Organic anion-transporting polypeptides IB1(OATPIB1)plays a crucial role in the transport of ***,there are too few animal models related to OATPIB1,especially humanized animal *** this study,the human SLCOIB1 cDNA was inserted into the second exon of the rat Slcolb2 gene using CRISPR/Cas9 *** characteristics of statins were conducted in wild-type(WT),humanized OATPIB1(hOATPIB1),and OATPIB2 knockout(OATPIB2 KO)rats,*** results showed that human OATPIB1 was successfully expressed in rat liver and exhibited transport ***,the pharmacokinetic results revealed that OATPIB1 exhibited varying uptake levels of pivastatin,rosuvastatin,and fluvastatin,leading to different levels of exposure within the *** results were consistent with those obtained from in vitro experiments using overexpressed cell *** conclusion,we established a novel humanized SLCOIBI transgenic rat model to assess the role of human OATPIB1 in the uptake of different *** different uptake mediated by OATPIB1 may be an important reason for the different efficacy of *** hOATPIB1 rat is a promising model for improving the prediction of human drug transport.

Nowadays,due to excellent biological and polymeric characteristics,DNA has been widely noted as an emerging building block to construct diverse materials for biosensing,in vivo imaging,drug delivery,and disease ***,relying on programmability,predictability,and stability of DNA,DNA walkers have opened new and exciting opportunities in modern life sciences for target detection and biological analysis,which are constructed by self-assembly of DNA or combining DNA with other nanomaterials(e.g.,quantum dots,gold nanoparticles,magnetic nanoparticles,polymers).Compared with conventional nanomaterials(lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles,magnetic nanomaterials,carbon dots,silicon dots,and so on),DNA walkers showed convenient modification,lower biotoxicity,excellent biocompatibility and high biostability,improving the biological ***,with high-speed operating efficiency and sustainable operation,DNA walkers powered by strand displacement reaction or protein enzyme/DNAzyme reaction,have highly sensitive detection and signal amplification abilities,which are applied in biosensing,material assembly and synthesis,and early cancer ***,DNA walkers could be regarded as signal amplifiers,which enhanced the signal transduction and amplified biosensor sensing ***,we systematically and comprehensively summarized the operating principles of various DNA walkers,categorized rational design of the DNA walker,and outlined the application of DNA walker in ***,the challenges and future trends of DNA walkers were discussed.

Two-dimensional(2D)lead halide perovskites have attracted tremendous attention due to their outstanding physical ***,the presence of toxic lead is a major problem for large-scale ***,we report the synthesis,phase transition,dielectric and photoluminescence(PL)properties of a lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)(BIM=benzimidazolium)which experiences a phase transition at 405 K accompanied by an order-disorder change of organic ***,the step-like dielectric transition near the phase transition temperature makes it suitable for dielectric ***,(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)has a direct bandgap of 2.23 eV and broadband emission from 550 to 1000 nm,implying its unique optical property for potential near-infrared lighting and *** work provides a fresh example for the development of lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite with potential applications in the fields of optoelectronics and high temperature dielectric switching.

The occurrence of high temperature(HT)in crop production is becoming more frequent and unpredictable with global warming,severely threatening food *** state of an organ’s growth and development is largely determined by the temperature conditions it is exposed to over *** is the main cereal crop,and its stem growth and plant architecture are closely related to lodging resistance,and especially sensitive to ***,systematic research on the timing effect of HT on the sequentially developing internode and stem is currently *** identify the timing effect of HT on the morphology and plasticity of the stem in maize,two hybrids(Zhengdan 958(ZD958),Xianyu 335(XY335))characterized by distinct morphological traits in the stem were exposed to a 7-day HT treatment from the V6 to V17 stages(Vn presents the vegetative stage with n leaves fully expanded)in *** results demonstrated that exposure to HT during V6-V12 accelerated the rapid elongation of *** instance,HT occurring at V7 and V12 specifically promoted the lengths and weights of the 3rd-5th and 9th-11th internodes,***,HT slowed the growth of internodes adjacent to the promoted ***,compared with control,the plant height was significantly increased soon after HT treatment,but the promotion effect became narrower at the subsequent flowering stage,demonstrating a self-adjusting mechanism in the maize plant in response to ***,HT altered the plant architectures,including a rising of the ear position and increase in the ear position ***335 exhibited greater sensitivity in stem development than ZD958 under HT *** findings improve our systematic understanding of the plasticity of internode and plant architecture in response to the timing of HT exposure.

