EG-STC: An Efficient Secure Two-Party Computation Scheme Based on Embedded GPU for Artificial Intelligence Systems

This paper presents a comprehensive exploration into the integration of Internet of Things(IoT),big data analysis,cloud computing,and Artificial Intelligence(AI),which has led to an unprecedented era of *** delve into the emerging trend of machine learning on embedded devices,enabling tasks in resource-limited ***,the widespread adoption of machine learning raises significant privacy concerns,necessitating the development of privacy-preserving *** such technique,secure multi-party computation(MPC),allows collaborative computations without exposing private *** its potential,complex protocols and communication interactions hinder performance,especially on resource-constrained *** to enhance efficiency have been made,but scalability remains a *** the success of GPUs in deep learning,lever-aging embedded GPUs,such as those offered by nVIDIA,emerges as a promising ***,we propose an Embedded GPU-based Secure Two-party Computation(EG-STC)framework for Artificial Intelligence(AI)*** the best of our knowledge,this work represents the first endeavor to fully implement machine learning model training based on secure two-party computing on the Embedded GPU *** experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of *** an embedded GPU with a power draw of 5 W,our implementation achieved a secure two-party matrix multiplication throughput of 5881.5 kilo-operations per millisecond(kops/ms),with an energy efficiency ratio of 1176.3 kops/ms/***,leveraging our EG-STC framework,we achieved an overall time acceleration ratio of 5–6 times compared to solutions running on server-grade *** solution also exhibited a reduced runtime,requiring only 60%to 70%of the runtime of previously best-known methods on the same *** summary,our research contributes to the advancement of secure and efficient machine learning implementations on resource-constrained embedded

Through carrying out the high-temperature tensile experiments on an as-extruded Mg-11wt%Y alloy at 350℃,400℃,450℃,500℃and 550℃,the mechanical behavior and fracture mechanisms at elevated temperatures are investigated and *** results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy increase at first and then decrease,while that the elongation ratio decreases firstly and then *** the sample being tested at 350℃,the values of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and the elongation ratio are 188 MPa,266 MPa and 11%,*** 400℃,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength reach the maximum values of,respectively,198 MPa and 277 MPa,but the elongation ratio is the lowest and its value is only 8%.When the applied temperature is increased to 550℃,the values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength,respectively,decrease to 140 MPa and 192 MPa and the elongation ratio increases to 38%.Failure analysis demonstrates that the fracture surfaces of different samples are mainly composed of plastic dimples and exhibit the typical characteristic of ductile *** observation to the fracture side surfaces indicates that at the temperatures of 350℃and 400℃,microcracks mainly initiate in the interior of Mg_(24)Y_(5)*** the temperatures are 450℃,500℃and 550℃,the cracks preferentially initiate at the Mg_(24)Y_(5)/α-Mg interfaces.

The classical Ambarzumyan’s theorem states that if the neumann eigenvalues of the Sturm-Liouville operator-d^(2)/dx^(2)+q with an integrable real-valued potential q on[0,π] are {n^(2):n≥0},then q=0 for almost all x∈[0,π].In this work,the classical Ambarzumyan’s theorem is extended to the Dirac operator on equilateral tree *** prove that if the spectrum of the Dirac operator on graphs coincides with the unperturbed case,then the potential is identically zero.

Metal halide perovskites have made significant progress in X-ray detection owing to their exceptional optoelec-tronic ***,most of these materials suffer from toxic element lead and require for high operating ***,it is imperative to explore environmentally friendly perovskite crystals without external bias for X-ray ***,we strategically introduce chiral cations to synthesize a pair of lead-free chiral-polar hybrid perovskites(S-MPz)_(6)Bi_(3)I_(21)·6H_(2)O and(R-MPz)_(6)Bi_(3)I_(21)·6H_(2)O(1S and 1R,S/R-MPz=S/R-2-methylpipera-zinium),which exhibit strong circular dichroism(CD)signals with an anisotropic g-factor reaching approximately ***,the chiral-polar feature gives rise to distinctive spontaneous polarization,which leads to a photovoltage of 1.1 V under X-ray illumination,endowing self-powered detection capabilities for *** exploration of X-ray devices based on 1R single crystal(SC)demonstrates a high sensitivity of 5.2 pC Gy_(air)^(-1)cm^(-2)at zero *** study realizes passive X-ray detection depending on the intrinsic spontaneous polarization induced built-in electric field of chiral-polar perovskite,providing an effective approach to the chemical design of desired materials for high-performance"green"self-powered radiation detection.

