Nowadays,there has been an increasing focus on integrated flight propulsion control and the inlet-exhaust design for the aero-propulsion *** component-level models are inadequate due to installed performance deviations and mismatches between the real engine and the model,failing to meet the accuracy requirements of supersonic *** paper establishes a quasi-one-dimensional model for the inlet-exhaust system and conducts experimental ***,a mechanism-data fusion adaptive modeling scheme using an Extreme Learning Machine based on the Salp Swarm Algorithm(SSA-ELM)is *** study reveals the inlet model’s efficacy in reflecting installed performance,flow matching,and mitigating pressure distortion,while the nozzle model accurately predicts flow coefficients and thrust coefficients,and identifies various operational *** model’s output closely aligns with typical experimental *** combining offline optimization and online adaptive correction,the mechanismdata fusion adaptive model substantially reduces output errors during regular flights and varying levels of degradation,and effectively handles gradual degradation within a single flight ***,the mechanism-data fusion adaptive model holistically addresses total pressure errors within the inlet-exhaust system and normal shock location *** approach significantly curbs performance deviations in supersonic *** example,at Ma=2.0,the system error impressively drops from 34.17%to merely 6.54%,while errors for other flight conditions consistently stay below the 2.95%*** findings underscore the clear superiority of the proposed method.

为充分发挥航空推进系统的性能,提高性能寻优控制的实时性,将樽海鞘群算法(SSA)与极限学习机(ELM)相结合,基于进/发一体化部件级模型建立数据集,提出一种基于SSA-ELM的数据驱动模型。将该建模方法与广义回归神经网络(GRNN)、BP神经网络(BPNN)和极限学习机(ELM)比较,结果表明,相比于BPNN,ELM,GRNN,SSA-ELM用于预测可以使安装推力的均方根误差(RMSE)分别降低7.41%,17.01%,72.57%,安装油耗的RMSE分别降低4.32%,19.41%,66.77%,具有更高的预测精度。将基于SSA-ELM的数据驱动模型作为机载模型应用到性能寻优控制,结果表明,该机载模型能够维持理想的寻优效果。针对最大安装推力模式开展实时性分析,该机载模型相比于进/发一体化部件级模型,平均计算时间由184.05 ms缩短至1.357 ms,实时性得到显著改善,大大提高了寻优效率。

目的观察代综方对肥胖小鼠脂肪组织糖原代谢的影响,探讨其激活白色脂肪组织棕色化的调控机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养C57BL/6j.鼠建立肥胖模型,将成模小鼠分为模型组、二甲双胍组(0.15 g/kg)和代综方低(0.20 g/kg)、高(0.40 g/kg)剂量组,另取常规维持饲料喂养的小鼠作为正常组,每组12只,各给药组分别予相应药物灌胃,连续6周。测量小鼠体质量及空腹血糖,检测血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,取肩胛棕色脂肪组织及腹股沟、肾周、附睾白色脂肪组织,分别测定脂肪组织质量并计算体脂系数,HE染色观察脂肪组织形态变化,PAS染色观察脂肪组织糖原分布,免疫组化染色检测腹股沟白色脂肪组织糖原合成酶2(Gys2)、蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基3c(Ppp1r3c)、糖原合酶激酶(GSK)-3β表达。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠各时点体质量和空腹血糖均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清TC、HDL-C含量显著升高(P<0.01);腹股沟、肾周、附睾白色脂肪组织质量及体脂系数显著升高(P<0.01),腹股沟白色脂肪组织细胞肥大、呈大空泡样,糖原积累较少,Gys2、Ppp1r3c表达显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,代综方高剂量组小鼠给药4、6周体质量和空腹血糖均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C含量均显著降低(P<0.01);肾周、附睾白色脂肪组织质量及体脂系数显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),腹股沟白色脂肪组织质量显著降低(P<0.05),腹股沟白色脂肪组织可见多处形态不规则的小空泡,周围伴有细胞核聚集,糖原积累增加,Gys2、Ppp1r3c阳性表达显著升高(P<0.01)。各组小鼠腹股沟白色脂肪组织GSK-3β表达差异无统计学意义。结论代综方可通过上调Ppp1r3c表达提高Gys2活性,促进糖原合成,诱导脂肪组织棕色化,增加脂肪产热,改善肥胖及相关糖脂代谢紊乱。

目的数字化测量髋臼后柱壁安全置钉相关参数,为临床治疗后壁或/和后柱骨折置钉提供参考。方法经软件Mimics20.0重建100例正常成人髋骨三维模型。将髋臼后壁分为累及臼顶的高位后壁区与未累及臼顶的低位后壁区,切割髋臼高位后壁区得到断面M、D、E和N,切割低位髋臼后壁区形成断面F、G、H、I和j.在断面上测量进钉角度和进钉长度。结果在断面M、D、E和N上距臼缘5.0mm的进钉点,男女螺钉最大安全进钉角度分别不应超过80°、70°、60°与50°,男女进钉长度分别不应超过40.0与35.0 mm。在断面F、G、H、I和j.,男女距臼缘5.0、10.0、20.0与30.0 mm的进钉角度应分别小于50°、60°、80°和90°。断面F至j.,男性进钉点螺钉长度应分别小于40.0、35.0、30.0、30.0与40.0 mm;女性应分别小于35.0、30.0、25.0、25.0与35.0 mm。结果在髋臼后柱壁不同进钉位点,应采取不同的进钉角度与长度以防螺钉误入髋关节腔。

