BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2.2. marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and *** To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout *** delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of *** A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2.2.,forming the dataset for the *** advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these *** The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease ***,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related *** contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and ***,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited *** It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of ***,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline.

This report describes a novel technique for improving depressed scars using negative pressure suction-assisted autologous fat grafting.A 35-year-old woman presented with a 2.-year history of bilateral central buttock con-cavities,causing aesthetic *** maximize fat graft survival and enhance tissue volume,we implemented intermittent negative pressure suction on the recipient area for one month *** patient expressed satisfaction with the cosmetic outcome,and a three-month follow-up confirmed a significantly improved fat graft survival *** minimally invasive,cost-effective,and easily reproducible technique offers a promising clinical strategy for treating depressed scars.

Soft pneumatic robotic grippers have found extensive applica-tions across various engineering domains,which prompts active research due to their splendid compliance,high flex-ibility,and safe human-robot interaction over conventional stiff *** simplified rod-based models prin-cipally focused on clarifying overall large deformation and bending postures of soft grippers from static or quasi-static perspectives,whereas it is challenging to elaborate grasping characteristics of soft grippers without considering contact interaction and nonlinear large deformation *** address this,based on absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF),comprehensively allowing for structural complexity,geometric,material and boundary nonlinearities,and incorpor-ating Coulomb’friction law with a multiple-point contact method,we put forward an effective nonlinear dynamic mod-eling approach for exploring grasping capability of soft ***,we solved the established dynamic equations using Generalized-αscheme,and conducted thorough numer-ical simulation analysis on a three-jaw soft pneumatic gripper(SPG)in terms of grasping configurations,displacements and contact *** proposed dynamic approach can accurately both describe complicated deformed configurations along with stress distribution and provide a feasible solution to simulate grasping targets,whose effectiveness and precision were analyzed theoretically and verified experimentally,which may shed new light on devising and optimizing other multi-functional SPGs.

This study investigated the degradation of clofibric acid(CFA),bezafibrate(BZF),and sulfamethoxazole(SMX)in synthetic human urine using a novel mesoporous iron powderactivated persulfate system(mFe-PS system),and identified the factors limiting their degradation in synthetic human urine.A kinetic model was established to expose the radical production in various reaction conditions,and experiments were conducted to verify the modeling *** the phosphate-containing mFe-PS system,the 12. min removal efficiency of CFA decreased from 95.1%to 76.6%as the phosphate concentration increased from 0.32.to 6.45 mmol/L,but recovered to 90.5%when phosphate concentration increased to 16.10 mmol/***,the increased concentration of phosphate from 0.32.to 16.10mmol/L reduced the BZF degradation efficacy from 91.5%to 79.0%,whereas SMX removal improved from 37.3%to 62.9%.The m Fe-PS system containing(bi)carbonate,from 4.2. to166.70 mmol/L,reduced CFA and BZF removal efficiencies from 100%to 76.8%and 80.4%,respectively,and SMX from 83.5%to 56.7%within a 12.-min reaction *** addition,alkaline conditions(pH≥8.0)inhibited CFA and BZF degradations,while nonacidic pH(pH≥7.0)remarkably inhibited SMX *** of the kinetic model indicated the formation of phosphate(H_(2.PO_(4)^(·)/HPO_(4)^(·-))and/or carbonate radicals(CO_(3)^(·-))could limit pharmaceutical *** transformation products(TPs)of the pharmaceuticals revealed more incompletely oxidized TPs occurred in the phosphate-and(bi)carbonate-containing m Fe-PS systems,and indicated that H_(2.PO_(4)^(·)/HPO_(4)^(·-)mainly degraded pharmaceuticals via a benzene ring-opening reaction while CO_(3)^(·-)preferentially oxidized pharmaceuticals via a hydroxylation reaction.

According to the convergence confinement theory,it is an effective measure to control the large deformation of high ground stress in fractured soft rock tunnels by using yielding *** yielding support can be classified as either radial or circumferential yielding *** yielding support is achieved by transforming radial displacement into circumferential tangential closure without compromising the support capacity of the primary lining support *** on this,and inspired by the design principle of dampers,a yielding support structure system with spring damping elements as its core was developed,based on the connection characteristics of steel arches in highway tunnel,which can provide increasing support resistance in the yielding deformation *** the mechanical properties of spring damping elements were obtained through indoor axial pressure and flexural *** addition,according to these results with numerical calculations,the yielding support structure system with embedded spring damping elements can reduce the internal force of the support structure by approximately 10%and increase the area of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock by 11.2.%,which can fully utilize the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock and verify the effectiveness of circumferential yielding ***,the spring damping support structure system was designed with reference to the construction process of the tunnel excavated by drilling and blasting method,and the transformation of the spring damping element to spring damping support structure was *** on field test results,surrounding ground pressure for the yielding support optimization scheme was reduced by 40%and more evenly distributed,resulting in the successful application and a reduction in the construction cost of large deformation tunnels in soft rock.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture treatment on repeated implantation failure(RIF)patients with cryo-thawed embryo transfer(CET).METHODS:In a retrospective cohort study,all eligible women undergoing RIF were recruited in our center from January 1,2.18 to December 31,*** patients were grouped by whether an acceptance of acupuncture treatment before CET,including the acupuncture group(Acu-group,55 cycles)and control group(Con-group,2.4 cycles).Data were analyzed by using binary logistic regression to explore the relationship of acupuncture treatment with pregnancy ***:The Acu-group had higher live-birth rate(LBR)[54.5%vs 41.0%,respectively;odds ratio(OR)=1.105,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.02.,1.187),P=0.006]and ongoing pregnancy rate(OPR)[56.4%vs 43.0%,respectively;OR=1.100,95%CI(1.02.,1.181),P=0.008]than the *** were no significant between-group differences in the rates of implantation[OR=1.070,95%CI(0.996,1.149),P=0.064],clinical pregnancy[OR=1.065,95%CI(0.997,1.138),P=0.061],biochemical pregnancy[OR=1.002.95%CI(0.903,1.112.,P=0.967],or miscarriage[OR=0.778,95%CI(0.551,1.099),P=0.155].Perinatal outcomes did not differ significantly between the two ***:Acupuncture treatment could improve the LBR and OPR in RIF patients with CET cycles,suggesting a potential adjuvant therapy of acupuncture to improve the pregnancy outcomes in RIF patients.

BACKGROUND Given the current organ shortage crisis,split liver transplantation(SLT)has emerged as a promising alternative for select end-stage liver disease *** To introduce an ex-vivo liver graft splitting approach and evaluate its safety and feasibility in *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on the liver transplantation data from cases performed at our center between April 1,2.2.,and May 31,*** study included 2. SLT cases included hepatic artery thrombosis(n=1)and pulmonary infections(n=3),with no perioperative *** contrast,among the 81 patients who underwent WLT,complications included perioperative mortality(n=1),postoperative pulmonary infections(n=8),abdominal infection(n=1),hepatic artery thromboses(n=3),portal vein thrombosis(n=1),and intra-abdominal bleeding(n=5).Comparative analysis demonstrated significant differences in alanine aminotransferase(176.0 vs 73.5,P=0.000)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(42.0 vs 2..0,P=0.004)at 1 wk postoperatively,and in total bilirubin(11.8 vs 2..8,P=0.003)and AST(41.5 vs 2..0,P=0.014)at 2.wk ***,the overall incidence of complications was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that the total ex-vivo liver graft splitting technique is a safe and feasible approach,especially under the expertise of an experienced transplant *** approach developed by our center can serve as a valuable reference for other transplantation centers.
