In a two-frequency cavity driving and atom driving atom-cavity system,we find the photon blockade *** a truncated eigenstates space,we calculate the zero-delay second-order correlation function of the cavity mode analytically and obtain an optimal condition for the photon *** including three transition pathways,we find that higher excitations of the cavity mode can be further suppressed and the zero-delay second-order correlation function can be reduced *** on the master equation,we simulate the system evolution and find that the analytical solutions match well with the numerical *** scheme is robust with small fluctuations of parameters and may be used as a new type of single photon source.

BACKGROUND Resistance to clarithromycin(CLA)and levofloxacin(LFX)of helicobacter pylori(***)is increasing in severity,and successful eradication is ***,the eradication success rate has greatly declined,leaving a large number of patients with previous treatment *** To investigate secondary resistance rates,explore risk factors for antibiotic resistance,and assess the efficacy of susceptibility-guided *** We recruited 154 subjects positive for Urea Breath Test who attended The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University between July 2022 and April *** underwent a string test after an overnight *** gastric juice was obtained and transferred to vials containing storage ***,DNA extraction and the specific DNA amplification were performed using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Demographic information was also analyzed as part of the *** on these results,the participants were administered susceptibility-guided *** was compared with that of the empiric treatment *** A total of 132 individuals tested positive for the *** ureA gene by qPCR *** resistance rate reached a high level of 82.6%(n=109),LFX resistance rate was 69.7%(n=92)and dual resistance was 62.1%(n=82).Gastric symptoms[odds ratio(OR)=2.782;95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.076-7.194;P=0.035]and rural residence(OR=5.152;95%CI:1.407-18.861;P=0.013)were independent risk factors for secondary resistance to CLA and LFX,respectively.A total of 102 and 100 individuals received susceptibility-guided therapies and empiric treatment,*** antibiotic susceptibility-guided treatment and empiric treatment groups achieved successful eradication rates of 75.5%(77/102)and 59.0%(59/411)by the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis and 90.6%(77/85)and 70.2%(59/84)by the per-protocol(PP)analysis,*** eradication rates of these two treatment strategies were significantly

The prediction of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)images from fundus structural images is a cutting-edge research topic in ophthalmological image *** comprises estimating FFA from fundus camera imaging,single-phase FFA from scanning laser ophthalmoscopy(SLO),and three-phase FFA also from *** many deep learning models are available,a single model can only perform one or two of these prediction *** accomplish three prediction tasks using a unified method,we propose a unified deep learning model for predicting FFA images from fundus structure images using a supervised generative adversarial *** three prediction tasks are processed as follows:data preparation,network training under FFA supervision,and FFA image prediction from fundus structure images on a test *** comparing the FFA images predicted by our model,pix2pix,and CycleGAN,we demonstrate the remarkable progress achieved by our *** high performance of our model is validated in terms of the peak signal-to-noise ratio,structural similarity index,and mean squared error.

*** With the implementation of modern production strategies,such as“Industry 4.0”and“Made in China 2025,”the development of high-end mechanical equipment is gradually reaching a high degree of parameterization,digitalization,networking,and intelligence[1].High-end mechanical equipment no longer consists of traditional single devices,but is closely linked to the overall production process;that is,a variety of devices interact with each other and collectively form a complex ***,faults can lead to production delays throughout the system and even seriously threaten the safety of workers[2].In addition,equipment operating in unmanned air or space vehicles(including space robots)cannot be repaired by humans if they break down[3].Until recently,the typical method of addressing machine faults was primarily the“fault cure”method,which involves manually shutting down,inspecting,and repairing the equipment to restore normal ***,the maintenance cycle of the traditional“fault cure”method is time-consuming,and the quality of the maintenance depends on the skills of the technician[4].