Automated Detection and Quantification of Prostate Cancer in Needle Biopsies by Digital Image Analysis

Introduction: Triple immunohistochemical (IHC) stains including antibodies specific for alpha-methylacyl-CoA-racemase and basal cell markers have been a valuable aid in accurate identification of prostate carcinoma. However, accurate quantification of minuscule areas of prostate carcinoma in biopsy specimens can often be a challenge. Here we assessed the diagnostic value and quantitative use of automated digital image analysis on triple IHC stained prostate needle biopsies. Methods: Twelve cases of prostate needle biopsy material including 75 needle cores were stained with triple-antibody cocktail (P504S + 34βE12 + p63). Slides were digitally scanned with the APERIO digital image analyzer and evaluated with the GENIE pattern and color recognition digital image analysis that we developed. A slide with known areas of adenocarcinoma, high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN), benign glands and stroma was used as a training set for the automated digital image analysis platform. Results: Among 75 needle biopsy cores, 19 (25.33%) contained adenocarcinoma by histology. Digital image analysis recognized adenocarcinoma in 95% of these needle biopsies. The average area of the needle biopsy was 7.63 mm2 and overall the average area of tumor was 0.196 mm2. The smallest area of tumor recognized by the program was 0.0022 mm2 (0.0363% of the core) and the largest was 0.62 mm2 (8.17% of the core) among needle core biopsies. False positives resulted from areas of high grade PIN with patchy basal cells. The false negative was caused by uneven AMACR staining in one area of adenocarcinoma. Digital recognition of areas of interest was improved by three successive image analysis training which increased the sensitivity and specificity from 83% and 89% to 90% and 93%, respectively. Conclusions: Digital image analysis in concert with IHC triple staining may be useful for accurate detection and quantitative analysis of small foci of prostatic adenocarcinoma. We conducted environmental surveillance to detect avian influenza viruses circulating at live poultry markets(LPMs)and poultry farms in Guangxi Autonomous Region,China,where near the China-Vietnam *** November through April 2017-2018 and 2018-2019,we collected environmental samples from 14 LPMs,4 poultry farms,and 5 households with backyard poultry in two counties of Guangxi and tested for avian influenza A,H5,H7,and H9 by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(rRT-PCR).In addition,we conducted four cross-sectional questionnaire surveys among stall owners on biosecurity practices in LPMs of two study *** 16,713 environmental specimens collected and tested,the median weekly positive rate for avian influenza A was 53.6%(range=33.5%-66.0%),including 25.2%for H9,4.9%for H5,and 21.2%for other avian influenza viruses A subtypes,whereas a total of two H7 positive samples were *** the 189 LPM stalls investigated,most stall owners(73.0%)sold chickens and ***,continued surveillance of the avian influenza virus is necessary for detecting and responding to emerging trends in avian influenza virus epidemiology.

Background:A COVID-19 outbreak in the rural areas of Shij.azhuang City was attributed to the complex interactions among vaccination,host,and non-pharmaceutical interventions(NPIs).Herein,we investigated the epidemiological characteristics of all reported symptomatic cases by picking Shij.azhuang City,Hebei Province in Northern China as research *** addition,we established an age-group mathematical model to perform the optimal fitting and to investigate the dynamical profiles under three ***:All reported symptomatic cases of Shij.azhuang epidemic(j.nuary 2-February 3,2021)were investigated in our *** cases were classified by gender,age group and location,the distributions were analyzed by epidemiological ***,the reported data from Health Commission of Hebei Province was also analyzed by using an age-group mathematical model by two phases and three ***:Shij.azhuang epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 wild strain was recorded with the peak 84 cases out of 868 reported symptomatic cases on j.nuary 11,2021,which was implemented with strong NPIs by local government and referred as baseline situation in this *** research results showed that R0 under baseline situation ranged from 4.47 to 7.72,and Rt of Gaocheng Distinct took 3.72 with 95%confidence interval from 3.23 to 4.35 on j.nuary 9,the declining tendencies of Rt under baseline situation were kept till February 3,the value of Rt reached below 1 on j.nuary 19 and remained low value up to February 3 for Gaocheng District and Shij.azhuang City during Shij.azhuang *** indicated Shij.azhuang epidemic was under control on j.nuary ***,if the strong NPIs were kept,but remote isolation operated on j.nuary 11 was not implemented as of February 9,then the scale of Shij.azhuang epidemic reached 9,482 cases from age group who were 60 years old and over out of 31,017 symptomatic *** investigation also revealed that Shij.azhuang epidemic reache
