The floating bridge bears the dead weight and live load with buoyancy,and has wide application prospect in deep-water transportation *** structural analysis of floating bridge is challenging due to the complicated fluid-solid coupling effects of wind and *** this research,a novel time domain approach combining dynamic finite element method and state-space model(SSM)is established for the refined analysis of floating *** dynamic coupled effects induced by wave excitation load,radiation load and buffeting load are carefully ***-precision fitted SSMs for pontoons are established to enhance the calculation efficiency of hydrodynamic radiation forces in time *** dispersion relation is also introduced in the analysis model to appropriately consider the phase differences of wave loads on *** proposed approach is then employed to simulate the dynamic responses of a scaled floating bridge model which has been tested under real wind and wave loads in *** numerical results are found to agree well with the test data regarding the structural responses of floating bridge under the considered environmental *** proposed time domain approach is considered to be accurate and effective in simulating the structural behaviors of floating bridge under typical environmental conditions.

Data scarcity is a major obstacle for high-resolution mapping of permafrost on the Tibetan Plateau(TP).This study produces a new permafrost stability distribution map for the 2010 s(2005–2015)derived from the predicted mean annual ground temperature(MAGT)at a depth of zero annual amplitude(10–25 m)by integrating remotely sensed freezing degree-days and thawing degree-days,snow cover days,leaf area index,soil bulk density,high-accuracy soil moisture data,and in situ MAGT measurements from 237 boreholes on the TP by using an ensemble learning method that employs a support vector regression model based on distance-blocked resampled training data with 200 *** of the new permafrost map indicates that it is probably the most accurate of all currently available *** map shows that the total area of permafrost on the TP,excluding glaciers and lakes,is approximately 115.02(105.47–129.59)×10^4 km^*** areas corresponding to the very stable,stable,semi-stable,transitional,and unstable types are 0.86×10^4,9.62×10^4,38.45×10^4,42.29×10^4,and 23.80×10^4 km^2,*** new map is of fundamental importance for engineering planning and design,ecosystem management,and evaluation of the permafrost change in the future on the TP as a baseline.

Preparation of Near IR Reflective Materials via Hollow Ballotini Enwrapped by TiO_2

Near IR reflective functional material was made via hollow ballotini enwrapped by TiO2 according to IR reflective principles. Metatitanic acid covers on the surface of hollow ballotini through electrostatic attraction as pH is less than 2.5. The results of SEM and XRD spectrum show that TiO2 enwraps hollow ballotini well and the crystal form is anatase. When TiO2 covering thickness is below 0.5 μm, reflectance swells along with the increase of thickness, whereas above 0.5 μm it keeps stable. Coatings made from mixing enwrapped I-IB with styrene-acrylic latex were coated on aluminum foil, and reflectances were mensurated. It is found that reflectance keeps stable when the coating can wrap the base and reflectances of the coating in visible range and in near IR range are 86% and 81%, resoectively.

SurA is the major chaperone of outer membrane proteins(OMPs)in the *** molecular mechanism when SurA performs its chaperoning function is still ***,a purification-after-crosslinking(PAC)procedure was combined with single-molecule fluorescence resonance energy transfer(smFRET)to probe the conformations of SurA and OmpC in their *** found that SurA in the free state rearranges itself based on the crystal structure,except that the P2 domain moves towards the core domain with two major positions,forming a clamp-like conformation to accommodate *** obvious rearrangement of the P2 domain of SurA helps SurA to hold *** attaches to SurA randomly and has the propensity to be near the middle part of the *** noncollapsed and disordered conformations of OMPs provided by the OMPs?SurA complex are important to the subsequent delivery and folding process.

By means of isothermal compression at temperatures in the range of 650-900℃and strain rates in the range of 0.001-1 s^(-1),the dynamic recrystallization behavior and microstructural evolution of a Cu-3.28 Ni-0.6 Si-0.22 Zn-0.11 Cr-0.04 P(wt%)alloy designed by a machine learning method were investigated.A semiempirical constitutive equation,processing maps and an average activation energy were *** microstructure under different conditions and the effect of strain rate on the texture of the alloy at 800-900℃were *** results show that the suitable temperature is800-900℃;when the strain is less than 0.4,the appropriate strain rate is 0.01-0.5 s^(-1);and when the strain is greater than 0.4,the appropriate strain rate is below0.05 s^(-1).After deformation at 800℃,the main texture changed from{112}of copper to a uniform distribution with the increase in strain rate,but the sample did not have obvious texture after deformation at 850 and900℃.The above results can provide a reference for the selection of process parameters.

Anti-inflammatory effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in a rat model of ulcerative colitis

AIM： To explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in a rat model of ulcerative colitis induced by acetic acid. METHODS： Spragur-Dawley female rats were divided into four groups： Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate group, dexamethasone group, acetic acid control and normal control group. Colonic inflammation was evaluated by disease activity index, gross morphologic damage, histological injury and colonic myeloperoxidase activity. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB, TNF-α and ICAM-1 in colonic mucosa. RESULTS： Compared to the acetic acid control, both Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and dexamethasone showed a significant anti-inflammatory effect （P 〈 0.01）. The expression of NF-κB, TNF-α and ICAM-1 in colonic mucosa was significantly lower in the Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate group and dexamethasone group than in the acetic acid group. CONCLUSION： Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate could reduce inflammatory injury in a rat model of ulcerative colitis. This may occur via suppression of NF-κB, TNF-αand ICAM-1 in colonic mucosa.

Primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)is a major cause of visual *** studies have shown that high myopia is a significant risk factor for RRD[1].A bimodal age distribution of RRD has been reported in Chinese populations,with a major peak in the group of 60–69 years old and a smaller peak in the group of 20–29 years old[2].A study in China has revealed a similar distribution and further indicated that the proportion and number of patients with RRD and high myopia peaked at the age range of 20–29 years[3].Correspondingly,a high prevalence of myopia has been reported in Asians aged 20–29 years[4].Thus,patients<30 years with RRD and high myopia require special ***,limited studies have been conducted on RRD in young individuals with high ***,this study aimed to describe the clinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of patients<30 years with RRD and high ***,we focused on various factors that may correlate with surgical outcomes.

Model of the Crustal Magnetic Field in the Martian Aurora Zone

It is well known that aurorae are prominent on planets with a global magnetic field and occur where open magnetic field lines *** UV spectrometer used for investigating the characteristics of the atmosphere of Mars(SPICAM)on board the Mars Express made the first observation of auroral-type emission in the cusp region of the strong crustal magnetic field on Mars and found that the arc of the Martian aurora zone is very narrow in width,which obviously differs from that of other *** on the observation,we put forward a model of a crustal magnetic field on the Martian aurora zone through the morphology of Martian *** the model,equivalent currents are proposed;the topology and magnitude of the magnetic field generated by these equivalent currents are consistent with that of the crustal magnetic field in the Martian aurora *** morphology of the Martian aurora zone generated through the model matches well with the observations made by the Mars Express orbiter.
