An emerging direction of quantum computing is to establish meaningful quantum applications in various fields of artificial intelligence, including natural language processing(NLP). Although some efforts based on syntactic analysis have opened the door to research in quantum NLP(QNLP), limitations such as heavy syntactic preprocessing and syntax-dependent network architecture make them impracticable on larger and real-world data sets. In this paper, we propose a new simple network architecture, called the quantum selfattention neural network(QSANN), which can compensate for these limitations. Specifically, we introduce the self-attention mechanism into quantum neural networks and then utilize a Gaussian projected quantum self-attention serving as a sensible quantum version of self-attention. As a result, QSANN is effective and scalable on larger data sets and has the desirable property of being implementable on near-term quantum devices. In particular, our QSANN outperforms the best existing QNLP model based on syntactic analysis as well as a simple classical self-attention neural network in numerical experiments of text classification tasks on public data sets. We further show that our method exhibits robustness to low-level quantum noises and showcases resilience to quantum neural network architectures.

In this work,a conventional HfO_(2) gate dielectric layer is replaced with a 3-nm ferroelectric(Fe) HZO layer in the gate stacks of advanced fin field-effect transistors(FinFETs).Fe-induced characteristics,e.g.,negative drain induced barrier lowering(N-DIBL) and negative differential resistance(NDR),are clearly observed for both p-and n-type HZO-based *** characteristics are attributed to the enhanced ferroelectricity of the 3-nm hafnium zirconium oxide(HZO) film,caused by Al doping from the TiAlC capping *** mechanism is verified for capacitors with structures similar to the *** to the enhanced ferroelectricity and N-DIBL phenomenon,the drain current(I_(DS))of the HZO-FinFETs is greater than that of HfO_(2)-FinFETs and obtained at a lower operating ***,circuits based on HZO-FinFET achieve higher performance than those based on HfO_(2)-FinFET at a low voltage drain(V_(DD)),which indicates the application feasibility of the HZO-FinFETs in the ultralow power integrated circuits.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are ideal biomarkers of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)because of their highly stable closed-loop structure,and they can act as microRNA(miRNA)sponges to regulate OSCC *** analyzing clinical samples,we identified circCPNE1,a dysregulated circRNA in OSCC,and its expression level was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of OSCC ***-of-function assays revealed the tumor-suppressive effect of circCPNE1,which was then identified as a miR-330-3p ***-330-3p was recognized as a tumor promoter in multiple studies,consistent with our finding that it could promote the proliferation,migration,and invasion of OSCC *** results indicated that selective inhibition of miR-330-3p could be an effective strategy to inhibit OSCC ***,we designed cationic polylysine-cisplatin prodrugs to deliver antagomiR-330-3p(a miRNA inhibitory analog)via electrostatic interactions to form PP@miR nanoparticles(NPs).Paratumoral administration results revealed that PP@miR NPs effectively inhibited subcutaneous tumor progression and achieved partial tumor elimination(2/5),which confirmed the critical role of miR-330-3p in OSCC *** findings provide a new perspective for the development of OSCC treatments.

AIM To investigate the effects of VSL#3 on tumor formation, and fecal and intestinal mucosal microbiota in azoxymethane/dextran sulfate sodium(AOM/DSS) induced mice model. METHODS C57 BL/6 mice were administered AOM/DSS to develop the ulcerative colitis(UC) carcinogenesis model. Mice were treated with 5-ASA(75 mg/kg/d), VSL#3(1.5 × 109 CFU/d), or 5-ASA combined with VSL#3 by gavage from the day of AOM injection for three months(five days/week). The tumor load was compared in each group, and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin(IL)-6 levels were evaluated in colon tissue. The stool and intestinal mucosa samples were collected to analyze the differences in the intestinal microbiota by 16 s rDNA sequencing *** VSL#3 significantly reduced the tumor load in AOM/DSS-induced mice model and decreased the level of TNF-α and IL-6 in colon tissue. The model group had a lower level of Lactobacillus and higher level of Oscillibacter and Lachnoclostridium in fecal microbiota than the control group. After the intervention with 5-ASA and VSL#3, Bacillus and Lactococcus were increased, while Lachnoclostridium and Oscillibacter were reduced. 5-ASA combined with VSL#3 increased the Lactobacillus and decreased the Oscillibacter. The intestinal mucosal microbiota analysis showed a lower level of Bifidobacterium and Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014 and higher level of Al oprevotel a in the model group as compared to the control group. After supplementation with VSL#3, Bifidobacterium was increased. 5-ASA combined with VSL#3 increased the level of both Lachnoclostridium and Bifidobacterium. CONCLUSION VSL#3 can prevent UC-associated carcinogenesis in mice, reduce the colonic mucosal inflammation levels, and rebalance the fecal and mucosal intestinal microbiota.