Cross-cultural storytelling is a primary way for humankind to seek mutual recognition of value orientations between cultures,which facilitates the ability to jointly address the problems of human existence in the context of *** this study,we conducted an interview survey of 6,130 respondents who were college students or graduates from 107 *** results show that there were a number of cross-cultural values embodied in China’s stories seen by the respondents as part of a common vision for the future of humankind and widely identified guidance on collaborative responses to global *** cross-cultural values are common prosperity,ecological harmony,individual-collective integration,the urgency of global peace,as well as respect for multicultural and indigenous development paths.

Lithium-sulfur battery is one of the most promising battery systems for industrialization due to its high theoretical specific capacity and high energy ***,the"shuttle effect"has restrained the advancement of lithium-sulfur *** this work,a gradient-structured nanofiber membrane with pure gelatin on one side and Super P-MoO_(2)/MoS_(2)-gelatin on the other side was created using a multi-step electrostatic spinning technique,which was applied for multi-functional separator for lithium-sulfur *** pure gelatin layer facing the anode side primarily homogenizes the lithium flux,whereas the Super P-MoO_(2)/MoS_(2)-gelatin layer facing the cathode side primarily adsorbs polysulfides by physical and chemical adsorption and enhancing polysulfide conversion *** findings demonstrate that even after 150 cycles at 0.2C,the lithium-sulfur battery can still sustain a discharge-specific capacity of 572.3 mAh·g^(-1).When used with Li||Li symmetric batteries,it has a cycle life of more than 1200 *** commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries is given a fresh idea by this straightforward preparation technique.

BACKGROUND Schizophrenia is a severe psychiatric disease,and its prevalence is ***,diagnosis of early-stage schizophrenia is still considered a challenging *** To employ brain morphological features and machine learning method to differentiate male individuals with schizophrenia from healthy *** The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator and t tests were applied to select important features from structural magnetic resonance images as input features for *** commonly used machine learning algorithms,the general linear model,random forest(RF),k-nearest neighbors,and support vector machine algorithms,were used to develop the classification *** performance of the classification models was evaluated according to the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).RESULTS A total of 8 important features with significant differences between groups were considered as input features for the establishment of classification models based on the four machine learning *** to other machine learning algorithms,RF yielded better performance in the discrimination of male schizophrenic individuals from healthy controls,with an AUC of *** Our research suggests that brain morphological features can be used to improve the early diagnosis of schizophrenia in male patients.

Advanced persistent threat(APT) is a powerful attack pattern in which attackers lurk in the system, waiting for opportune moments and launching attacks. Remote state estimation(RSE) is an essential scenario in the cyber-physical system(CPS). The attacker's objective is to take advantage of the vulnerability in the RSE system, expanding the estimation error of the remote estimator(RE). However, the lurking demand compels the attacker to consider harvesting energy from an external quality-changing environment,which also restricts the attacker. It is of great military interest to manage attack energy in an unreliable environment and with limited resources.

Recently,the chemiluminescence(CL)induced by carbon nanodots(CDs)has intrigued researchers’extensive interests in various applications due to its special light emission ***,the difficulty of synthesizing chemiluminescent CDs with full-spectrum emission severely hinders the further regulation of the CL emission ***,the multi-color-emissive chemiluminescent CDs are rational designed and further synthesized by regulating the sp2-hybrid core and sp3-hybrid surface from the citrate-ammonia molecular in a single solvothermal *** experimental characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal that the higher temperature can promote the crosslinking polymerization/carbonization of carbon core and the higher protonation of solvent can determine the core size of final CDs,resulting in the variant CL emission from molecular-,crosslinking-and ***,the CL emission of the CDs can be further synthesized by tuning the luminescence chromophores in the formation process via regulating the temperature and solvent,enabling the applications of the CL CDs in illumination and information *** study paves a new technology to understand the luminescence of CDs and affords an industry translational potential over traditional chemiluminescent molecular.
