为了探究概念性水文模型(GR4J)与长短时记忆模型(LSTM)耦合过程中物理模型参数反馈机制以及考虑土壤含水量作为中间变量对物理引导机器学习(PIML)模型径流模拟的影响,本研究构建了PIML模型并设置考虑参数反馈、考虑中间变量和两者同时考虑的3种方案(依次简称为H1、H2、H3),以安康站为控制站的汉江上游流域开展实例研究。结果表明:(1)3种PIML模型径流模拟效果均优于LSTM模型,其中验证期纳什系数(NSE)平均提升10.6%,而PIML-H1与PIML-H3模型径流模拟效果优于GR4J模型,验证期NSE平均提升4.2%,其中PIML-H3模型在3种PIML模型中表现最佳,表明基于LSTM和GR4J模型构建的PIML模型对径流模拟效果有所改善,且同时考虑中间变量和参数反馈因素时对径流模拟效果改善最佳;(2)3种PIML模型对低水流量的模拟效果均优于GR4J和LSTM模型,且PIML-H3模型效果最佳,而对于高水流量,3种PIML模型均表现不佳,说明PIML模型往往在模拟低流量事件中更占优势;(3)3种PIML模型的径流模拟效果均表现出较强的季节性变化,PIML-H2和PIML-H3模型相较于PIML-H1模型受到的季节性变化影响更为明显,说明PIML模型模拟径流结果的季节性变化受到中间变量的影响。研究可为汉江上游流域径流模拟预报提供技术支撑。

化工园区内工业企业多,且各企业排水组分复杂,很多企业之间排水组成具有相似性.因此,当园区内地表水发生污染时,快速识别污染源的难度很大.为此,以嘉兴市某国家级化工园区为研究对象,收集该园区内7家重点企业10个批次的排水样本,并对其进行三维荧光光谱(EEMS)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析.利用平行因子法从同一企业不同批次排水的EEMS图谱中提取共有组分,并构建EEMS特征数据矩阵.同时,从企业排水的GC-MS数据中筛选出具有高检出率或能够有效区分不同企业排水的特征物质,并构建GC-MS特征数据矩阵.比较研究基于不同数据矩阵以及不同模型的污染源识别效果.结果表明,无论是基于EEMS原始数据矩阵、EEMS特征数据矩阵还是GC-MS特征数据矩阵,BP神经网络模型对污染源的识别准确率都不高,分别仅为71.43%、76.19%和71.43%,略高于支持向量机模型(76.19%、76.19%和57.14%).当使用EEMS与GC-MS特征数据融合矩阵时,污染源识别性能显著提升.支持向量机模型对7家企业排水的识别准确率、宏精确率、宏召回率以及宏调和平均值分别为95.24%、96.43%、95.24%和95.10%,而BP神经网络模型的识别性能更佳,4项指标均接近100%.研究结果为化工园区等地表水污染源识别提供了一种有效方法 .

