Objective Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and tuberculosis(TB)are major public health and social issues *** long-term follow-up of COVID-19 with pulmonary TB(PTB)survivors after discharge is *** study aimed to comprehensively describe clinical outcomes,including sequela and recurrence at 3,12,and 24 months after discharge,among COVID-19 with PTB *** From January 22,2020 to May 6,2022,with a follow-up by August 26,2022,a prospective,multicenter follow-up study was conducted on COVID-19 with PTB survivors after discharge in 13 hospitals from four provinces in *** outcomes,including sequela,recurrence of COVID-19,and PTB survivors,were collected via telephone and face-to-face interviews at 3,12,and 24 months after *** Thirty-two COVID-19 with PTB survivors were *** median age was 52(45,59)years,and 23(71.9%)were *** them,nearly two-thirds(62.5%)of the survivors were moderate,three(9.4%)were severe,and more than half(59.4%)had at least one comorbidity(PTB excluded).The proportion of COVID-19 survivors with at least one sequela symptom decreased from 40.6%at 3 months to 15.8%at 24 months,with anxiety having a higher proportion over a *** and amnesia recovered at the 12-month follow-up,while anxiety,fatigue,and trouble sleeping remained after ***,one(3.1%)case presented two recurrences of PTB and no re-positive COVID-19during the follow-up *** The proportion of long symptoms in COVID-19 with PTB survivors decreased over time,while nearly one in six still experience persistent symptoms with a higher proportion of *** recurrence of PTB and the psychological support of COVID-19 with PTB after discharge require more attention.

Metrics To the editor:The diabetes epidemic has increasingly become a major public health concern *** 2014,there were 102.9 million diabetic adults in china,representing 24.4%of the world's diabetic population,even though china only comprised 18.7%of the global population at the time.[1]Furthermore,the estimated overall prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes was 10.9%and 35.7%,respectively,indicating china as one of the countries with the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world.[2]Although factors,including sedentary lifestyles and energy-dense diets,drive the diabetes epidemic,genetic architecture may also contribute to the susceptibility of an individual's response to environmental *** dehydrogenase(ALDH)2 is a key enzyme that eliminates toxic aldehydes by catalyzing their oxidation to non-reactive *** evidence has suggested that individuals with ALDH2 deficiency have an increased risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases,in addition to alcohol intolerance,nitroglycerin tolerance,and carcinoma.[3]Notably,a unique ALDH2 loss-of-function allele,ALDH2∗2,is found in approximately 50%of the East Asian and 8%of the global *** has been reported that this ALDH2 mutation is associated with a higher prevalence of diabetes in coronary artery disease(CAD)patients,accompanied with increased C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.[4]ALDH2 mutation is also related to various diabetes risk factors,but the direct correlation remains ***,we have explored the potential pathogenicity and mechanisms of ALDH2 deficiency in the development of type 2 diabetes in both laboratory and clinical settings.

Kidney stones are a common urinary system condition that can progress to kidney disease. Previous studies on the association between tea consumption and kidney stones are inconsistent. A cross-sectional study to investigate the association between tea consumption and kidney stones was conducted from 2013 to 2014 and recruited 9,078 northern Chinese adults. Yellow River raw water has the characteristic of low temperature, low turbidity and micro-pollution. Flotation-sedimentation process was used to treat reservoir water derived from Yellow River. The results indicate that the optimal dosage of PFAC as a coagulant is 2mg Al3+/L, and the average removal rates of turbidity, CODMn and UV254 are 32.6%, 20.3% and 17.1%, respectively. It also has some role in the removal of DBPs, of which the removal rate of chloroform is more than 20%.

In recent years, more attentions have been paid to the association between climate change and human health. Increasing and more variable global surface temperature is one of the key climatic change factors which have been consistently reported about the effect on human health. So far, more researches have revealed that temperature lead not only to direct deaths and illnesses but also to aggravation of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. Typically, the relationship between temperature and mortality or morbidity is V-, U-, or J- shaped, with optimum temperature corresponding to the lowest point in the temperature mortality curve.

In this study, we searched multiple databases for all relevant original articles (1996-2013). To investigate blood lead levels (BLL) and possible risk factors for lead exposure among children in china A total of 388 articles met our inclusion criteria. The overall geometric mean (GM) BLL was 71 μg/L, and the prevalence of elevated BLL (EBLL, defined as BLL ≥100 μg/L) was 18.48% among children. The prevalence of EBLL remained significantly higher among boys. In children less than 6 years of age, there were significantly increasing trends in both BLL and prevalence of EBLL in an age-dependent manner. The ban on leaded gasoline significantly reduced the BLL as well as EBLL prevalence; however, children whose parents had lower educational levels or were exposed to lead in the workplace had a higher EBLL prevalence. Despite its decline over time, the average BLL among children in china remains higher than the average level most recently reported in the United States. Childhood lead poisoning remains a public health problem in china.

高锰酸钾作为强氧化剂,是重要的非制式爆炸物原料之一,实现对其快速、高灵敏、可视化识别对维护国家公共安全至关重要。近年来,荧光法由于具有选择性好、灵敏度高、响应速度快等优势,通常被用于高锰酸钾检测,其检测原理大多基于内滤效应(IFE)。该文综述了近5年来基于IFE机理检测高锰酸钾的代表性研究成果,总结了IFE机理用于提升高锰酸钾检测性能的设计策略,系统探讨了单发射波长和多发射波长调控,包括配体种类、掺杂元素种类、金属中心个数及种类、不同杂化体系调控对材料光谱性质及高锰酸钾检测性能的影响。展望了该领域基于IFE策略的检测手段可能的发展趋势及应用前景,可为构建高灵敏检测高锰酸钾的IFE体系提供指导。

选取美国职业体育联盟的绿色行为为研究对象,叙述自然资源保护协会介入的背景、原因和历史进程,揭示联盟的绿色行为由被动接受到主动寻求的价值取向转变过程,并以美国四大职业体育联盟举办的典型赛事为例,对其在资源、交通、食品与回收、环保商品、公益、球迷教育方面的绿色行为进行归纳梳理。给我国的启示与建议:形成以政府主导、市场与民间组织协同的路径,围绕资源、交通、食品、垃圾回收等方面实现我国职业体育联赛以及球迷观众群体绿色行为的养成;发挥职业体育赛事的影响力,通过公益性的绿色行为实现球迷绿色行为教育,构建职业体育联赛的绿色行为价值观。
