Objective:Definitive chemoradiotherapy(dCRT)is the standard treatment for unresectable locally advanced esophageal ***,this treatment is associated with substantial toxicity,and most malnourished or elderly patients are unable to complete this ***,there is a need for a more suitable radiotherapy combination regimen for this *** study was aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a combination regimen comprising chemotherapy with nimotuzumab and S-1 and concurrent radiotherapy for patients with fragile locally advanced esophageal cancer with a high Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002)***:Eligible patients with unresectable esophageal carcinoma who had an NRS-2002 score of 2 or higher were *** were treated with S-1 and nimotuzumab with concurrent radiotherapy,followed by surgery or definitive *** primary endpoint was the locoregional control(LRC)***:A total of 55 patients who met the study criteria were *** completion of treatment,surgery was performed in 15 patients and radiotherapy was continued in 40 *** median follow-up period was 33.3[95%confidence interval(95%CI,31.4−35.1)]*** LRC rate was 77.2%(95%CI,66.6%−89.4%)at 1 year in the entire *** overall survival(OS)rate and event-free survival(EFS)rate were 57.5%and 51.5%at 3 years,*** was associated with better LRC[hazard ratio(HR)=0.16;95%CI,0.04−0.70;P=0.015],OS(HR=0.19;95%CI,0.04−0.80;P=0.024),and EFS(HR=0.25;95%CI,0.08−0.75;P=0.013).Most adverse events were of grade 1 or 2,and no severe adverse events ***:For malnourished or elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer,radiotherapy combined with nimotuzumab and S-1 is effective and has a good safety profile.

目的探讨丁酸钠(sodium butyrate,SB)对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导肺泡巨噬细胞极化的影响及其作用机制。方法小鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(MH-S细胞)随机分为对照(Control)组、LPS组、SB组、LPS+SB(LB)组、LPS+SB+腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)抑制剂(Compound C)(LC)组、LPS+SB+核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)抑制剂(ML385)(LM)组。通过CCK8检测MH-S细胞活力,筛选出最佳的1000 ng/mL LPS、1 mmol/L SB、10μmol/L Compound C、5μmol/L ML385药物浓度进行后续实验;实时荧光定量(qRT-PCR)检测MH-S细胞白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞分化抗原86(CD86)、巨噬细胞甘露糖受体(CD206)、AMPK、Nrf2和血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)的mRNA表达水平;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测培养基上清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10蛋白含量;流式细胞术测定M1和M2型巨噬细胞相关标记物CD86和CD206的表达。各组数据通过单因素方差分析和Tukey法进行检验。结果通过CCK8选取了1000 ng/mL LPS、1 mmol/L SB、10μmol/L Compound C和5μmol/L ML385进行造模和干预。qRT-PCR和ELISA结果一致显示,与LPS组比较,LB组M1型巨噬细胞相关促炎细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β显著降低(均P<0.01),但M2型巨噬细胞相关抑炎细胞因子IL-10显著升高(均P<0.01)。qRT-PCR和流式细胞术结果一致显示,与Control组比较,LPS组CD86水平显著升高(均P<0.01),SB组差异无统计学意义;与LPS组比较,LB组CD86表达水平显著降低(均P<0.01),但M2型巨噬细胞标记物CD206的变化趋势与CD86相反。qRT-PCR结果显示,与LPS组比较,LB组促进AMPK/Nrf2/HO-1的表达(均P<0.05);与LB组比较,LC组降低了AMPK/Nrf2/HO-1的表达(均P<0.05),LM组降低了Nrf2/HO-1的表达(均P<0.05)。流式细胞术结果显示,与LB组比较,LC组和LM组逆转了SB对CD86水平的抑制作用(均P<0.01);M2型巨噬细胞标记物CD206的表达趋势与M1型巨噬细胞标记物CD86相反。结论SB通过激活AMPK/Nrf2/HO-1信号通路,抑制LPS诱导的M1型、促进M2型肺泡巨噬细胞极化,改善了炎症反应。

Utilization of the intestinal lymphatic pathway will allow extraordinary gains in lymph and tumors cascade-targeted delivery of oral drugs and awakening the innate/adaptive immunity of the body and the lesion microenvironment,in addition to improving oral bioavailability relative to other means of delivery of oral ***,inspired by the specific invasion route of intestinal microorganisms,we pioneered an immune-awakening Saccharomyces-inspired mesoporous silicon nanoparticle(yMSN)for the ingenious cascade-targeted delivery of therapeutic cancer vaccines and antitumor drugs to lymph and tumors via the intestinal lymphatic ***,yMSN high-loaded tumor-specific antigens(OVA,11.9%)and anti-tumor drugs(Len,28.6%)with high stability,namely Len/OVA/yMSN,efficiently co-delivered OVA and Len to their desired target ***,yMSN concomitantly awakened the innate antitumor immunity of dendritic cells and macrophages,strengthening vaccine-induced adaptive immune responses and reversing macrophage-associated immunosuppression in the tumor ***,Len/OVA/yMSN treatment resulted in excellent synergistic antitumor efficacy and long-term antitumor memory in OVA-Hepa1-6-bearing *** high-performance nanocarrier provides a novel approach for lesion-targeting delivery of oral drugs accompanied with awakening of the innate/adaptive immunity of the lesion environment,and also represents a novel path for the oral delivery of diverse therapeutic agents targeting other lymph-mediated diseases.

