A large number of spent selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration catalysts are produced after the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants in *** to the China’s“Directory of National Hazardous Wastes(Version 2021)”,these spent vanadium-tungsten-titanium catalysts are classified as“HW50”hazardous waste,and their disposal and utilization processes have been strictly ***,an effective and low-cost technique was developed to treat and utilize these spent SCR catalysts by the vanadium-titanium magnetite sintering *** of adding spent SCR catalysts on the sintering production process and product quality indexes of sinter were *** results showed that adding spent SCR catalysts can improve the sintering granulation and green feed permeability,thereby increasing the productivity and flame front *** the addition proportion of spent SCR catalysts is less than 1 wt.%,the performance indexes of the finished sinter are basically equal to those of the finished sinter without adding spent SCR *** increasing the proportion of spent SCR catalysts to 2.0 wt.%results in a decrease in product quality indexes,which could be attributed to the increase in perovskite content in the finished sinter.

Promotion effect of sulfur impurity in alumina support on propane dehydrogenation

Alumina materials are widely applied either as a catalyst or support in various industrial catalytic processes. Impurities in alumina that are unfriendly to catalytic performance are inevitably present during the production processes. Facing this problem, we here report that the use of sulfur-containing alumina as the support can generate active alumina-supported platinum catalyst, which exhibits superior propylene selectivity and anti-coking ability during propane dehydrogenation. It demonstrated that the sulfur impurity in alumina is not entirely detrimental. During the reduction process, the formation of gas-phase sulfur species increased the electrons and poisoned unsaturated sites of platinum particles. The sulfur impurity in alumina can be removed through a hydrogen reduction process, and the degree of desulfurization is correlated with the operating temperature. This study demonstrated that the rational use of impurity will contribute to the design of a catalyst with high reactivity for potential applications.

医学模拟教学是国际医学教学的重要模式,国内发展逐渐成熟,从学院逐渐走向临床,原位模拟、团队模拟、跨学科模拟以及混合模拟等逐步发展起来,更多地关注毕业后教学和岗位胜任力,在教育培训、临床思维、评估考核以及提高医疗质量和患者安全等方面展现了价值和意义,尤其在急危重症危机资源管理中体现了独特的价值。儿童医学模拟发展虽然缓慢,但在急重症领域已经获得了极大的关注,建立了儿童急重症技能模拟、情景模拟、原位模拟等培训,不仅能实现“学会”,并且能实现“规范的学会”;不仅实现“团队的协作”,更能实现“系统的改造”,明显提升了儿童急重症医疗质量和患者安全。

在计算机信息系统的整体安全性中,操作系统安全扮演着至关重要的角色,而操作系统安全的基石是信息系统的安全。目前,已经有SELinux、AppArmor等基于强制访问控制机制的安全方法被提出,来增强操作系统的安全性。然而,这类安全方法在实际应用中存在的主要问题,例如安全策略配置的复杂性和对专业知识的高度依赖,使安全策略的生成变得困难,并且防护粒度相对较粗。因此,对AppArmor的安全策略的生成过程进行进一步的优化,并提出了一种基于大语言模型(largelanguagemodel,LLM)的访问控制策略自动生成方法。该方法对目标应用程序进行静态分析,获取部分安全策略规则;并全面运行应用程序,以获得最大代码覆盖率的相关日志;最后结合日志信息和静态分析结果以及少样本学习,运用大模型为应用自动生成安全策略,减少了对安全专家的依赖,从而显著降低了人工成本以及减少了人为配置安全策略的主观性和复杂性。通过将所提方法生成的AppArmor安全策略与默认策略进行对比,对策略的正确性、完整性和精简性进行了评估。实验结果显示,所提方法生成的策略既完整又精简,并且不会影响应用程序的正常运行。这表明了所提方法在简化安全策略生成过程和提高策略质量方面的有效性。

[目的]总结崔云教授运用清补法治疗真菌性尿路感染的临证经验。[方法]通过收集和分析崔教授诊治真菌性尿路感染患者临床病例,结合其所谈所述,在充分认识病因病机和用药特点的基础上,对崔教授诊治此病的经验进行全面总结,并举典型医案进行论证。[结果]崔云教授认为,本病源起湿热,继而进展为浊毒,浊毒内生,胶结缠绵,损伤正气,脾肾两虚,迁延难愈,据此提出以清热利湿、降浊解毒、扶正补虚为治疗手段。所举医案中,患者因长期留置双J管而患真菌性尿路感染,辨证为膀胱湿热,治以清热利水、通淋止痛,方用五淋散化裁,辅以化浊毒、扶正气之药,疗效显著。[结论]崔教授以清补之法治疗真菌性尿路感染,标本兼顾,扶正与祛邪并用,灵活用药,为临证治疗本病提供了良好借鉴。

BACKGROUND Sinusoidal obstruction syndrome has been reported after oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy,but liver fibrosis and non-cirrhotic portal hypertension(NCPH)are rarely *** SUMMARY Here,we describe the case of a 64-year-old woman who developed isolated gastric variceal bleeding 16 mo after completing eight cycles of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy after colon cancer ***,splenomegaly and thrombocytopenia were not accompanied by variceal bleeding,which has been reported to have predictive value for gastric variceal ***,a liver biopsy showed fibrosis in the portal area,suggesting *** patient underwent endoscopic treatment and experienced no further *** It is necessary to guard against long-term complications after oxaliplatin-based *** splenic size and platelet level may not always accurately predict the occurrence of portal hypertension.

