Dynamic Analyses of a Simply Supported Double-Beam System Subject to a Moving Mass with Fourier Transform Technique

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a simply supported double-beam system under a moving mass,the system of fourth-order dynamic partial differential equations of a simply supported double-beam system was transformed into a system of second-order dynamic ordinary differential equations relative to time coordinates by performing the finite sin-Fourier Transform relative to space coordinates.And the analytical solution of the dynamic response of the simply supported double-beam system under a moving mass was obtained by solving the system of dynamic ordinary differential equations.The analytical method and ANSYS numerical method were used to calculate the dynamic responses of several simply supported double-beam systems under a moving mass at different speeds.The influences of inertial effect,mass movement speed,and Winkler-layer spring stiffness and damping on the dynamic responses of simply supported double-beam systems were analyzed.According to the study results,the analytical calculation results in this paper fit well with the ANSYS finite element numerical calculation results,demonstrating the rationality of the analytical method.The inertial effect has a significant influence on the dynamic response characteristics of the simply supported double-beam system.The simply supported double-beam system underwent several resonant speeds under a moving mass,and the Winkler-layer spring stiffness has a relatively significant effect on the vibration of the first beam.

基于ZigBee无线传感器网络,结合智慧园区的建设需求,设计实现了LED路灯光强感测控制系统,主要包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。硬件核心部分含LED感测终端节点、ZigBee中心模块(协调器)的设计,搭载两级高性能MCU在网络边缘提供边缘计算能力,具体主要涉及电源电路、串口电路、LED驱动电路、接口电路的设计等。软件部分首先是在IAR开发环境和Z-Stack协议栈的基础上完成对协调器控制程序、终端节点控制程序的设计调试;最后基于VS软件开发实现了具有交互式GUI界面的监控软件,实现了远程访问和控制功能。

在不断发展的物联网、大数据及云计算等技术的交叉融合下,基于无线传感自组网及边缘网关,应用边缘计算,设计实现了一种智慧农业大棚监控系统。系统设计基于物联网架构,传感层以CC2530芯片为核心分别构建了传感型采集节点和控制型节点;采用正三角形网格的节点部署方案,高质量实现了无线传感网构建。边缘网关以STM32F103ZET6 MCU为核心,一方面负责与无线传感器网络中的各节点进行数据通信,完成边缘计算并对网络中的节点进行管理和控制;另一方面通过WiFi、4G/5G等通信模块进行数据的无线传输,把采集到的数据封装处理打包传输到服务器端,实现边缘网关作为连接传感节点与服务器监控中心的相应功能。应用层通过EMQTT服务器和Node-RED搭建云平台构建,用户可以通过PC端、手机端登录数据处理中心的WEB服务器,实现对物联网设备的控制及环境的监测。

Core–Shell Microfiber Encapsulation Enables Glycerol‑Free Cryopreservation of RBCs with High Hematocrit

Cryopreservation of red blood cells(RBCs)provides great potential benefits for providing transfusion timely in emergencies.High concentrations of glycerol(20%or 40%)are used for RBC cryopreservation in current clinical practice,which results in cytotoxicity and osmotic injuries that must be carefully controlled.However,existing studies on the low-glycerol cryopreservation of RBCs still suffer from the bottleneck of low hematocrit levels,which require relatively large storage space and an extra concentration process before transfusion,making it inconvenient(time-consuming,and also may cause injury and sample lose)for clinical applications.To this end,we develop a novel method for the glycerol-free cryopreservation of human RBCs with a high final hematocrit by using trehalose as the sole cryoprotectant to dehydrate RBCs and using core–shell alginate hydrogel microfibers to enhance heat transfer during cryopreservation.Different from previous studies,we achieve the cryopreservation of human RBCs at high hematocrit(>40%)with high recovery(up to 95%).Additionally,the washed RBCs post-cryopreserved are proved to maintain their morphology,mechanics,and functional properties.This may provide a nontoxic,high-efficiency,and glycerol-free approach for RBC cryopreservation,along with potential clinical transfusion benefits.

