and load interruption *** benefits and win-win situations are achieved between the upper and lower ***,CPLEX is used to iteratively solve the bilevel optimization *** optimal solution is selected according to the joint optimal discrimination *** results indicate that the sourceload coordinate operation can reduce the upper and lower operation *** the proposed pricingmechanism,the carbon emissions and load interruption power of IEO-LA are reduced by 9.78%and 70.19%,respectively,and the capture power of the carbon capture equipment is improved by 36.24%.The validity of the proposed model and method is verified.

Developing a bridge capping layer between perovskite and hole transport layer materials（HTMs） in the n-i-p perovskite solar cells（pero-SCs） is an effective approach to modify the morphology of HTMs and passivate the perovskite ***, we select the quinoxaline-based bifunctional passivation agent, quinoxalin-6-yl-methylamine hydrochloride（Qx MACl）,as the bridging layer, and a D-A copolymer PBQ12 containing the same quinoxaline unit as an HTM for the n-i-p pero-SCs. Due to the π-π stacking among the common quinoxaline units in the bridge layer and HTM, Qx MACl induces the π-π stacking of the PBQ12 film and improves the film morphology of HTMs with better conductivity. Additionally, Qx MACl can effectively passivate the perovskite surface, and PBQ12 possesses appropriate energy levels and high hole mobility. The pero-SCs based on FAPbI3with PBQ12/Qx MACl treatment showed a higher power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 24.05% and outstanding stability, maintaining 95.4% and 92.1% of its initial PCE after 750 h of storage and after over 800 h of thermal annealing at 85 °C, respectively. To further enhance the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices, we developed a non-metal ion dopant for the PBQ12 HTM. Through trace doping of PBQ12 HTM by the non-metal ion dopant, the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices reached 25.24%（the calibrated PCE of 24.55% by the National Institute of Metrology, China）.

Visible-light-responsive homologous heterostructure of oxynitrides constructed to boost charge separation and water splitting

Constructing type II heterostructures represents a widely recognized strategy for enhancing charge separation and photocatalytic efficiency,but it remains challenging to fabricate homologous heterostructures based on visible-light-responsive semiconductors,especially for popularly investigated （oxy）nitrides with low thermal ***,we synthesized a homologous heterostructure （denoted as YTON＿H） based on the oxynitrides of YTaO4-xNyand YTa *** heterostructure exhibits type II band structure alignment and intimate interface achieved through a magnesium （Mg） powder-assisted nitridation *** with widely reported heterologous heterostructures,the as-obtained YTON＿H homologous heterostructure could similarly exhibit enhanced charge separation as well as photocatalytic water splitting performance with respect to its counterparts(YTaO4-xNyand YTaON2).Meanwhile,detailed structural characterizations and spectroscopy analysis have been made to confirm the formation of heterostructure and promotion of spatial charge separation.
