目的研究温阳化痰贴对哮喘患儿调控因子Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年6月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院儿科门诊治疗的小儿哮喘缓解期患儿100例,随机分为对照组51例、治疗组49例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组西医治疗联合应用温阳化痰贴贴敷。结果治疗组的调控因子TLR4、NF-κB及肺功能FEF25、FEF50、FEF75较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用温阳化痰穴贴联合西药治疗小儿哮喘可以调节机体免疫调控因子,从而直接或间接调节细胞、体液免疫功能,提高机体抵抗力,使疾病快速恢复。

As the expansion of enrollment in the university growing vigorously, the number of students has been multiplied each year. Till now, the number of students accessing to higher education has taken 15% of the whole youngsters in our country. Thus, the universities take more important missions. According to a research, accepting the teaching method of teachers is the essential requirement for students to acquire knowledge. As teachers are the first source of higher education, their etiquette accomplishment directly influences the quality of education and teaching, as well as the construction of spiritual civilization in the campus. On the basis of generalizing the implication of teachers’ etiquette accomplishment and combining the requirements of educational reform in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the importance of improving the etiquette accomplishment of teachers in colleges and universities from the aspect of professional particularities of teachers in colleges and universities. Then, it summarizes the etiquette accomplishment which teachers in colleges and universities should have. The main aim of this paper is to improve etiquette accomplishment of teachers in colleges and universities.

Structural superlubricity(SSL) refers to a state of ultralow friction and zero wear when two solid surfaces slide against each other. Recent investigations have identified amorphous carbon at the edge of the graphite mesa as the primary source of friction in such SSL systems. Here, the tensile stress of metal thin film is exploited to engineer vertically conductive edge-warping graphite mesas(EWGM). Through this approach, robust SSL performance is realized, demonstrated by sliding an 8 μm side length square EWGM on an atomically smooth Au substrate for 10000 cycles at a constant voltage of 1 m V. In this SSL system,differential friction coefficients lower than 1.5 × 10^(-4) are achieved, with static contact resistance between EWGM and Au substrate as low as 28Ω and sliding contact resistance as low as 32Ω. Moreover, the EWGM exhibits SSL behavior on polished Si wafer substrates. Furthermore, because of the no-edge contact with the substrate during sliding, friction is independent of the sliding speed of the EWGM. This study presents the first successful fabrication of conductive EWGM. Remarkably, in both EWGM-Au and EWGM-Si SSL systems, the measured frictions are more than one order of magnitude lower than those of ordinary self-retracting graphite mesas with no-edge warping, and no wear is observed during extended current-carrying ***, these findings establish a solid groundwork for the future realization of macroscale conductive SSL systems.

Sexual systems play important roles in angiosperm evolution and exhibit substantial variations among different floras. Thus, studying their evolution in a whole flora is crucial for understanding the formation and maintenance of plant biodiversity and predicting its responses to environmental change. In this study, we determined the patterns of plant sexual systems and their associations with geographic elements and various life-history traits in dry-hot valley region of southwestern China, an extremely vulnerable ecosystem. Of the 3166 angiosperm species recorded in this area, 74.5% were hermaphroditic,13.5% were monoecious and 12% were dioecious, showing a high incidence of diclinous species. Diclinous species were strongly associated with tropical elements, whereas hermaphroditic species were strongly associated with temperate and cosmopolitan elements. We also found that hermaphroditism was strongly associated with showy floral displays, specialist entomophily, dry fruits and herbaceous *** was strongly associated with inconspicuous, pale-colored flowers, generalist entomophily, fleshy fruits, and woody plants, whereas monoecy was strongly associated with inconspicuous, pale-colored flowers, anemophily, dry fruits, and herbaceous plants. In addition, hermaphroditic species with generalist entomophily tended to flower in the dry season, whereas diclinous species with specialist entomophily tended to flower in the rainy season. However, independent of sexual systems, plants that produce dry fruits tended to flower in the rainy season and set fruits in the dry season, but the opposite pattern was found for fleshy fruit-producing plants. Our results suggest that in the dry-hot valleys, plant sexual systems are associated with geographic elements as well as various life-history traits that are sensitive to environmental change.

In this study,we synthesize a catalyst comprising cobalt nanoparticles supported on MXene by pyrolyzing a composite in a N2 ***,the composite comprises a bimetallic Zn/Co zeolitic imidazole framework grown in situ on the outer surface of *** catalytic efficiency of the catalyst is tested for the self-coupling of 4-methoxybenzylamine to produce value-added imine,where atmospheric oxygen(1 atm)is used as the *** on the results,the catalyst displayed impressive catalytic activity,achieving 95.4%yield of the desired imine at 383 K for 8 ***,the catalyst showed recyclability and tolerance toward benzylamine substrates with various functional *** outstanding performance of the catalyst is primarily attributed to the synergetic catalytic effect between the cobalt nanoparticles and MXene support,while also benefiting from the three-dimensional porous ***,a preliminary investigation of potential reaction mechanisms is conducted.
