Py^(+)razinamide (PZA), isoniazid (INH) and rifampicin (RFP) are all commonly used anti-tuberculosis drugs in clinical practice, and long-term medication may cause severe liver damage and toxicity. The level of peroxynitrite (ONOO^(-)) generated in liver has long been regarded as a biomarker for the prediction and measurement of drug-induced liver injury (DILI). In this article, we constructed a BODIPY-based fluorescent probe (BDP-Py^(+)) that enabled quickly and sensitively detect and image ONOO^(-) in vivo. Utilizing this probe, we demonstrated the change of ONOO^(-) content in cells and mice model of DILI induced by acetaminophen (APAP), and for the first time revealed the mechanism of liver injury induced by antituberculosis drug PZA. Moreover, BDP-Py^(+) could be applied to screen out and evaluate the hepatotoxicity of different anti-tuberculosis drugs. Comparing with the existing serum enzymes detection and H&E staining, the probe could achieve early diagnosis of DILI before solid lesions in liver via monitoring the up-regulation of ONOO^(-) levels. Collectively, this work will promote the understanding of the pathogenesis of anti-tuberculosis drug induced liver injury (ATB-DILI), and provide a powerful tool for the early diagnosis and treatment of DILI.

We report a facile template-free fabrication of heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres using pre-synthesized Co/Cu-glycerate as conformal *** introduction of copper nitrate in the solvothermal reaction system of glycerol/isopropanol/cobalt nitrate readily induces the conversion from solid Co-glycerate to hollow Co/Cu-glycerate nanospheres,and the effect of the Co/Cu atomic ratio on the structure evolution of the metal glycerates as well as their corresponding oxides were *** examined as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,the well-defined Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres with Co/Cu molar ratio of 2.0 demonstrate excellent lithium storage performance,delivering a high reversible capacity of 930 mAh/g after 300 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A/g and a stable capacity of 650 mAh/g after 500 cycles even at a higher current density of 2.0 A/g,which are much better than their counterparts of bare CuO and Co_(3)O_(4).The enhanced lithium storage performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect of the CuO and Co_(3)O_(4)heterostructure with hollow spherical morphology,which greatly enhances the charge/electrolyte transfer and effectively buffers the volume changes upon lithiation/delithiation cycling.

As a kind of white light emitting diode(w-LED)with many advantages,rare-earth-free vanadate phosphor has attracted more and more *** oxygen vacancies and other surface defects in vanadate oxide have obvious effects on its structure and *** order to reveal the specific effects,we heat-treat the original LiCa_(3)Mg(VO_(4))_(3)(LCMV)in an oxygen flow with different time to decrease oxygen vacancies,and find that the lattice distortion of[VO_(4)]tetrahedron caused by oxygen vacancy is effectively ***,the crystallinity of the treated samples increases,the surface defects decreases,and the fluorescence intensity *** variation of photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)with oxygen treatment time is as follows:the enhancement effect firstly reaches the strongest(69.34%)within one hour,then begins to decline after two hours,and finally reaches the platform after three hours and remains basically *** reason for the enhancement of PLQY is the decrease of oxygen vacancy after one-hour treatment,and the reason for the decrease of PLQY after a further increased treatment time is that the absorption of oxygen and water in air caused by excessive surface defects introduced by oxygen treatment.

Understanding the quantitative responses of anisotropic dynamic properties in organic-rich shale with different kerogen content(KC)is of great significance in hydrocarbon exploration and *** controlled experiments with a single variable is challenging for natural shales due to their high variations in components,diagenesis conditions,or pore *** employed the hot-pressing technique to construct 11 well-controlled artificial shale with varying *** artificial shale samples were successive machined into prismatic shape for ultrasonic measurements along different *** revealed bedding perpendicular P-wave velocities are more sensitive to the increasing KC than bedding paralleling velocities due to the preferential alignments of *** elastic stiffnesses except C_(13)are generally decreasing with the increasing KC,the variation of C_(1) and C_(33)on kerogen content are more sensitive than those of C_(44)and C_(66).Apparent dynamic mechanical parameters(v and E)were found to have linear correlation with the true ones from complete anisotropic equations independent of KC,which hold value towards the interpretation of well logs consistently across formations,Anisotropic mechanical parameters(ΔE and brittlenessΔB)tend to decrease with the reducing KC,withΔB showing great sensitivity to KC *** the range of low KC(10%)shale,compilation of data from natural organic rich-shales globally verified the similar systematic relationships that can be empirically used to predict the fraction of KC in shales.

