长江审美意象及其与中国超越型文化的互生

作为世界第三、中国第一大江,长江不仅是一个超级地理单元,更是中国人历史记忆与情感结构中的象征性存在。作为审美意象,长江总被塑造为时间上“永恒”、空间上“不尽”、历史上“万古”的超越性意象。这一意象的形成既不是非理性的,也不是浪漫主义的,而是以一种严谨、智思的方式植根于中国超越型文化中。在一种内向型超越的精神结构中,以天摄人的传统保存了人与天道相沟通的可能,其中一个重要途径就是从对自然物的关照中唤起德性理念。以此为基础,从儒、道两家最初以水喻道,到屈原、张若虚、李白、杜甫对长江超越历史、时空的形象塑造,再到王勃、苏轼和杨慎对“长江空自流”意象的形而上思考,长江在中华文脉中逐渐被塑造为一个非客体化的、超越人类尺度的精神存在,它既能提供一种形而上学的慰藉,实现对生命的终极肯定,又在某种程度上使主体能够破除自我边界,达到我与物冥的万物伦理状态。在今天,从美学精神来重新把握和阐释长江形象,有助于恢复我们与长江悠久的情感联系。

To the Editor:Pulmonary embolism(PE)is the third most common cause of cardiovascular-related death worldwide after stroke and heart *** a consequence of hemodynamic differences,patients with PE present a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations,ranging from asymptomatic to life-threatening *** are high rates of recurrence in PE patients,and although most patients survive after the initial phase of the disease,the risk of recurrence remains throughout *** to patients experiencing theirrst PE episodes,patients with recurrent PE may be *** date,much of our knowledge about recurrent PE has come from clinical trials or registry studies in which symptomatic recurrence was a major endpoint,while asymptomatic recurrence is rarely ***,current guidelines suggest treating patients with asymptomatic PE similarly to those with symptomatic PE,[1,2]but do not recommend routine follow-up of asymptomatic patients by imaging methods after PE diagnosis.

BACKGROUND The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)are novel inflammatory indicators that can be used to predict the severity and prognosis of various *** categorize acute pancreatitis by etiology into acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP)and hypertriglyceridemia-induced acute pancreatitis(HTGP).AIM To investigate the clinical significance of NLR and PLR in assessing persistent organ failure(POF)in HTGP and *** A total of 1450 patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis(AP)for the first time at Shanxi Bethune Hospital between January 2012 and January 2023 were *** patients were categorized into two groups according to the etiology of AP:ABP in 530 patients and HTGP in 241 *** collected and compared the clinical data of the patients,including NLR,PLR,and AP prognostic scoring systems,within 48 h of hospital *** The NLR(9.1 vs 6.9,P<0.001)and PLR(203.1 vs 160.5,P<0.001)were significantly higher in the ABP group than in the HTGP *** the HTGP group,both NLR and PLR were significantly increased in patients with severe AP and those with a SOFA score≥***,in the ABP group,NLR and PLR were significantly elevated in patients with severe AP,modified computed tomography severity index score≥4,Japanese Severity Score≥3,and modified Marshall score≥***,NLR and PLR showed predictive value for the development of POF in both the ABP and HTGP *** NLR and PLR vary between ABP and HTGP,are strongly associated with AP prognostic scoring systems,and have predictive potential for the occurrence of POF in both ABP and HTGP.

管理学科的实践属性决定了管理理论具有较强的时空情境依赖特征。本土情境作为中国企业成长不可分割的基本载体,也是促进管理理论与特色实践交融共生的底层影响要素。鉴于当前普遍存在“西方理论难适用”与“本土理论难开发”的共性问题,背后均指向对本土情境认知的泛化、碎片化、静态化等问题。本文通过对VUCA时代本土管理情境特征的结构化梳理,刻画了本土情境演变的动态谱系和情境要素间的复杂组合,由此呈现出兼具静态与动态、时间与空间、单一要素与多元组合等多维视角下的复合情境观。进而,在促进本土情境认知结构从离散化、架构化向谱系化与组合化演进的同时,研究进一步探索了复合情境观在本土管理理论建构过程中的嵌入角色与作用。通过明确时空情境敏感性下的“新背景-新过程”双维问题筛选机制,厘清本土情境在理论研究过程中的“嵌入”与“涤除”平衡策略,推动本土管理理论研究走向兼顾“本土特色”与“整体普适”的深度情境化阶段。

Calycosin improves atherosclerosis by reshaping the interaction between the gut microbiome and bile acid metabolism

Calycosin， Astragali Radix most prominent ingredient， has drawn more attention as a result of its ability to treat atherosclerosis(AS). However， the mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated. We investigated the effects of calycosin on bile acid (BA) metabolism and gut microbiome in ApoE-/-mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD). The data showed that the aorta of ApoE-/-mice treated with HFD showed significant atheromatous plaque formation and lipid accumulation， and the levels of TC， TG and LDL-C were significantly increased， while the levels of HDL-C were significantly decreased. Calycosin can substantially regulate lipid levels， thereby alleviating liver lipid deposition induced by atherosclerosis. In addition， 16S rRNA sequencing showed that calycosin treatment has reshaped the gut microbiota disturbed by HFD， in particular， increasing the ratio of Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes， and improving the relative abundance of Bilophila， Desulfovibrio， Bacteroides， Lactobacillus， etc. Meanwhile， targeted metabolomics analysis showed that calycosin treatment significantly modulated CDCA， TCA， LCA， DCA， TDCA and bile acid pool composition， which were associated with atherosclerotic plaque areas. In addition， calycosin treatment also down-regulated FXR protein levels and up-regulated CYP7A1 protein levels in the hepatic. At the same time， calycosin inhibits the ileum FXR/TGR5 signaling pathway， inhibits BA reabsorption， promotes BA excretion， and reduces hepatic cholesterol accumulation by enterohepatic circulation. In addition， we found that calycosin significantly promoted the expression of hepatic ABCA1 and ABCG1 to mediate cholesterol efflux. Meanwhile， calycosin regulates gut microbiota， and Bacteroides， Alistipes， Desulfovibrio， Lactobacillus， Bilophila and Odoribacter are closely related to specific BAs. 土壤中土霉素(Oxytetracycline,OTC)高性能的现场分析方法对于保护生态环境安全和维护人类健康具有重要意义。针对土壤中痕量OTC的现场检测难题,设计功能集成的便携式提取-检测装置,用于土壤中OTC的现场提取与精准分析。首先,基于集成电路技术与3D建模,研制具有称量、搅拌与离心功能的便携式装置,并通过与实验室用提取装置的性能对比,验证装置的提取精度;分别以LED和便携式电化学工作站为光电化学检测的光源驱动和信号采集装置,研制便携式检测装置;进行土壤中OTC的现场分析试验。结果表明,研制的便携式装置对土壤OTC的提取精度较高,检测的线性范围为1×10^(-8)~1×10^(-6) mol/L,检出限为5.33×10^(-9) mol/L;在现场分析试验中,对土壤中OTC检测的加标回收率为92%~97%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.2%,且准确度得到了国标法的验证。
