Standard support vector machines （SVMs） train- ing algorithms have O（l3） computational and O（l2） space complexities, where l is the training set size. It is thus com- /putationally infeasible on very large data *** alleviate the Computational burden in SVM training, we propose an algo- rithm to train SVMs on a bound vectors set that is extracted based on Fisher projection. For linear separate problems, we use linear Fisher discriminant to compute the projection line, while for non-linear separate problems, we use kernel Fisher discriminant to compute the projection line. For each case, we select a certain ratio samples whose projections are adja- cent to those of the other class as bound vectors. Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed algorithm is with low com- putational and space *** experiments on several classification benchmarks demonstrate the effective- ness of our approach.

A novel approach for engineering application to human error probability quantification is presented based on an overview of the existing human reliability analysis methods. The set of performance shaping factors is classified as two subsets of dominant factors and adjusting factors respectively. Firstly, the dominant factors are used to determine the probabilities of three behavior modes. The basic probability and its interval of human error for each behavior mode are given. Secondly, the basic probability and its interval are modified by the adjusting factors, and the total probability of human error is calculated by a total probability formula. Finally, a simple example is introduced, and the consistency and validity of the presented approach are illustrated.

Considering the complex constraint between operations in nonstandard job shop scheduling problem （NJSSP）, critical path of job manufacturing tree is determined according to priority scheduling function constructed. Operations are divided into dependent operations and independent operations with the idea of subsection, and corresponding scheduling strategy is put forward according to operation characteristic in the segment and the complementarities of identical function machines. Forward greedy rule is adopted mainly for dependent operations to make operations arranged in the right position of machine selected, then each operation can be processed as early as possible, and the total processing time of job can be shortened as much as possible. For independent operations optimum scheduling rule is adopted mainly, the inserting position of operations will be determined according to the gap that the processing time of operations is subtracted from idle time of machine, and the operation will be inserted in the position with minimal gap. Experiments show, under the same conditions, the result that operations are scheduled according to the object function constructed, and the scheduling strategy adopted is better than the result that operations are scheduled according to efficiency scheduling algorithm.

The factors like production accuracy and completion time are the determinants of the optimal scheduling of the complex products work-flow,so the main research direction of modern work-flow technology is how to assure the dynamic balance between the *** on the work-flow technology,restraining the completion time,and analyzing the deficiency of traditional minimum critical path algorithm,a virtual iterative reduction algorithm(VIRA)was proposed,which can improve production accuracy effectively with time *** VIRA with simplification as the core abstracts a virtual task that can predigest the process by combining the complex structures which are cyclic or parallel,finally,by using the virtual task and the other task in the process which is the iterative reduction strategy,determines a path which can make the production accuracy and completion time more balanced than the minimum critical path *** deadline,the number of tasks,and the number of cyclic structures were used as the factors affecting the performance of the algorithm,changing the influence factors can improve the performance of the algorithm effectively through the analysis of detailed ***,comparison experiments proved the feasibility of the VIRA.

Given the existing integrated scheduling algorithms,all processes are ordered and scheduled overall,and these algorithms ignore the influence of the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the product process tree on the product scheduling *** paper presents an integrated scheduling algorithm for the same equipment process sequencing based on the Root-Subtree horizontal and vertical pre-scheduling to solve the above ***,the tree decomposition method is used to extract the root node to split the process tree into several Root-Subtrees,and the Root-Subtree priority is set from large to small through the optimal completion time of vertical and horizontal *** Root-Subtree processes on the same equipment are sorted into the stack according to the equipment process pre-start time,and the stack-top processes are combined with the schedulable process set to schedule and dispatch the *** start processing time of each process is determined according to the dynamic start processing time strategy of the equipment process,to complete the fusion operation of the Root-Subtree processes under the constraints of the vertical process tree and the horizontal ***,the root node is retrieved to form a substantial scheduling scheme,which realizes scheduling optimization by mining the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the process *** by examples shows that,compared with the traditional integrated scheduling algorithms that sort the scheduling processes as an overall,the integrated scheduling algorithmin this paper is *** proposed algorithmenhances the process scheduling compactness,reduces the length of the idle time of the processing equipment,and optimizes the production scheduling target,which is of universal significance to solve the integrated scheduling problem.

Cyclic dinucleotides(CDNs)play important physiological roles in bacteria,mammals and insects as a novel class of signaling ***,the application of CDNs in agricultural pest control has not been reported *** explore the potential bioactivity of CDNs on agricultural pests,we synthesized ten kinds of CDNs containing adenine and guanine bases with different internucleotide linkages(30,30;20,30;20,20).The target CDNs were used to determine the antifeedant and insecticidal activity against common Lepidoptera pests including ***,***,and *** bioassay tests indicated that 30,30-c-di-AMP showed the highest antifeedant activity(EC50?0.59 mg/L)against *** larvae among all the tested *** insecticidal activity,20,30-c-di-AMP showed higher insecticidal activity against *** larvae with LC50 of 55.4 mg/***-seq further revealed that 30,30-c-di-AMP and 20,30-c-di-AMP exhibited a significant effect on the growth and development process of *** importantly,the bioactivity of 30,30-c-di-AMP was also closely correlated with the stimulation of insect immune *** results indicated that cyclic dinucleotides can affect the normal physiological process of insects,providing a new direction for managing pests.

The emergence of cylindrical vector beam(CVB)multiplexing has opened new avenues for high-capacity optical *** several configurations have been developed to couple/separate CVBs,the CVB multiplexer/demultiplexer remains elusive due to lack of effective off-axis polarization control *** we report a straightforward approach to realize off-axis polarization control for CVB multiplexing/demultiplexing based on a metal–dielectric–metal *** show that the left-and right-handed circularly polarized(LHCP/RHCP)components of CVBs are independently modulated via spin-to-orbit interactions by the properly designed metasurface,and then simultaneously multiplexed and demultiplexed due to the reversibility of light path and the conservation of vector *** also show that the proposed multiplexers/demultiplexers are broadband(from 1310 to 1625 nm)and compatible with *** a proof of concept,we successfully demonstrate a four-channel CVB multiplexing communication,combining wavelength-division-multiplexing and polarization-division-multiplexing with a transmission rate of 1.56 Tbit/s and a bit-error-rate of 10^(−6) at the receive power of−21.6 *** study paves the way for CVB multiplexing/demultiplexing and may benefit high-capacity CVB communication.