Understanding the quantitative responses of anisotropic dynamic properties in organic-rich shale with different kerogen content(KC)is of great significance in hydrocarbon exploration and *** controlled experiments with a single variable is challenging for natural shales due to their high variations in components,diagenesis conditions,or pore *** employed the hot-pressing technique to construct 11 well-controlled artificial shale with varying *** artificial shale samples were successive machined into prismatic shape for ultrasonic measurements along different *** revealed bedding perpendicular P-wave velocities are more sensitive to the increasing KC than bedding paralleling velocities due to the preferential alignments of *** elastic stiffnesses except C_(13)are generally decreasing with the increasing KC,the variation of C_(1) and C_(33)on kerogen content are more sensitive than those of C_(44)and C_(66).Apparent dynamic mechanical parameters(v and E)were found to have linear correlation with the true ones from complete anisotropic equations independent of KC,which hold value towards the interpretation of well logs consistently across formations,Anisotropic mechanical parameters(ΔE and brittlenessΔB)tend to decrease with the reducing KC,withΔB showing great sensitivity to KC *** the range of low KC(10%)shale,compilation of data from natural organic rich-shales globally verified the similar systematic relationships that can be empirically used to predict the fraction of KC in shales.

Deterministic inversion based on deep learning has been widely utilized in model parameters *** by logging data,seismic data,wavelet and modeling operator,deterministic inversion based on deep learning can establish nonlinear relationships between seismic data and model ***,seismic data lacks low-frequency and contains noise,which increases the non-uniqueness of the *** conventional inversion method based on deep learning can only establish the deterministic relationship between seismic data and parameters,and cannot quantify the uncertainty of *** order to quickly quantify the uncertainty,a physics-guided deep mixture density network(PG-DMDN)is established by combining the mixture density network(MDN)with the deep neural network(DNN).Compared with Bayesian neural network(BNN)and network dropout,PG-DMDN has lower computing cost and shorter training time.A low-frequency model is introduced in the training process of the network to help the network learn the nonlinear relationship between narrowband seismic data and low-frequency *** addition,the block constraints are added to the PG-DMDN framework to improve the horizontal continuity of the inversion *** illustrate the benefits of proposed method,the PG-DMDN is compared with existing semi-supervised inversion *** synthetic data examples of Marmousi II model are utilized to quantify the influence of forward modeling part,low-frequency model,noise and the pseudo-wells number on inversion results,and prove the feasibility and stability of the proposed *** addition,the robustness and generality of the proposed method are verified by the field seismic data.

将含氟丙烯酸酯乳液（FAE）与丙烯酸酯乳液（AE）共混,得共混乳液BE-1,将BE-1分别于15、30、45、60℃下在聚四氟乙烯板（PTFE）上成膜。通过FTIR、粒度分布（PSA）、接触角（CA）、表面自由能、AFM、SEM-EDS、XPS和力学性能测试考察了成膜温度对共混乳胶膜自组织梯度结构和表面性能的影响。结果表明,BE-1平均粒径是73.30 nm,PDI为0.133,与FAE乳液相比,BE-1粒径减小,粒径分布变宽。BE-1成膜温度高于45℃时,膜断面出现相分层,F-P（膜-聚四氟乙烯基材）面的含氟组分质量分数开始高于F-A（膜-空气）面,含氟组分在F-P面富集,具备纯含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物表面性能,F-A面氟组分含量少,F-A面主要是丙烯酸酯聚合物组分。氟元素质量分数从F-P面到F-A面逐渐减少,在成膜温度分别为45和60℃时,F-P面F元素质量分数比F-A面高3.59%和10.00%。60℃时,乳胶膜BE-1拉伸强度达到了11.66MPa,比15℃成膜的乳胶膜提高了63.99%。

Modern scleractinian corals are classified into robust,complex,and basal clades through comparative molecular ***,only few morphological or biological criteria can systematically determine the evolutionary trajectories of these major scleractinian coral ***,we obtained the structural information of 21 scleractinian coral species representing robust and complex clades:High-resolution micro-computed tomography was used to reconstruct the polyp-canal systems in their colonies and to visualize the dynamic polyp growth *** found that the emergence of mesh-like canals may distinguish representatives of complex and robust *** differences in polyp-canal connections suggest distinct evolutionary trajectories among coral species:The formation of the canal network promoted the development of more complex coral structures,and coral polyps within this network formed calices of very similar volume,following precise axial growth *** influence of individual polyps on the coral colony becomes less significant as coral structures become more complex,and coral species with more complicated polyp-canal systems occupied niches more *** work supplements current evolutionary studies on reef-building corals,providing insight for further studies on coral growth patterns.