目的:研究肝豆灵(GDL)治疗Wilson病肝纤维化可能的作用机制及途径。方法:60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、GDL低、中、高剂量组(0.24、0.48、0.96 g·kg^(-1))及青霉胺组(90 mg·kg^(-1)),每组10只。除正常组以外,其余各组以300 mg·kg^(-1)五水合硫酸铜灌胃造模,构建铜负荷Wilson病大鼠模型。采用苏木素-伊红(HE)和马松(Masson)染色观察肝脏病理形态改变;酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)水平;透射电镜观察肝组织超微结构;实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)检测肝组织肝脏和血清外泌体长链非编码核糖核酸H19(LncRNA H19)、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、蛋白激酶B(Akt)、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)表达水平;蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测肝组织中PI3K/Akt/mTOR通路蛋白及其磷酸化蛋白和自噬效应蛋白1(Beclin1)、微管相关蛋白1轻链3B(LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ)蛋白表达水平;免疫荧光观察Beclin1、LC3-Ⅱ信号强度。结果:与正常组比较,模型组染色结果显示肝细胞出现炎性细胞浸润,细胞核边界不清伴有裂解、坏死,汇管区周围可见胶原纤维沉积;HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、C-Ⅳ含量升高(P<0.01);电镜下观察到自噬小体的数量增多,出现大多数包浆被降解后呈现单层膜结构的自噬溶酶体;Beclin1、LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ表达升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);Beclin1、LC3-II荧光信号明显增强;PI3K、Akt、mTOR、p-PI3K、p-Akt、p-mTOR蛋白表达降低(P<0.01);LncRNA H19 mRNA表达水平升高(P<0.01),PI3K、Akt、mTOR mRNA表达水平降低(P<0.01)。经GDL治疗后,肝组织纤维化程度明显改善;HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、C-Ⅳ水平降低;自噬小体数量明显减少;Beclin1、LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);Beclin1、LC3-Ⅱ荧光信号随药物剂量呈不同程度的减弱;PI3K、Akt、mTOR、p-PI3K、p-Akt、p-mTOR蛋白表达升高(P<0.01);LncRNA H19 mRNA表达水平降低(P<0.01),PI3K、Akt、mTOR mRNA表达水平升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:GDL可能通过LncRNA H19调控PI3K/Akt/mTOR自噬信号通路减轻肝纤维化程度,减少肝损伤。

We present a detailed investigation of the Algol-type binary TZ Lyrae, based on 55 light minimum timings spanning 90 years. It is found that the orbital period shows a long-term increase with a cyclic variation superimposed. The rate of the secular increase is dP/dt = ＋7.18 × 10^-8d yr^-1, indicating that a mass transfer from the less massive component to the more massive one at a rate of dra = ＋2.21 × 10^-8M⊙ yr^-1. The cyclic component, with a period of P3 = 45.5 yr and an amplitude of A = 0.^d0040, may be interpreted as either the light-time effect in the presence of a third body or magnetic activity cycles in the components. Using the latest version Wilson-Devinney code, a revised photometric solution was deduced from B and V observations. The results show that TZ Lyr is an Algol-type eclipsing binary with a mass ratio of q = 0.297±0.003）. The semidetached configuration with a lobe-filling secondary suggests a mass transfer from the secondary to the primary, which is in agreement with the long-term period increase of the binary system.

Stable propagating waves and wake fields in relativistic electromagnetic plasma are investigated. The incident electromagnetic field has a finite initial constant amplitude meanwhile the longitudinal momentum of electrons is taken into account in the problem. It is found that in the moving frame with transverse wave group velocity the stable propagating transverse electromagnetic waves and longitudinal plasma wake fields can exist in the appropriate regime of plasma.

Extent, reasons and consequences of off-labeled and unlicensed drug prescription in hospitalized children: a narrative review

Background Off-label and unlicensed prescriptions pose a severe safety concern among the pediatric *** aimed to summarize the up-to-date evidence on the extent,reasons,and consequences of off-label and unlicensed drugs in hospitalized pediatric *** We systematically searched PubMed,EMBASE,SCOPUS,Web of Science and Google Scholar between 1990 and 2020 in which the last search was conducted on 12 February *** included studies with the following inclusion criteria:(1)observational studies in design;(2)target population was hospitalized pediatric patients whether admitted in the intensive care unit or in the general ward;(3)study reporting the prevalence of off-label,unlicensed prescriptions or both;and(4)published in *** A total of 47 studies were eligible for *** proportion of off-label and unlicensed prescriptions ranged from 7.4%to 99.5%and 0.1%to 74.4%,*** most frequent category of off-label prescriptions was prescription outside the age range,with the most commonly reported reason for off-label prescriptions being the lack of information specifically for pediatrics on the drug information *** consequences of off-label and unlicensed prescriptions ranged from minor and bearable skin reactions to debilitating renal failure,risking *** Off-label and unlicensed prescriptions are extensive and require progressively meditative ***,the pediatric population is currently a“therapeutic orphan”.Unless adequate pediatric clinical trials and licensed drugs become available,off-label and unlicensed drug prescription should not entirely be banned but rather promoted in an organized manner.