NiCrxMoy(x=1,1.5;y=0,0.1,0.3)alloy coatings were prepared on the Q235 substrate by laser cladding under the protection of *** phase composition,microstructure,corrosion behavior,and mechanical properties of the NiCrxMoy alloy coatings were investigated using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,electrochemical tests,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,microhardness,and nanoindentation *** the Cr content increased,the phase composition of the coatings changed from a single face-centered cubic(FCC)structure to a dual-phase structure coexisting with body-centered cubic(BCC)and FCC structures,while the addition of Mo promoted the precipitation ofσ*** appearance of a homogeneous dual-phase structure and some amount ofσphase played a positive role in the corrosion resistance of NiCrxMoy ***^3+ ions and Mo^6+ ions in the passive film enhanced the stability of the *** nanoindentation tests showed that the nanohardness(6.71 GPa)and elastic modulus(184.40 GPa)of BCC phase were higher than those of the FCC phase(5.19 GPa and 155.26 GPa,respectively).Overall,the BCC phase andσphase improved the mechanical properties of the coatings.

BACKGROUND It remains unclear whether video aids can improve the quality of bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).AIM To summarize simulation-based studies aiming at improving bystander CPR associated with the quality of chest compression and time-related quality *** The systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA *** relevant studies were searched through PubMed,EMBASE,Medline and Cochrane Library *** risk of bias was evaluated using the Cochrane collaboration *** A total of 259 studies were eligible for inclusion,and 6 randomised controlled trial studies were ultimately *** results of meta-analysis indicated that video-assisted CPR(V-CPR)was significantly associated with the improved mean chest compression rate[OR=0.66(0.49-0.82),P<0.001],and the proportion of chest compression with correct hand positioning[OR=1.63(0.71-2.55),P<0.001].However,the difference in mean chest compression depth was not statistically significant[OR=0.18(-0.07-0.42),P=0.15],and V-CPR was not associated with the time to first chest compression compared to telecommunicator CPR[OR=-0.12(-0.88-0.63),P=0.75].CONCLUSION Video real-time guidance by the dispatcher can improve the quality of bystander CPR to a certain ***,the quality is still not ideal,and there is a lack of guidance caused by poor video signal or inadequate interaction.

Combining adiabatic passage and Rydberg antiblockade, we propose a scheme to implement a two-qubit phase gate between two Rydberg atoms. Detuning parameters between frequencies of atomic transitions and those of the corresponding driving lasers are carefully chosen to offset the blockade effect of two Rydberg atoms, so that an effective Hamiltonian,representing a single-photon detuning L-type three-level system and concluding the quantum state of two Rydberg atoms excited simultaneously, is obtained. The adiabatic-passage technique, based on the effective Hamiltonian, is adopted to implement a two-atom phase gate by using two time-dependent Rabi frequencies. Numerical simulations indicate that a high-fidelity two-qubit p-phase gate is constructed and its operation time does not have to be controlled accurately. Besides,owing to the long coherence time of the Rydberg state, the phase gate is robust against atomic spontaneous emission.

New Understanding on the Memory Effect of Crystallized iPP

In this study, recovery processes of isotactic polypropylene （iPP） melted spherulites at 135 ℃ after melting at higher temperatures （170 ℃-176 ℃） were investigated with polarized optical microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The recovery temperature was fixed to exclude the interference from heterogeneous nuclei. After melting at temperatures between 170 ℃ and 174 ℃, the melted spherulite could recover back to the origin spberulite at low temperatures. Interestingly, a distinct infrared spectrum from iPP melt and crystal was observed in the early stage of recovery process after melting at low temperatures, where only IR bands resulting from short helices with 12 monomers or less can be seen, which indicates that the presence of crystal residues is not the necessary condition for the polymer memory effect. Avrami analysis further indicated that crystallization mainly took place in melted lamellae. After melting at higher temperatures, melted spherulite cannot recover. Based on above findings, it is proposed that the memory effect can be mainly ascribed to melted lamellae, during which crystalline order is lost but conformational order still exists. These conformational ordered segments formed aggregates, which can play as nucleation precursors at low temperatures.