Coal-derived natural graphite(CDNG)has multiple industrial ***,ten metamorphic coals from anthracite to CDNG were obtained from Lutang and Xinhua in the Hunan Province and Panshi in the Jilin *** characterization(proximate and ultimate analyses,X-Ray powder diffraction(XRD),and powder Raman spectroscopy),along with optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and micro-Raman spectroscopy were utilized to examine the transitions from anthracite to semi-graphite to *** XRD and Raman spectroscopy data indicate that from anthracite to highly ordered graphite the average crystal diameter(La)and height(Lc)increased from 6.1 and 4.6 nm to 34.8 and 27.5 nm,*** crystalline parameters of the CDNG samples from Panshi and Lutang varied slightly when closer to the intrusive *** microscopy and SEM indicated that in the anthracite samples there were thermoplastic vitrinite,devolatilized vitrinite,and some“normal”*** the meta-anthracite,pyrolytic carbon,mosaic structure,and crystalline tar were *** the CDNG there were flake graphite,crystalline aggregates,and matrix *** crystalline aggregates show the highest structural ordering degree as determined from Raman spectral parameters(full-width at half maxima(G-FWHM)~20 cm^(−1),D1/(D1+D2+G)area ratio(R2)value<0.5).The flake graphite is less ordered with G-FWHM~28 cm^(−1) and 0.5

A preliminary study on coal seam correlation is carried out with the gray relational analysis of B-mode (GRABM). The result shows that this kind of analysis method may have a distinct advantage over the traditional coal seam correlation ways. It proves that this method is the most convenient analysis one among the regression analysis, discrimination function analysis and cluster analysis.

We studied the geochemical characteristics of illite clay rocks and their importance from the Shihezi Formation of Late Permian in the Hanxing mining area by means of ICP-MS and sequential X-ray fluorescence *** results show that the amount of SiO2 is between 53.37% and 61.58%(byweight) and that of Al2O3 22.40% and 31.31%(by weight).The ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 lies between 1.71and *** amount of K2O ranges from 1.11% to 2.56%(by weight).The amounts of Fe and Ti are higherthan the theoretical values in illite clay rock would *** amounts of some trace elements,such asGa,As,Ba,Cu,Th and U are higher than their Clark values,while that of another 23 trace elements arefound to be close to their Clark *** amounts of REE range from 22.59 to 570.54 lg/g,with an aver-age of 163.23 lg/*** ratios of LREE/HREE range from 5.41 to 21.82,with an average of *** char-acteristics show that LREE are much richer in content than *** REE distribution patterns of oursamples were characterized by clearly negative Ce and Eu *** analyzed the sedimentary environment of the Hanxing mining area in Late Permian by the characteristic element ratio *** of Mn/Fe range from 0 to 0.0168,which are lower than those in a marine sedimentary *** ratios of Sr/Ba(0.20-0.41) are less than *** are all indications that the sediments of the Hanxingmining area in Late Permian form largely a continental sedimentary *** sedimentary wateris freshwater,a conclusion reached on the basis of the ratios of Th/U(2.66-6.62) and of Ca/(Ca + Fe)(0.01-0.059);the average ratio of Fe2+/Fe3+ is *** sedimentary water condition is weakly acidicand weakly oxidative-weakly reductive,a conclusion reached on the basis of ratios of Fe2+/Fe3+(4.8)and of Ceanom(0.08).

Background: Postoperative radiotherapy (RT) is known to play an important role in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs), but the specific role of intraoperative electron radiotherapy (IOERT) in HCCs remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the safety and efficacy of IOERT in centrally located HCCs treated with narrow-margin (ding 268 patients with centrally located HCCs who underwent narrow-margin hepatectomy. The patients were subsequently allocated to the IOERT group (n=59) or to the control group (n=65). The primary outcome of the study was to compare recurrence-free survival (RFS) between the IOERT group and the control group, and the secondary outcome was to compare overall survival (OS) rate between the two groups. Results: Of 268 patients enrolled, a total of 124 were included in the study: 59 in IOERT group, 65 in control group. The 1-, 2-, 3-year RFS rates were 79.3%, 62.1% and 45.8% for patients in the IOERT group, and 47.6%, 28.6%, and 22.9% for patients in the control group, respectively (P=0.025). The 1-, 2-, and 3-year OS rates were 100.0%, 94.9%, and 83.7% for patients in the IOERT group, and 92.3%, 87.5%, and 79.4% for patients in the control group, respectively (P=0.314). Subgroup analysis of MVI (+) patients revealed that RFS and OS are significantly prolonged in the IOERT subgroup as compared to the control, whereas there was no significant difference of RFS and OS between the two groups in MVI (−) patients. Conclusions: IOERT for centrally located HCCs with concurrent narrow-margin hepatectomy was feasible and safe. Statistically better RFS rate was observed in the IOERT group compared to the control group. Subgroup analysis revealed that IOERT was more beneficial for postoperative survival of HCC patients with MVI. Trial Registration: ChiCTR-TRC-12002802;***/ictrp.

Resistance index and browning mechanism of apple peel under high temperature stress