Early Devonian Post-collisional Granitic Magmatism in the North Qilian Orogenic Belt,Western China:Insights into Lithospheric Delamination and Orogenic Collapse

Post-collisional magmatism contains important clues for understanding the reworking and growth of continental crust,as well as lithospheric delamination and orogenic collapse.Early Devonian magmatism has been identified in the North Qilian Orogenic Belt(NQOB).This paper reports an integrated study of petrology,whole-rock geochemistry,Sm-Nd isotope and zircon U-Pb dating,as well as Lu-Hf isotopic data,for two Early Devonian intrusive plutons.The Yongchang and Chijin granites yield zircon U-Pb ages of 394-407 Ma and 414 Ma,respectively.Both of them are characterized by weakly peraluminous to metaluminous without typical aluminium-rich minerals,LREE-enriched patterns with negative Eu anomalies and a negative correlation between P_(2)O_(5) and SiO_(2) contents,consistent with geochemical features of I-type granitoids.Zircons from the studied granites display negative to weak positive ε_(Hf)(t)values(−5.7 to 2.1),which agree well with those of negative ε_(Nd)(t)values(−6.4 to−2.9)for the whole-rock samples,indicating that they were derived from the partial melting of Mesoproterozoic crust.Furthermore,low Sr/Y ratios(1.13-21.28)and high zircon saturation temperatures(745℃ to 839℃,with the majority being>800℃)demonstrated a relatively shallow depth level below the garnet stability field and an additional heat source.Taken together,the Early Devonian granitic magmatism could have been produced by the partial melting of ancient crustal materials heated by mantle-derived magmas at high-temperature and low-pressure conditions during postcollisional extensional collapse.The data obtained in this study,when viewed in conjunction with previous studies,provides more information about the tectonic processes that followed the closure of the North Qilian Ocean.The tectonic transition from continental collision to post-collisional delamination could be constrained to~430 Ma,which is provided by the sudden decrease of Sr/Y and La/Yb ratios and an increase in zircon ε_(Hf)(t)values for granitoids.A two-stage tectonic evolution model

Acupotomy alleviates knee osteoarthritis in rabbit by regulating chondrocyte mitophagy via Pink1-Parkin pathway

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of acupotomy, on mitophagy and the Pink1-Parkin pathway in chondrocytes from rabbits with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).METHODS: A KOA model was established via the modified Videman method. Rabbits were randomly divided into a control group(CON), KOA group and KOA + acupotomy group(Acu). Rabbits in the acupotomy group were subjected to acupotomy for 4 weeks after model establishment. The behavior of the rabbits before and after intervention was recorded. Cartilage degeneration was evaluated by optical microscopy and fluorescence microscopy. The level of mitophagy was evaluated by transmission electron microscopy,immunofluorescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The expression of phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN)-induced kinase 1(Pink1)-Parkin mitophagy pathway components was evaluated by immunofluorescence, Western blotting and real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: In rabbits with KOA, joint pain, mobility disorders and cartilage degeneration were observed, the Mankin score was increased, collagen type Ⅱ(Col-Ⅱ)expression was significantly decreased, mitophagy was inhibited, mitochondrial function was impaired, and factors associated with the Pink1-Parkin pathway were inhibited. Acupotomy regulated the expression of Pink1-Parkin pathway-related proteins, the mitophagy-related protein microtubule-associated protein-1 light chain-3,the translocase of the outer membrane, and the inner mitochondrial membrane 23; increased the colocalization of mitochondria and autophagosomes; promoted the removal of damaged mitochondria;restored mitochondrial adenosine-triphosphate(ATP) production;and alleviated cartilage degeneration in rabbits with KOA.CONCLUSIONS: Acupotomy played a role in alleviating KOA in rabbits by activating mitophagy in chondrocytes via the regulation of proteins that are related to the Pink1-Parkin pathway.