Biopolymers,the potential flexoelectric materials,are environment-friendly,degradable,lightweight,cost-effective,and possess remarkable processing properties catering to the requirements of advanced ***,the flexoelectric coefficient of biopolymers is normally much weaker than that of ceramic materials,limiting their potential applications for designing high-performance green electromechanical coupling *** improve the flexoelectric response in biopolymers,we composited barium titanate(BTO)with 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils(TOCnF)to enhance the flexoelectric response of *** to the high permittivity and flexoelectric effect of BTO,the relative dielectric constant and flexoelectric coefficient of 33.3 wt%BTO-TOCnF films reached 30.94@1 kHz and 50.05±1.88 nC/m@1 Hz,which were almost 172 times and 27 times higher than those of TOCnF,*** composite thin film contains high dielectric constant and flexoelectric coefficient,as well as excellent *** study provided a straightforward and efficient method for improving the flexoelectric effect of biopolymers,and demonstrated its great potential applications in flexoelectric-based devices.

Shale oil of the Qingshankou Formation of the Gulong Sag,the northern Songliao Basin,represents the first attempt at large-scale development of pure-shale-type shale oil in *** integrating the multiscale refined reservoir characterization with macro-micro-scale mechanical testing,it is clarified that the Gulong shale is characterized by high clay mineral content,high rock plasticity,highly-developed bedding,and prominent mechanical anisotropy.A three-dimensional(3D)fracture propagation model of hydraulic fracturing was built for the Gulong shale,which fully captures the hydraulic fracture distribution pattern affected by the high bedding density,in-situ stress,and fracturing treatment *** research showed that due to influences of bedding,hydraulic fracturing in the Gulong shale forms a complex fracture morphology featuring the main fracture with multiple perpendicular branches that have different lengths(like the outdoor directional TV antenna);however,the vertical propagation of fractures is inhibited,and the fracture height is commonly less than 10 *** limited stimulated reservoir volume(SRV)is the main problem facing the fracturing stimulation of the Gulong shale *** density has vital effects on fracture morphology,so case-specific fracturing designs shall be developed for shale intervals with different bedding development *** reservoirs with welldeveloped bedding,it is suggested to properly increase the perforation cluster spacing and raise the volume and proportions of viscous fluids of the pad,so as to effectively promote vertical fracture propagation and improve reservoir stimulation *** study integrates multi-scale fine reservoir characterization and macro-micro-scale mechanical testing,as well as the construction and numerical simulation of hydraulic fracturing models for high-density layered shale reservoirs,providing a new approach and methodological framework for the fracturing research of high-density layer

This paper discussed the experimental results of the performance of an organic Rankine cycle(ORC)system with an ultra-low temperature heat *** low boiling point working medium R134a was adopted in the *** simulated heat source temperature(SHST)in this work was set from 39.51°C to 48.60°C by the simulated heat source *** influence of load percentage of simulated heat source(LPSHS)between 50%and 70%,the rotary valve opening(RVO)between 20%and 100%,the resistive load between 36Ωand 180Ωor the no-load of the generator,as well as the autumn and winter ambient temperature on the system performance were *** results showed that the stability of the system was promoted when the generator had a resistive *** power generation(PG)and generator speed(GS)of the system in autumn were better than in winter,but the expander pressure ratio(EPR)was lower than in *** RVO unchanged,the SHST,the mass flow rate(MFR)of the working medium,GS,and the PG of the system increased with the increasing of LPSHS for different generator resistance load *** the RVO was 60%,LPSHS was 70%,the SHST was 44.15°C and the resistive load was 72Ω,the highest PG reached 15.11 ***,a simulation formula was obtained for LPSHS,resistance load,and PG,and its correlation coefficient was between 0.9818 and *** formula can accurately predict the *** experimental results showed that the standard deviation between the experimental and simulated values was below 0.0792,and the relative error was within±5%.
