Ground-and space-based optical observation is an efficient way to catalog objects in the cislunar *** orbit determination based on optical data is still an open problem for cislunar *** motion of these objects usually follows the law of three bodies instead of the two-body one,so current algorithms based on the two-body relation should be ***,due to the long duration of most cislunar objects,optical observations of even hours can cover only a small fraction of one orbit,making the initial orbit determination of these objects a typical too-short-arc problem,which is difficult.A way to address this problem is to use the admissible *** this study,an efficient algorithm constrained by the admissible region is *** is easy to implement because it uses only simple *** efficiency is proven by comparing it with that of one traditional initial orbit determination algorithm.

Transient heatwaves occurring more frequently as the climate warms,yet their impacts on crop yield are severely underestimated and even *** lasting only a few days or even hours during sensitive stages,such as microgametogenesis and flowering,can significantly reduce crop yield by disrupting plant *** advances in multi-omics and GWAS analysis have shed light on the specific organs(e.g.,pollen,lodicule,style),key metabolic pathways(sugar and reactive oxygen species metabolism,Ca2+homeostasis),and essential genes that are involved in crop responses to transient heatwaves during sensitive *** review therefore places particular emphasis on heat-sensitive stages,with pollen development,floret opening,pollination,and fertilization as the central narrative *** multifaceted effects of transient heatwaves and their molecular basis are systematically reviewed,with a focus on key structures such as the lodicule and tapetum.A number of heat-tolerance genes associated with these processes have been identified in major crops like maize and *** mechanisms and key heat-tolerance genes shared among different stages may facilitate the more precise improvement of heat-tolerant crops.

modern scleractinian corals are classified into robust,complex,and basal clades through comparative molecular ***,only few morphological or biological criteria can systematically determine the evolutionary trajectories of these major scleractinian coral ***,we obtained the structural information of 21 scleractinian coral species representing robust and complex clades:High-resolution micro-computed tomography was used to reconstruct the polyp-canal systems in their colonies and to visualize the dynamic polyp growth *** found that the emergence of mesh-like canals may distinguish representatives of complex and robust *** differences in polyp-canal connections suggest distinct evolutionary trajectories among coral species:The formation of the canal network promoted the development of more complex coral structures,and coral polyps within this network formed calices of very similar volume,following precise axial growth *** influence of individual polyps on the coral colony becomes less significant as coral structures become more complex,and coral species with more complicated polyp-canal systems occupied niches more *** work supplements current evolutionary studies on reef-building corals,providing insight for further studies on coral growth patterns.

The potential for reducing greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions and energy consumption in wastewater treatment can be realized through intelligent control,with machine learning(mL)and multimodality emerging as a promising ***,we introduce an mL technique based on multimodal strategies,focusing specifically on intelligent aeration control in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).The generalization of the multimodal strategy is demonstrated on eight mL *** results demonstrate that this multimodal strategy significantly enhances model indicators for mL in environmental science and the efficiency of aeration control,exhibiting exceptional performance and *** random forest with visual models achieves the highest accuracy in forecasting aeration quantity in multimodal models,with a mean absolute percentage error of 4.4%and a coefficient of determination of *** testing in a full-scale plant reveals that the multimodal model can reduce operation costs by 19.8%compared to traditional fuzzy control *** potential application of these strategies in critical water science domains is *** foster accessibility and promote widespread adoption,the multimodal mL models are freely available on GitHub,thereby eliminating technical barriers and encouraging the application of artificial intelligence in urban wastewater treatment.

A versatile sensing platform employing inorganic moS_(2) nanoflowers and organic poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)has been investigated to develop the resistive and capacitive force-sensitive *** microstructure of the sensing layer heightens the sensitivity and response time of the dual-mode pressure sensors by augmenting electron pathways and inner stress in response to mechanical ***,the capacitive and resistive sensors exhibit sensitivities of 0.37 and 0.12 kPa^(-1),respectively,while demonstrating a remarkable response time of approximately 100 ***,it is noteworthy that the PEDOT:PSS layer exhibits excellent adhesion to polydimethylsiloxane(PDmS)substrates,which contributes to the development of highly robust force-sensitive sensors capable of enduring more than 10000loading/unloading *** combination of moS_(2)/PEDOT:PSS layers in these dual-mode sensors has shown promising results in detecting human joint movements and subtle physiological ***,the sensors have achieved a remarkable precision rate of 98%in identifying target *** outcomes underscore the significant potential of these sensors for integration into applications such as electronic skin and human-machine interaction.

