Herein,a novel interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)strategy based on magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of histamine.A core-satellite SERS aptasensor was constructed by combining aptamer-decorated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs(as the recognize probe for histamine)and complementary DNA-modified silver nanoparticles carrying 4-mercaptobenzonitrile(4-MBN)(Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirect detection of *** an applied magnetic field in the absence of histamine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biological-silent”region due to *** the presence of histamine,the Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs,thus decreasing the SERS *** optimal conditions,an ultra-low limit of detection of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** histamine content in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results consistent with those determined by high performance liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirect strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selective SERS detection of small biological molecules in complex matrices.

Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)offers many advantages for the fast and sensitive detection of specific compounds,metal ions or pathogens in foods,motivating to its increasing utilization in food ***-tags,typically constructed using signal enhanced substrate,Raman reporter molecules,a biocompatible protective layer and a specific recognition element,provide a powerful tool for the analysis of food *** article reviews recent progress in the development of SERS-tags for food safety assessment covering SERS-tags with characteristic peaks in the“fingerprint”region(800-1800 cm-1)and the“biological-silent”region(1800-2800 cm-1).Following a brief description of SERS substrates,the design,synthesis and applications of SERS-tag are explored in *** application of SERS-tags technology for the detection of microorganisms,pesticides and antibiotics are then ***,the prospects of using SERS-tag in real-world food safety analysis are critically discussed.

This work reports the growth and characterization of p-AlInN layers doped with Mg by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy(PAMBE).AlInN was grown with an Al molar fraction of 0.80 by metal-modulated epitaxy(MME)with a thickness of 180 nm on Si(111)substrates using AlN as buffer *** substrate temperatures were used to enhance the incorporation of indium atoms into the alloy without clustering,as confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Cathodoluminescence measurements revealed ultraviolet(UV)range ***,Hall effect measurements indicated a maximum hole mobility of 146 cm^(2)/(V∙s),corresponding to a free hole concentration of 1.23×10^(19)cm^(−3).The samples were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)estimating the alloy composition and extracting the Fermi level by valence band ***-doped AlInN layers were studied for use as the electron-blocking layer(EBL)in LED *** varied the Al composition in the EBL from 0.84 to 0.96 molar fraction to assess its theoretical effects on electroluminescence,carrier concentration,and electric field,using SILVACO *** results from this study highlight the importance and capability of producing high-quality Mg-doped p-AlInN layers through *** simulations suggest that an Al content of 0.86 is optimal for achieving desired outcomes in electroluminescence,carrier concentration,and electric field.

建筑管理系统(BMS)、能源管理系统(EMS)、物联网设备、建筑信息模型(BIM)、电网及气象服务等多元信息系统是有效支撑由数据驱动的智能建筑软件高效运行的关键。然而,这些由不同开发商提供的系统之间缺乏统一且明确界定的程序接口与标准,这已成为制约应用程序在模块开发、可扩展性及重用性上进一步发展的主要障碍。为增强云环境下智能建筑系统对需求和技术变化的适应能力,提出一个优化的端到端实现架构。该架构以Zachman框架为基础,通过符合MACH原则的微服务、API和基于云的组件来确保整个系统的高灵活性、可扩展性以及向前兼容能力。为了验证所提优化方法的有效性,以某高校工程实训中心为案例,开发了一套智能建筑应用程序。经过一年多的实际运行,该程序充分展示了传感器数据与BIM模型集成的数字孪生应用、基于事件驱动的实时传感器数据与建模分析等先进功能,不仅证明了所提方法的前瞻性和兼容性,同时也展现了其应对不断变化的需求和挑战的能力。

