Sap-sucking insects often transmit plant viruses but also carry insect viruses,which infect insects but not *** impact of such insect viruses on insect host biology and ecology is largely ***,we identified a novel insect-specific virus carried by brown citrus aphid(Aphis citricidus),which we tentatively named Aphis citricidus picornavirus(AcPV).Phylogenetic analysis discovered a monophyletic cluster with AcPV and other unassigned viruses,suggesting that these viruses represent a new family in order *** infection with AcPV triggered aphid antiviral immunity mediated by RNA interference,resulting in asymptomatic ***,we found that AcPV was transmitted horizontally by secretion of the salivary gland into the feeding sites of *** influenced aphid stylet behavior during feeding and increased the time required for intercellular penetration,thus promoting its transmission among aphids with plants as an intermediate *** gene expression results suggested that this mechanism was linked with transcription of salivary protein genes and plant defense hormone ***,our results show that the horizontal transmission of AcPV in brown citrus aphids evolved in a manner similar to that of the circulative transmission of plant viruses by insect vectors,thus providing a new ecological perspective on the activity of insect-specific viruses found in aphids and improving the understanding of insect virus ecology.

Chinese medicine(Cm)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of Cm *** traditional Cm intelligent diagnosis models transform the Cm diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become increasingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the Cm diagnosis generation model by transforming the Cm diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context characteristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term memory(BILSTm)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the Cm diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformer(KGET)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGET model was established based on 566 Cm case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTm-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and Chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(CPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGET *** results of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation 1(ROUGE1),ROUGE2 and Edit distance of KGET model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTm-seq2seq,BART and CPT models,the KGET model was higher in BLEU,ROUGE1 and ROUGE2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in Edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTm model and prior knowledge could significantly increase the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the Cm diagnosis results of the KGET model used

Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

As the promising catalysts for the water-gas shift(WGS)reaction,the activity of Au-CeO_(2) composites is susceptible to the aggregation size and electronic state of Au *** reports were extensively focused on the discrepancy between nonmetallic Au and metallic Au nanoparticles,whereas the understanding of the authentic role of the isolated Au atoms was ***,we investigated the catalytic behavior and structural information over two types of Au/CeO_(2) catalysts,in which the predominant conjunctions were isolated Au1-CeO_(2) and Aun-CeO_(2),*** on comprehensive characterizations,particularly by in-situ Raman and in-situ DRIFTS,we found that the isolated Au atoms were responsible for enhancing the reducibility of the CeO_(2) *** CO adsorption ability on the isolated Au sites was significantly inferior to clustered Au atoms,especially at relatively high temperatures(>200°C).As a result,the boosted O vacancy on the isolated Au1-CeO_(2) conjunctions could improve the H2O activation ability for the Au-CeO_(2) catalysts and demonstrate a comparable activity to the clustered Aun-CeO_(2) *** work might deepen understanding of the catalytic function for the isolated Au1 site within Au/CeO_(2) systems while catalyzing the WGS reaction.

Elastomer sealing performance is of critical importance for downhole tools application including the use of fracturing(Frac)plugs during multi-stage hydraulic *** practice sealing performances of such plugs are normally evaluated through pressure tests,and in numerical simulation studies,maximum contact stress,average contact stress and contact length data are used to determine sealing quality between a packer and *** previous studies,the impact of friction forces on sealing performance is often *** work aims to fill this knowledge gap in determining the influence of friction forces on elastomer packer sealing *** first determined the most appropriate constitutive hyperelastic model for the elastomers used in frac *** we compared analytical calculation results with Finite Element Analysis simulation using a simplified tubular geometry and showed the significant influences on interfacial friction on elastomer packer stress distribution,deformation,and contact stress after *** the demonstration of validity of FEA method,we conducted systematic numerical simulation studies to show how the interfacial friction coefficients can affect the maximum contact stress,average contact stress,contact stress distribution,and maximum mises stress for an actual packer used in plug *** addition,we also demonstrated how the groove in a packer can affect packer deformation and evolvement during setting with the consideration of interfacial *** study underscores the critical role that friction forces play in Frac plug performance and provides a new dimension for optimizing packer design by controlling interfacial interactions at the packer contact surfaces.

The great potentials of massive multiple-Input multiple-Output(mImO)in Frequency Division Duplex(FDD)mode can be fully exploited when the downlink Channel State Information(CSI)is available at base ***,the accurate CsI is difficult to obtain due to the large amount of feedback overhead caused by massive *** this paper,we propose a deep learning based joint channel estimation and feedback framework,which comprehensively realizes the estimation,compression,and reconstruction of downlink channels in FDD massive mImO *** networks are constructed to perform estimation and feedback explicitly and *** explicit network adopts a multi-Signal-to-Noise-Ratios(SNRs)technique to obtain a single trained channel estimation subnet that works well with different SNRs and employs a deep residual network to reconstruct the channels,while the implicit network directly compresses pilots and sends them back to reduce network *** module is also designed to generate data-bearing *** results show that the two proposed networks exhibit excellent performance of reconstruction and are robust to different environments and quantization errors.

Highly reduced polyoxometalates(POms) are predicted to be used as rather high energy density materials;however,it still suffers from the limited cluster species and reduction *** we demonstrate that it is possible to employ the building block strategy to generate a highly reduced polyoxomolybdate(C_(2)H_(8)N)_(14)(NH_(4))_(4)H_(14)[mo_(48)-Ⅴmo_(26)ⅥO_(202)(OH)_(12)(SO_(4))_(6)]·46H_(2)O(mo_(74)).The fundamental mo-based{mo_x}(x=4,5,and 6) building blocks,which are templated by tetra-coordinated anions{moO_(4)}or{SO_(4)},not only lay foundation for the formation of mo_(74) featuring an unprecedented reduction ratio of 65%,but also give rise to SBBs-mediated(secondary building blocks) supramolecular dense packing interactions among the isolated mo_(74) clusters that are favorable for proton ***,high proton conductivity(2.04×10^(-2)S cm^(-1)) had been realized at 50℃ and 90% relative humidity,revealing one of the well-known POms-based crystalline proton conducting *** result highlights that this building block approach possesses great potential in producing highly reduced POm systems that can achieve controllable reduced ratio and desirable properties.