Analysis of conductance and interfacial polarisation behaviours of silicone rubber based on frequency domain spectroscopy

Silicone rubber(SR)is widely used for cable insulation and operates in multi-stress coupling conditions.Its dielectric properties and ageing performance are the essential factors affecting cable operation.In this study,the frequency domain spectroscopy of unaged SR and SR aged under various conditions is measured.The dielectric responses before and after ageing are analysed in depth by the conjoint analysis via multiple complex planes(permittivity,conductivity,and modulus).Typical conductivity and interfacial polarisation properties,as well as property changes resulting from thermal and tensile ageing,are examined.Experimental results show that tensile ageing promotes conductance and interfacial polarisation,while thermal ageing shows the opposite effects.Based on the multi-core model and charge carrier hopping transport model,thermal and tensile ageing mechanisms on the conductance and interfacial polarisation behaviours of SR are demonstrated.Both behaviours exhibit positively correlated changing characteristics,suggesting that the two behaviours may originate from a common process.The carrier transport process,promoted by the tensile effect and slightly suppressed by the thermal effect,is the primary factor and considered an important indicator to evaluate the dielectric properties of SR insulation.

Towards Data-Driving Multi-View Evaluation Framework for Scratch

As one of the most popular visual programming languages,Scratch has a lot of evaluation around it.Reasonable evaluation can help programmers understand their projects better.At the same time,it can also provide a reference for them to browse other projects in the online community.Most of the existing evaluations on Scratch are carried from three perspectives:Computational Thinking(CT)ability,visual presentation aesthetics,and code quality.Among them,the assessment of CT and code quality is mainly carried out from the program script,while the evaluation of visual aesthetics is analyzed from the perspective of image sequences generated by project execution.The single-view evaluation focuses on the performance of a program in a certain aspect and is one-sided.In this paper,we propose a multi-view evaluation framework to integrate various evaluations using different policies.We quantitatively analyze the assessment of different views driven by data.Combined with overall evaluations that represent human opinions,we analyze their differences and connections.Through experiments,we determine the weights of different integration policies,the proposed multi-view evaluation method can generate evaluation results similar to human opinions.

Fast,simple,efficient Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated transformation system to non-heading Chinese cabbage with transgenic roots

Non-heading Chinese cabbage, a variety of Brassica campestris, is an important vegetable crop in the Yangtze River Basin of China. However,the immaturity of its stable transformation system and its low transformation efficiency limit gene function research on non-heading Chinese cabbage. Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated(ARM) transgenic technology is a rapid and effective transformation method that has not yet been established for non-heading Chinese cabbage plants. Here, we optimized conventional ARM approaches(one-step and two-step transformation methods) suitable for living non-heading Chinese cabbage plants in nonsterile environments. Transgenic roots in composite non-heading Chinese cabbage plants were identified using phenotypic detection, fluorescence observation, and PCR analysis. The transformation efficiency of a two-step method on four five-day-old non-heading Chinese cabbage seedlings(Suzhouqing, Huangmeigui, Wuyueman, and Sijiu Caixin) was 43.33%-51.09%, whereas using the stout hypocotyl resulted in a transformation efficiency of 54.88% for the 30-day-old Sijiu Caixin.The one-step method outperformed the two-step method;the transformation efficiency of different varieties was above 60%, and both methods can be used to obtain transgenic roots for functional studies within one month. Finally, optimized ARM transformation methods can easily,quickly, and effectively produce composite non-heading Chinese cabbage plants with transgenic roots, providing a reliable foundation for gene function research and non-heading Chinese cabbage genetic improvement breeding.

矿化状垃圾填埋物在长期厌氧稳定化过程中形成了一些独特的理化性质和微生物学特性,使其可用于水处理工艺。以矿化状垃圾填埋物为填充物,研究其在短程反硝化和厌氧氨氧化工艺中对系统性能的影响。结果表明:矿化状垃圾填埋物可通过短程反硝化实现亚硝酸盐积累,当进水C/N为2时NO_(2)^(-)-N积累达50%,可为后续与厌氧氨氧化耦合脱氮提供基质;批次实验表明矿化状垃圾填埋物对厌氧氨氧化具有促进作用,使NH_(4)^(+)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N去除率分别由62%和90%增至68%和96%;连续流实验表明,填充矿化状垃圾填埋物可通过强化厌氧氨氧化工艺实现废水高效脱氮,反应器容积氮负荷达0.63 kg·m^(-3)·d^(-1),NH_(4)^(+)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N的去除率分别为81%和91%。本研究结果可为矿化状垃圾填埋物应用于氨氮废水处理工艺,进而实现垃圾填埋物资源化利用并有效处理氨氮废水提供参考。