目的探讨经肛腔镜括约肌间切除术(taE-ISR)在低位直肠癌保肛中的应用价值。方法采用倾向评分匹配及回顾性队列研究方法。收集2017年1月至2021年12月上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院等5家医学中心收治的278例低位直肠癌患者的临床病理资料;男178例,女100例;年龄为58(49~64)岁。278例患者中,147例行taE-ISR,设为taE-ISR组,131例行经括约肌间切除术(ISR),设为ISR组。观察指标:(1)倾向评分匹配前及匹配后两组患者一般资料比较。(2)两组患者术中及术后结果比较。(3)两组患者长期随访结果。(4)影响低位直肠癌保肛的独立影响因素。倾向评分匹配按1∶1最近邻匹配法匹配,卡钳值为0.05。倾向评分匹配分析采用"Matching"包进行。正态分布的计量资料以x±s进行表示,组间比较采用Student′st检验;偏态分布的计量资料以M(Q_(1),Q_(3))表示,组间比较采用Wilcoxon秩和检验。计数资料以绝对数或百分比表示,组间比较采用Pearsonχ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法。采用Kaplan-Meier法计算生存率并绘制生存曲线,Log-Rank检验进行生存分析。多因素分析采用Logistic回归模型,使用"glm2"包进行,森林图显示影响低位直肠癌保肛的风险因素。结果(1)倾向评分匹配情况及匹配后两组患者一般资料比较。278例患者中,180例配对成功,taE-ISR组和ISR组各90例。倾向评分匹配后消除坐骨结节间径、坐骨结节至臀部皮肤距离因素混杂偏倚,具有可比性。(2)两组患者术中及术后结果比较。taE-ISR组患者远切缘阳性1例,标本质量完整88例,完成保肛88例。ISR组患者远切缘阳性8例、标本质量完整78例、完成保肛74例。两组患者上述指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);无病生存率和累积复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.05,5.26,P<0.05)。(4)影响低位直肠癌保肛的危险因素分析。多因素分析结果显示:taE-ISR、肿瘤距肛缘距离、毗邻脏器损伤是低位直肠癌保肛的独立影响因素(优势比=0.86,0.88,1.35,95%可信区间为0.79~0.93,0.83~0.92,1.04~1.74,P<0.05)。进一步分析结果显示:21例taE-ISR组行新辅助治疗患者和19例ISR组行新辅助治疗患者完成保肛、排便功能障碍比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论taE-ISR治疗低位直肠癌安全、可行。与ISR比较,taE-ISR可显著提高手术质量、保肛率和改善患者预后。

Breeding of forage maize should combine improvement achieved for grain with the specific needs of forage hybrids. Production stability is important when maize is used for silage if the planting area is not in the ideal agronomic environment. The objectives of the present research were:(i) to quantify environmental and genetic and their interaction effects on maize silage traits;(ii) to identify possible heterotic groups for forage aptitude and suggest the formation of potential heterotic patterns, and(iii) to identify suitable inbred line combinations for producing hybrids with forage aptitude. Forty-five hybrids derived from diallelic crosses(without reciprocals) among ten inbred lines of maize were evaluated in this study. Combined ANOVA over environments showed differences between genotypes(G), environments(E), and their interactions(GEI). Heritability(H2), and genotypic and phenotypic correlations were estimated to evaluate the variation in and relationships between forage traits. Postdictive and predictive AMMI models were fitted to determine the importance of each source of variation, G, E, and GEI, and to select genotypes simultaneously on yield, quality and stability. A predominance of additive effects was found in the evaluated traits. The heterotic pattern Reid-BSSS × Argentine flint was confirmed for ear yield(EY) and harvest index(HI). High and broad genetic variation was found for stover and whole plant traits. Some inbred lines had genes with differential breeding aptitude for ear and stover. Stover and ear yield should be the main breeding objectives in maize forage breeding.

This research aimed to explore the influence of Src homology-2 containing protein tyrosine phosphatase(SHP-2)on the functions of tyrosine kinase receptors with immunoglobulin and EGF homology domains 2(Tie2)-expressing monocyte/macrophages(TEMs)and the influence of the angiopoietin(Ang)/Tie2-phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)(Ang/Tie2-PI3K/Akt/mTOR)signaling pathway on the tumor microvascular remodeling in an immunosuppressive *** vivo,SHP-2-deficient mice were used to construct colorectal cancer(CRC)liver metastasis ***-2-deficient mice had significantly more metastatic cancer and inhibited nodules on the liver surface than wild-type mice,and the high-level expression of p-Tie2 was found in the liver tissue of the macrophages’specific SHP-2-deficient mice(SHP-2MACKO)+planted tumor *** with the SHP-2 wild type mice(SHP-2WT)+planted tumor group,the SHP-2MAC-KO+planted tumor group experienced increased expression of p-Tie2,p-PI3K,p-Akt,p-mTOR,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),and MMP9 in the liver *** selected by in vitro experiments were co-cultured with remodeling endothelial cells and tumor cells as *** was found that when Angpt1/2 was used for stimulation,the SHP-2MAC-KO+Angpt1/2 group displayed evident increases in the expression of the Ang/Tie2-PI3K/Akt/mTOR *** number of cells passing through the lower chamber and the basement membrane and the number of blood vessels formed by cells compared with the SHP-2WT+Angpt1/2 group,while these indexes were subjected to no changes under the simultaneous stimulation of Angpt1/2+*** sum up,the conditional knockout of SHP-2 can activate the Ang/Tie2-PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in TEMs,thereby strengthening tumor micro angiogenesis in the microenvironment and facilitating CRC liver metastasis.