This study proposes a pose estimation-convolutional neural network-bidirectional gated recurrent unit(PSECNN-BiGRU)fusion model for human posture recognition to address low accuracy issues in abnormal posture recognition due to the loss of some feature information and the deterioration of comprehensive performance in model detection in complex home ***,the deep convolutional network is integrated with the mediapipe framework to extract high-precision,multi-dimensional information from the key points of the human skeleton,thereby obtaining a human posture feature ***,a double-layer BiGRU algorithm is utilized to extract multi-layer,bidirectional temporal features from the human posture feature set,and a CNN network with an exponential linear unit(ELU)activation function is adopted to perform deep convolution of the feature map to extract the spatial feature of the human ***,a squeeze and excitation networks(SENet)module is introduced to adaptively learn the importance weights of each channel,enhancing the network’s focus on important ***,comparative experiments are performed on available datasets,including the public human activity recognition using smartphone dataset(UCIHAR),the public human activity recognition 70 plus dataset(HAR70PLUS),and the independently developed home abnormal behavior recognition dataset(HABRD)created by the authors’*** results show that the average accuracy of the proposed PSE-CNN-BiGRU fusion model for human posture recognition is 99.56%,89.42%,and 98.90%,respectively,which are 5.24%,5.83%,and 3.19%higher than the average accuracy of the five models proposed in the comparative literature,including CNN,GRU,and *** F1-score for abnormal posture recognition reaches 98.84%(heartache),97.18%(fall),99.6%(bellyache),and 98.27%(climbing)on the self-builtHABRDdataset,thus verifying the effectiveness,generalization,and robustness of the proposed model in enhancing human posture rec

This study employed the bibliometric software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 to analyze the correlation between thermal infrared,spectral remote sensing technology,and the estimation of economic forest water *** aimed to review the development and current status of this field,as well as to identify future research trends.A search was conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using the keyword“water stress”for relevant studies from 2003 to *** visual analysis function of CNKI was used to generate the distribution of annual publication volume,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized to create network maps illustrating collaboration among authors and *** study also analyzed the hotspots and frontiers of economic forest water *** a result,a total of 6664 academic journal articles related to water stress were *** collaboration networks were observed among scholars and institutions,with a focus on using crown temperature monitoring to diagnose crop water *** on the research findings,it was evident that the primary research trend involved the use of thermal infrared and spectral remote sensing technology for estimating water stress,making it a future research hotspot.

Surface functionalization of Cu-based catalysts has demonstrated promising potential for enhancing the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)toward multi-carbon(C2+)products,primarily by suppressing the parasitic hydrogen evolution reaction and facilitating a localized CO_(2)/CO concentration at the *** upon this approach,we developed surface-functionalized catalysts with exceptional activity and selectivity for electrocatalytic CO_(2)RR to C_(2+)in a neutral *** CuO nanoparticles coated with hexaethynylbenzene organic molecules(HEB-CuO NPs),a remarkable C_(2+)Faradaic efficiency of nearly 90%was achieved at an unprecedented current density of 300 mA cm^(-2),and a high FE(>80%)was maintained at a wide range of current densities(100-600 mA cm^(-2))in neutral environments using a flow ***,in a membrane electrode assembly(mEA)electrolyzer,86.14%FEC2+was achieved at a partial current density of 387.6 mA cm^(-2)while maintaining continuous operation for over 50 h at a current density of 200 mA cm^(-2).In-situ spectroscopy studies and molecular dynamics simulations reveal that reducing the coverage of coordinated K⋅H2O water increased the probability of intermediate reactants(CO)interacting with the surface,thereby promoting efficient C-C coupling and enhancing the yield of C_(2+)*** advancement offers significant potential for optimizing local micro-environments for sustainable and highly efficient C_(2+)production.