目的探讨不同剂量异维A酸联合超分子水杨酸治疗对中重度痤疮患者的疗效、安全性和对负面情绪的影响。方法选取2019年8月-2023年8月江南大学附属无锡五院皮肤科和无锡市康复医院皮肤科接收的中重度痤疮患者93例。根据不同治疗方式将患者分为对照组、联合A组和联合B组,每组31例。对照组仅接受30%超分子水杨酸治疗,联合A组在对照组的基础上口服0.2 mg/(kg·d)的低剂量异维A酸,联合B组在对照组的基础上口服0.5 mg/(kg·d)的常规剂量异维A酸;3组均治疗8周。比较3组患者治疗8周后的临床疗效,以及治疗前、治疗1、4、8周后的皮损数量,通过VISIA数字皮肤分析仪评估患者治疗前后的皮肤生理指标,通过一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和积极情感消极情感量表(PANAS)评估患者治疗前后的心理状态,比较两组患者的不良反应。结果3组治疗前、治疗1、4、8周后皮损数量比较,结果:①不同时间点的皮损数量比较,差异有统计学意义(F=2539.401,P=0.000);②3组的皮损数量比较,差异有统计学意义(F=50.171,P=0.000),联合A组、联合B组的皮损数量少于对照组;③3组皮损数量的变化趋势比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.986,P=0.000)。与对照组比较,联合A组和联合B组的治疗总有效率均更高(P<0.05)。联合A组和联合B组治疗前、治疗8周后皮肤生理指标(红色区、紫质、斑点、毛孔、纹理)评分的差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合A组治疗前、治疗8周后心理状态评分(GSES、积极情绪评分、消极情绪评分)的差值高于对照组和联合B组(P<0.05)。与联合B组比较,对照组和联合A组的不良反应总发生率均更低(P<0.05)。结论低剂量异维A酸联合超分子水杨酸有助于提高中重度痤疮患者的治疗效果,并降低患者的负性情绪。

Higher manganese silicide(HMS)is a P-type medium temperature thermoelectric(TE)material,which has attracted widespread attention over the past few decades due to its remarkable mechanical properties,excellent chemical and thermal stability,as well as the non-toxicity,abundance and competitive *** peak power factor(PF)of HMS is as high as~1.50×10^(-3)W m^(-1)K^(-2)because of its intrinsic high electrical conductivity and Seebeck ***,the thermal conductivity of HMS is also high,resulting in relatively low z T *** nano-dispersion in the matrix is one of the most effective methods to enhance the TE properties via reducing the lattice thermal conductivity significantly without drastic changes on the other *** this study,Cs Pb BrQDs with uniform size were synthesized and introduced into HMS *** PF(at 823 K)was enhanced to 1.71×10^(-3)W m^(-1)K^(-2),which is improved 14.0%approximately compared with that of pure HMS owing to the combined effect of element doping and energy *** lattice thermal conductivity(at 823 K)decreased from 2.56W mKto 1.99 W mKsynchronously(~22.0%)due to the intensive phonon scattering caused by Cs doping,and the embedding of Pb riched CsPbBr_(3)QDs and Pb QDs.A maximum z T value of 0.57(823 K)is achieved in Cs Pb BrQDs/HMS composites,which is 36.0%higher than that of pure ***,for other TE materials,it is also feasible to improve the TE properties via introducing metastable quantum dots.

Deterministic inversion based on deep learning has been widely utilized in model parameters *** by logging data,seismic data,wavelet and modeling operator,deterministic inversion based on deep learning can establish nonlinear relationships between seismic data and model ***,seismic data lacks low-frequency and contains noise,which increases the non-uniqueness of the *** conventional inversion method based on deep learning can only establish the deterministic relationship between seismic data and parameters,and cannot quantify the uncertainty of *** order to quickly quantify the uncertainty,a physics-guided deep mixture density network(PG-DMDN)is established by combining the mixture density network(MDN)with the deep neural network(DNN).Compared with Bayesian neural network(BNN)and network dropout,PG-DMDN has lower computing cost and shorter training time.A low-frequency model is introduced in the training process of the network to help the network learn the nonlinear relationship between narrowband seismic data and low-frequency *** addition,the block constraints are added to the PG-DMDN framework to improve the horizontal continuity of the inversion *** illustrate the benefits of proposed method,the PG-DMDN is compared with existing semi-supervised inversion *** synthetic data examples of Marmousi II model are utilized to quantify the influence of forward modeling part,low-frequency model,noise and the pseudo-wells number on inversion results,and prove the feasibility and stability of the proposed *** addition,the robustness and generality of the proposed method are verified by the field seismic data.

SnTe possesses a single-to double-valley transition in the conduction band minimum when a compressive strain is *** a tight-binding analysis,it is shown that the variation of the band structure is attributed to the strain-induced delocalization of both the Sn-5s orbitals and Te-5p orbitals with different angular *** effect can largely increase the electron density of states near the band edge and thus keep the Fermi level of the compressed SnTe closer to it,where the electrons have lower scattering *** strain-induced double valleys lead to simultaneous increases in the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient and thereby nearly four times the enhancement of the power factor at the doping concentration of 5×10^(19) cm^(–3).This work suggests a feasible concept that can be employed to promote the power factor of a Dirac semiconductor via manipulating the valley degeneracy in the conduction band minimum.