Secondary vascular tissue(SVT)development and regeneration are regulated by *** this study,we used an in vitro SVT regeneration system to demonstrate that gibberellin(GA)treatment significantly promotes auxin-induced cambium *** GA content by overexpressing or knocking down ent-kaurene synthase(KS)affected secondary growth and SVT regeneration in *** poplar DELLA gene GIBBERELLIC ACID INSENSITIVE(PtoGAI)is expressed in a specific pattern during secondary growth and cambium regeneration after *** of PtoGAI disrupted poplar growth and inhibited cambium regeneration,and the inhibition of cambium regeneration could be partially restored by GA *** analysis of the PtaDR5:GUS transgenic plants,the localization of PIN-FORMED 1(PIN1)and the expression of auxin-related genes found that an additional GA treatment could enhance the auxin response as well as the expression of PIN1,which mediates auxin transport during SVT *** together,these findings suggest that GA promotes cambium regeneration by stimulating auxin signal transduction.

Previously,the in-plane mechanical anisotropy of Zr hot-rolled plates is ascribed mainly to the different activities of the deformation modes activated when loading along different *** this work,a quantitative study on the deformation behavior of a pure Zr hot-rolled plate under tension along the rolling direction(RD)and transverse direction(TD)reveals that both the activities of deformation modes and the anisotropy of grain boundary strengthening account for a tensile yield strength anisotropy along the TD and *** plasticity simulations using viso-plastic self-consistent model show that prismatic slip is the predominant deformation mode for tension along the RD(RD-tension),while prismatic slip and basal slip are co-dominant deformation modes under tension along the TD(TD-tension).A low fraction of■under TD-tension,while hardly activated under *** activation of basal slip with a much higher critical resolve shear stress under TD-tension contributes to a higher yield strength along the TD than along the *** grain boundary strengthening effect under tension along the TD and RD were compared by calculating the activation stress difference(△Stress)and the geometric compatibility factor(m′)between neighboring *** results indicate a higher grain boundary strengthening for TD-tension than that for RD-tension,which will lead to a higher yield strength along the *** is,the anisotropy of grain boundary strengthening between TD-tension and RD-tension also plays an important role in the in-plane anisotropy along the RD and ***,the reasons for why there is a grain-boundary-strengthening anisotropy along the TD and RD were discussed.

Conventional microscopes designed for submicron resolution in biological research are hindered by a limited field of view,typically around 1 *** restriction poses a challenge when attempting to simultaneously analyze various parts of a sample,such as different brain *** addition,conventional objective lenses struggle to perform consistently across the required range of wavelengths for brain imaging in *** we present a novel mesoscopic objective lens with an impressive field of view of 8 mm,a numerical aperture of 0.5,and a working wavelength range from 400 to 1000 *** achieved a resolution of 0.74μm in fluorescent beads *** versatility of this lens was further demonstrated through high-quality images of mouse brain and kidney sections in a wide-field imaging system,a confocal laser scanning system,and a two-photon imaging *** mesoscopic objective lens holds immense promise for advancing multi-wavelength imaging of large fields of view at high resolution.

Quantum key distribution(QKD)is a physical layer encryption technique that enables two distant parties to exchange secure keys with information-theoretic *** the last two decades,QKD has transitioned from laboratory research to real-world applications,including multi-user quantum access networks(QANs).This network structure allows users to share a single-photon detector at a network node through time-division multiplexing,thereby significantly reducing the network ***,current QAN implementations require additional hardware for auxiliary tasks such as time *** address this issue,we propose a cost-efficient QAN that uses qubit-based *** this approach,the transmitted qubits facilitate time synchronization,eliminating the need for additional synchronization *** tested our scheme by implementing a network for two users and successfully achieved average secure key rates of 53.84 kbps and 71.90 kbps for each user over a 50-km commercial fiber *** addition,we investigated the capacity of the access network under cross-talk and loss *** simulation results demonstrate that this scheme can support a QAN with 64 users with key rates up to 1070 *** work provides a feasible and cost-effective way to implement a multi-user QKD network,further promoting the widespread application of QKD.
